Paid with a check. It was dated 9-11-00, and it cleared the bank
9-19-00 and it was endorsed by him. I hope this is what you needed to know
also I'm having a copy of the check faxed to my bank so i can pick up a copy
of the check.

He owes me $136.45 for 3 Bucks won on ebay, and now no replys, he said
he was waiting for them still over a month ago, both of these were sold on
ebay in Sept. I cant find them on any bad traders lists, can you help
me?

I won a pre-sell auction in July, 2000 on ebay..2 libearty buddys for
59.00 I was jerked around for 6 mo. He promised the buddys, then promised
my refund, Now he wont write back, I have filed a case with squaretrade,
they couldnt help me, I down loaded the mail fraud papers, and now I am wondering
if you can help me, I know he has ripped off alot of people, but the auctions
are presells so no one can leave negitive feedback, by the time you know
youve been ripped off your 30 days has expired, I look forward to hearing
from you
