I sent Allison a m.o. for $257.55 for nine retired buddies. I verified
that it was cashed on 4/12/00. She emailed me that the package must be LOST.
I believed she fabricated a bunch of positive feedback on Yahoo, so as to
appear trustworthy, & make a killing on nobidding.com She has over 400
pieces of positive feedback on Yahoo. Of course, now some NEGATIVE is starting
to come in. She put a bunch of listings on nobidding.com all at the same
time, & is raking the money in & sending very little, if any, merchandise
to the buyers. Have you been contacted by others concerning Allison? I have
given her negative feedback on nobidding & now all of her listings have
been closed. I wanted to warn others. A few of her victims have emailed me.
Allison emailed me, stating I should send her documented proof via a certified
letter. I found the phone number for the Wake Forest Police Dept. & I
have sent for a copy of the cashed m.o. It will take 10-14 days for it to
come back to me. Allison's email is aroberts66@aol.com. I went to Yahoo auctions
to check out Allison's current negative feedback. She NOW has a total of
19, 14 of them are NEG SELLER feedback & 5 are NEG buyer feedback. I
emailed the Yahoo message board, in hopes that the buyers who left the negative
feedback will contact me. I left a message with Postal Consumer Affairs.
I will check to see if there is a confirmation of my package being sent.
Allison has never sent me any tracking #, & has offered very little in
the way of an explanation. Thanks for your time. I look forward to hearing
from you. This is a definite planned out SCAM! Can we all band together &
go after her?

This is a request for you *if* you sincerely did not receive your beanies, buddies, or other items from me after paying for them. Please send a certified letter to me, Allison Roberts P.O. Box 1441, Wake Forest N.C.27588. stating the item(s) you suspect to be missing with any written or documented proof of having purchased said items. Copies of cashier's checks, money orders, personal checks that have cleared, and any official Paypal receipts showing monies "beamed" and received by me will do. Legal advice to me is that I shall ask you ONCE if you have a problem with any shipment that was purchased., send me a certified letter stating what the nature of the problem is. Period. This CERTIFIED letter shall then be turned over to the Postal Commission and my own legal counsel. Any other action you choose to take in this regard is yours to decide. However, please know that slander and harassment are well-prosecuted in all states. I am trying to resolve any lost item issues and mis-sent parcel problems. As stated previously, this is a request for you , if you sincerely did not receive your beanies, buddies, or other items from me after paying for them. Please send a certified letter to me, Allison Roberts P.O. Box 1441, Wake Forest N.C.27588. stating the item(s) you suspect to be missing with any written or documented proof of having purchased said items. Lastly, it is wholly inappropriate for ANYONE who receives this email/letter to reach me via phone for any reason. I consider that undue harassment considering my delicate health and pregnancy problems. Allison Roberts P.O. box 1441 Wakeforest, N.C. 27588

The package was mailed to mark larson on April 3rd 2000 address 22726
Nutmeg Road Jasper M.O. 64755. it was mailed from Wake Forest N.C.27588.the
confirmation number is torn form being stapled. But I did send a scanned
copy before it was stapled. When they notified me that the item had yet to
arrive I asked for them to verify there address which they did not do.I asked
them to please send me a copy of the auction along with a copy of payment
and the address this item was to be shipped to confirm there would be no
further problems.I as well told them that if the error was on my part I would
send out another item or refund there money they have not yet sent me anything
in the mail.I gave you info before that I am in contact with postal service
and trying to reslove the matter from which there first package was claimed
not to be recieved.I am willing to send another package.I also have talked
with postal service and they will not look into it until 30 days have passed.I
have kept what I feel is an update in resolving this matter.another package
has been mailed is being or was being mailed out to her tommorow. So since
your the middle person in this what do you suggest? So before you have me
looked into if you are here to help as Mr larson has said then I feel should
be given the benift of a doubt. So if you feel calling the police and everyone
under the sun will resolve this in faster.then there isnt anything I can
do but provide them with the documentation I do have and the copy of the
request I e-mailed them. oh and as well since my mother is mailing out in
the morning the confirmation number for the package will be 0310 2990 0006
1988 9715 i tried to call her to stop it until i heard back but i can not
get in touch with her

Watch out for Ms. Roberts of Wakeforest, NC. She's a seller on NoBidding
and I believe also on Yahoo. She doesn't send the item you have paid for.
When you ask her if she has received payment or when she sent the item, Ms.
Roberts sends back a form letter per her legal advice that if there's a problem
to send her a certified letter stating what the nature of the problem is.
Ms. Roberts will then "turn it over to the Postal Commission and my own legal
counsel". So as you can see it looks like she's been doing this for awhile
if she has "legal advice" already.I ask her a simple question and she gets
testy! Barbara Wong

I called the 1-800 #, which is the Postal Service. I talked to a person
who said that the case had been turned over to Consumer Affairs. Perhaps
this is a kid with a credit card. She does have a PayPal account. Allison
has never emailed me a tracking #, though I have asked for one several times,
therefore, I do not believe she has mailed me a package at all. The negative
feedback on Allison started to come in on Yahoo & Nobidding about the
same time, after my m.o. had been cashed. I'm thinking my next step, is to
contact the local police. Michelle Sparks emailed me about Allison, after
I left negative feedback on nobidding. She is out $1454.00. She is in the
process of compiling a list of names of people that sent money to Allison
& have not received the merchandise. You can email her at we2sparks@aol.com
I was also emailed by Barbara Wong awon@chevron.com who also sent money.
Michelle sent money via PayPal. Both of have left complaints on the cautionlist.

I received an e-mail that asked me to send a message to you about Allison
Roberts, who has auctions on Yahoo. I won an auction from her on 3/28 for
5 Blue Face Spangle Beanie Babies. I paid for the merchandise on 3/30 through
Paypal. She never admitted to receiving my payment till two weeks later,
then told me that the package had been sent, and I should receive it in two
days. It never arrived. I have done everything she asked me to do (confirmed
my mailing adress twice, and sent a certified letter with receipts, ect.)
and all I have received from her is excuses and no answers to my questions.
If you could tell me how to make a formal complaint, I would like to do so.
Thanks, Louann Steele

I just now got off the phone with Mo. Postal Consumer Affairs & Claims,
which I was referred to by Raleigh, N.C. Postal Con Affairs. The clerk at
the Missouri Office said that those CONFIRMATION numbers mean NOTHING! She
said the claims would have to be filled out by the sender, that I had nothing
to do with that. The address Allison gave me is Allison Roberts, P.O. Box
1441, Wake Forest, N.C. 27588. This phone # & address
(919-853-0146
1102 S. Main St.
Wake Forest, N.C. 27588)
was given to me by Mike Serr (also scammed by Allison) emerald5@triton.net
Vickie gave me another phone # where she had reached Allison. Thanks!

Beware of Allison/Freda Roberts - aroberts66@aol.com and aroberts51@aol.com
Be VERY VERY Careful dealing with Allison. I was the high bidder on two
of her dutch auctions on Yahoo, one for 3 lt. blue peanut and one for 7 sets
of beanie kids. I paid her the total amount ($1,400+) by PayPal..She took
the money and sent me only 2 beanie kids and 1 lt. blue peanut buddy... and
says that the others must have been stolen out of the box... which she insured.
The strangest thing is that there was only $15 postage on the box... how
can someone send 63 beanie kids and 3 lt. blue peanut buddies for only $15.75...
including insurance... The she was sending me a second 3 sets to start to
replace part of the other ones not received... and those never arrived
either...strange.. I have sent and received 1000's of packages and have NEVER
had one one lost or stolen from and now problems with two packages from the
same person... not very believable. Definitely AVOID dealing with her. And
Allison...once I get my money back or my merchandise, I will change this
rating, but not until then! I also have emails from 2 other people who have
had problems with her and if anyone else has had problems with her, I would
appreciate hearing from you. Michelle Sparks

This letter is to inform you that I to am seeking legal action. I have
spoke with the local Police Dept. and as well the postal service. I have
all documentation that I need. I am tired of being harassed. If it is felt
that a wrong has been done then I sorry do you feel is needed.Michell Sparks
has been sent her item not 1time but twice. She is leaving repeat comments
on my feedback which is against there tos. I have an E-mail from her stating
she was okay with the information provided to her. And yet she felt the need
to make a complaint. That of course is her right. As far as Mrs. wong her
packages was undeliverable and when I have it back it will be mail once again
to her.Mrs larson item is on its way to her and I feel sure that the matter
with her will be resolved. I have been told via legal means that you have
not right to be asking things like this with proof not just and E-mail. I
ask to talk with you on the phone as I would like any manner resolved. You
said you can not do that as have means of proof. But the proof I sent you
questioned and said you couldn't read or did not receive all when I have
copy from my fax showing the documentation went through. I offered to send
you scanned copies. You would not except that. It is the holiday weekend.
And as I have tried all means I have to help resolve any and all matters
with transactions. I feel I be of no further assistance. I was to understand
that you where a neutral part to try and help resolve and issue but your
means and E-mails have implied you find me guilty of actions without cause.
You asked for my side of the story I gave it to you. You ask 48 hours I replied
within the day. I have done nothing wrong. So I have no concern of legal
action. My records of any and all transactions are available to any legal
agency that can prove they are a legal representative, Police, FBI, Internet,
attorneys ect. So at this time it is not that do not wish work with you.
I feel that nothing is being help with the contacts between us . So as sorry
as I am I must insist that you take any means you feel needed and let it
be handle by the authorities as I am working with the postal service and
that take precedence over any others as they are Federal.

Cautionlist has not had much success dealing with Allison. She did fax me
some of her receipts but they were not worth much. Packages that she sent
receipt for confirmed mail did not match the dates that she sent the same
package insured. The insured receipt could not be read and not all of it
was sent. There was no initial from postman that he signs when you send insured
package. The amounts were smeared. There is just no way that this many package
could have been lost in the mail.!!! 4 complaints already. And no real proof
of mailing. She has said in email above that she offered to scan receipts
and send them to me but that I refused this. This is not true. I did tell
her that I was not allowed to call her. I expect that more complaints will
be coming in about her.

Boy what a nasty person. Allison Roberts knows absolutely nothing about
doing business or customers. I sent ARoberts@aol.com a check on 3/25. I sent
Allison Roberts $39.50 for a Blue Face Spangle beanie baby.It cleared
my bank on 4/3. I still have no product. It seems she is having a problem
with the US Postal Service. It seems many of the products she sent out are
now lost. Can you let me know what this is all about? Do you know? Thanks

Response from: ARoberts66@aol.com
I think that some of these are just pure and simple complaints without
true merit. Because of one person that did not do as she was supposed to
on her end that has been mailing people and asking the to e-mail me and you
to make complaints that have not been E-mailed updated and have not gotten
there stuff. You seem very quick to believe that I am being dishonest. That
is why I ask to speak with you on phone and then write you any E-mail and
send you any paper work your request. But I am not trying to be rude and
I am concerned if there is a problem that is due to an error on my behalf
I have no problem in trying to resolve it. But Trudy I have been working
with postal service in full. As well as calling my attorney to see what I
should do as far as having sent package and having people say they did not
get them. As well I have spoken with the police dept. in Wake Forest. On
how this problem can be resolved. I am sure you do have complaints on people
that have scabbed or not complied with people. But I am not paying the no
attention attitude. I mailed out over 300 packages in week alone. And I have
no control over the postal service. packages do get lost and misdirected.
And people that are buyers and seller alike are not always truthful. One
lady I know for a fact but will not mention a name as I am thinking of pressing
charges myself started this. But E-mailing everyone she could that had ever
bought from me and. I have gotten e-mails from people that have never bought
from me and once they where confronted with the fact that was fraud played
it off as being a joke. I have this same lady that has asked everyone she
can get to leave bad feedback and claim they never got there package. Trudy
I am sure your trying to help in your on way. But this is in the hands of
the officials as it is. And i do not mind trying to go through you to resolve
this. But it is just in my mind that you want to believe them more than your
willing to give me the benefit of the doubt. My phone number is 1-919-853-3931.

HELLO! I just reread this email that Allison sent to you, about mailing me my package 4/3/00. That's interesting, since I didn't even mail a m.o. until after that date & it was cashed on 4/12. I'm sure she would mail me items without receiving my m.o.! She is a lyin' dog! The interesting thing is that she continues to email people with all these excuses & lies! Nobidding.com surprisingly provided me with a list of people (13) who had reserved Allison's items. Nobidding.com has banned Allison from their site, stating she is an alledged bad trader! Allison told them everything had been RESOLVED! What world is she living in?! I emailed all of them, & most everyone returned an email. All that sent money had not received their items or a refund. Two or three had decided not to send her any money. Aren't they the LUCKY ONES! Nobidding said that most scammers, change their email address & don't answer emails. Allison is strange in this regard. That's the latest. I'm trying to decide when & what police to contact. I will mail in a postal fraud form as soon as I receive a copy of my cashed m.o. Kim

HI There, Well it sounds like I have finally got the ball rolling. The
Inspector from Consumer Affairs contacted me today. They are starting to
pursue this ALLISON ROBERTS thing. They are doing some serious investigating.
They would like to to compile a list of anyone who believes that they in
any way a part of this scamm. If you would like to be a part of this list
please let me know. Please send me an email stating what has happened in
your situation with your name and address if it is ok for them to contact
you. Phone number if Possible. This gal was telling me that they just busted
a ring in Florida and one in New York. Any help is appreciated. I am going
to follow this through to the end. I just have no patience for people like
ALLISON. It is not so much that I am out the money, but I really don't like
being scammed. All response are appreciated. Keep in touch and Thanks Loads

It looks like ALLISON was really busy. No wonder HE could not answer emails.
I ordered a SAKURA Bear IN HAND. My bid was $120. Allsin sent a request for
$136 I don't know why I did not question the shipping price, but I wanted
this fast for my daughters burthday. So I paid the $136. After several lies
nasty letters(from Christy) surgery, dead uncle , stay in the hospital with
his I think if everyone workdfake pregnancy(ALLISON IS A MAN or should I
say sleezebag?) I even got a email threatening to sue me for slander if I
wasn't nice. Finally I posted bad feedback with my email address to see what
response I would get. That was unbelieveable. This guy needs to be in jail.
I hope everyone who has been scammed will file Mail Fraud charges eith the
USPS, Fraud charges with the Consumer Affairs and stop payment on any credit
card payment, even thru PAYPAL. Ibelive if we work together we can get this

Allison Roberts is a disgrace to the internet auction world. I've been
in touch with tons of people who have been ripped off by this PERSON and
it's funny we all get the same excuses! It's lost in the mail, delivered
to the wrong person, was sent back and resent, blah, blah, blah. There is
big trouble brewing for this lying, dishonest person who has taken so much
money from so many people. The next person after her is going to be Paypal
as all of us that have paid by Paypal have cancelled payment. She's already
gotten the money so Paypal will go after her BIG, she owes them alot of money
now. I feel bad for those of you who paid by money order or check and I truly
hope that everyone gets their money back. I for one am on the band wagon
with all the others that didn't receive what they purchased. I have feedback
over 100 on eBay, all positive, I've purchased on Yahoo, Up4sale, Beanie
Nation and No Bidding. I have all positive feedback for buying and selling.
Allison should be made accountable for his/her actions! Your should be ashamed
of yourself and STOP LYING TO EVERYONE!!!! Kim O'Lague

very false statements. If they want this resolved thats the fasted way I can

Subject: Allison"s attorney
Hi again, I'm back from work and at it again. Yahoo Maps is a great site.If
you enter an address, it will give you a map of that location. You then click
on find nearby businesses. If you do this with the address "Allison's" attorney
gave us, you will find there really is an attorneys office at this location.
It is Layton, Dyson & Carraway, but the phone number is 919-782-1801.Why
did we get a different number from "Allison'? And who is Michelle Clopet?
What the heck is going on? I also found a new yahoo user today- aroberts99.
My FBI lady finally called me today. She didn't think they would be
able to do anything because I was the only one with a complaint. If you would
all call her, I think they will go after this person. Her name is Jean Wyatt,
phone number is 804-261-1044. Please call her.I have also contacted Dateline
about doing a story on internet frauds. They want a written letter explaining
all of this. If anyone would like to be contacted by them and tell your story
to the nation, please e-mail me your name, address and phone number. I will
be typing this up this weekend when I'm off and getting it in the mail. Let
me hear from you by then please. Thanks for your time Gloria

I've filed claims with the FTC, www.fraud.com and with the FBI's new website.
I've already filled out all my paperwork to dispute the charge on my credit
card, I recommend everyone who used Paypal do the same. I sent in photocopies
of e-mails, my Paypal account payment to Allison/Freda and all her rude,
story telling e-mails. We are going to get somewhere with this, there are
so many of us involved now and the numbers keep growing. So far no one has
gotten their money back or their product that they purchased. My auction
closed 5 weeks ago, still nothing. But at least I'm getting my money back
and it's up to Paypal to get their money from Allison. Everyone keep up the
good work and we will bring this fraudulent seller down. None of us deserves
this!!!! Kim O'Lague

Please post this on aroberts66. Please do NOT call Jean Wyatt at the FBI.
She is NOT handling an investigation on Allison. Please go to www.ifccfbi..gov
and file a complaint. People are getting calls back from the FBI after filing
their complaints and an investigation has begun. Allison Roberts WILL be
stopped. Thanks Gloria

Bid multiple auctions that closed 3/29 & 3/30. Paid in 2 seperate
money orders sent 4/8 & 4/18 that she cashed 4/24 & 5/1. Has yet
to reply to aknowledge payments totaling $ 398.60 + $ 16.00 to get copies
to prove I paid to file objection to bankruptcy notice I received 5/20 from
her Lawyer. It seems highly unlikely that one seller could have SO many different
buyers from SO many different states end up with MISDIRECTED packages. My
feelings are that this was a scam from the beginning. There was even a comment
that a buyer went to pick up the Sakura and ended up getting A GREAT DEAL
on blue face Spangles after that auction had closed. I bid, won and paid
for 1 Britannia Buddy, 1 Osito Buddy, 5 Wallace, 1 Halo II, 5 Blue face Spangle
from the auction and negotiated an additional 10 more blue face Spangles
( Lucky Me ). I am a single mom and this was a expensive lesson to learn.
Allison had GREAT Ratings when I bid and won, when I finally started catching
on she had received 40+ BAD SELLER comments in under a month. This does not
appear accidental. Please file Internet Fraud complaints at www.ifccfbi.gov
and Mail fraud with your local post office. Kathleen F.

Update filed by: KathleenFarrell@msn.com
It appears as though Allison is now keeping herself busy creating numerous
new User ID's on Yahoo Auctions based on my name and several other names
of people that have filed complaints against her on this list or on the Yahoo
Auction feedback page for Aroberts66 the seller that did not fullfill THOUSANDS
of DOLLARS worth of auctions to several bidders including myself. She
has since filed for bankruptcy and I have filed an objection to the bankruptcy
based the scam that was created by this seller. I have also updated the
www.ifccfbi.gov site for the fact that several of us are having these new,
very similar appearing User ID's popping up all over Yahoo and who knows
what other sites. Any who have had dealings with this Seller may want to
do a Seller/User ID name search to see if they are having the same thing
occur. Kathleen Farrell

I am the prosecutor assigned to Ms. Roberts's case, and I wanted to clear up a matter referred to in the previous posting. As of today (February 5, 2001), Ms. Roberts has not agreed to or otherwise said that she was going to plead guilty to the false pretense charges. Our office is currently in negotiations with her attorney about the charges that Ms. Roberts faces, but Ms. Roberts has not agreed to plead guilty or otherwise indicated that she is going to plead guilty as a part of any plea agreement. I have read the law enforcement reports that Detective Wood has put together, and I am going to try to make sure that everyone who is owed restitution gets paid back in as timely a manner as is possible. If you are watching this list and have not reported any losses you suffered in dealings with Ms. Roberts, please do so to Detective Wood of the Wake County Sheriff's Department, Raleigh, North Carolina, at the address listed above as soon as possible. To those of you who have already been in contact with our office or who otherwise have an interest in this case, I will report any developments in this case to this message board.
