I have a problem with a trader in Germany. I won an auction on the buy it now for 6 Freiherr von schwarz beanies, I payed 270 euros plus 14.57 postage and insurance by wire transfer.When i recieved the beanies there was only 4 in the parcel.I tried to contact the seller on a number of times by email with no response,so i posted bad feedback on ebay, this made her respond in german, when i translated it she says that she put 6 in the box the other 2 must have been stolen in the post. I weighed the parcel and the weight on the box is for 4 beanies exactly, if you add 2 more then she would have had to pay more postage , I told her this but she will not reply, i am at a loss what to do now, except put her on the bad trader list. I havn't heard from her, she never answered my emails untill i put bad feedback on her auction. I emailed her to tell her that we had paid for an insured parcel and that only she could claim for anything missing but i have not heard anything from her , i was hoping that you had.I don't think that we are going to get anywhere with this one as she has just blatently washed her hands of it, i would like to warn others that this is the way she works her auctions.Thanks anyway from roger
