I have been dealing with this person since the beginning of March and I have all the emails if you need them. She contacted me off an ad i placed on KnK looking for beanies and so we agreed on a price and i wanted the shipping included in the price and so it was agreed to send them 1st class mail. I never assumed they would never arrive but that is what happened and now you can read the emails. She blames me because they did not arrive because I asked her to send them regular mail instead of priority. I sent her a money order for $140 for garcia, maple, chinook, britannia and 98 teddy. She even said she would add in another beanie because she shipped late-  yah right. I never got them. Finally I told her that I would accept half of the money back but she did not think that was fair either. Below find the email she sent to me. She told me to go ahead and leave bad feedback. Then she gets into this ebay stuff and this did not even take place on ebay so they have nothing to do with it at all. And  I know they would not even advise her on a deal that did not take place on ebay. She even claims to have contacted them about me but this could not be true at all since the deal was on knk.   Here are some of her emails:

Yes, you were very rude in the beginning, but that had no bearings on anything. You were given the option on the method of shipping and I can't imagine why you would have $140.00 of Beanies shipped regular mail and not insured ! That's where the chain broke, right there. I was not given the option of tracking on regular post. I was told I had to ship Priority Mail to have that feature. There is such a thing of "mail theft" too. Have you even thought of that? With a box in white paper and stickers on it, and a desperate postal worker, you never know. I would hate to think there are people like that working in our systems.  I don't like how you are "demanding" how we work this situation out. This is not working it out. You are dictating to me what you want done, when in reality I could just sign you off and do nothing !  But, I did offer to help you and in return I get ordered to send you half your money back AND Beanies ! I'm already out my 5 best Beanies that I was offered $160.00 + shipping, but passed it up and took yours. That's $25.00 I lost right there selling them to you !    If you're interested in working something that WE can both accept and stop making all the decisions on your own, maybe I'll still help you. But right now you attitude stinks ! And I don't have to be harrassed this way

Your emails are getting very harrassing. I play fair. I don't play games and sit and pick and choose who sends me the highest offer. The first offer in with confirmation on address gets it fair and square. I don't know how you play. Why should I be out 5 expensive bears and $70.00 ? That's not a fair solution at all ! Then you are out just $70.00 ! Are you blonde? You go ahead and leave negative feedback ! Then you will really have a war on your hands. Someone who is dumb enough to choose to have $140.00 worth of Beanies shipped regular mail with no insurance definately will take some of the blame in this situation. You are not going to pin it all on me. I did as you wanted me to. Once your package is shipped, it's out of my hands. I thought I was being generous offering to help and then you took advantage of that. I'm still not sure that the Bears aren't there and you're taking advantage of me, offering to help you out and make things a little more fair to see what more you can get.    I told you the reasons for the different ID names. I had to leave my home because of an abusive husband. We were on the same AOL account under my name. I wasn't going to pay for his internet service. So the only way to end that was to cancel that account and open a totally new one and have a different ID name and email address. So I lost all my feedback I had earned in over a years time. So slowly I'm building it back up. You can see that some of the comments refer to me personally by "Andra" or maybe you didn't pick up on that? And of course I can see why YOU would see why that feedback on Ebay is all fraud. Narrow minded people are too busy looking for flaws.........................You go ahead and leave your Negativefeed back ! Two can play that game ! I can sling mud too. You can not mar my reputation with my Ebay dealings, I have plenty of excellent marks. I will get you on slander, I will go to the Ebay board of directors if you try. AND, I guarantee you will never see any of your money or any replacement Beanies that I had offered to help you out with !  You're digging an awful big hole, watch your step !

Apparently there is no fair way to work out a fair settlement with you. Wanting half your money back and half the bears is by no means fair. That puts me down $70.00 and 8 bears, and you down $70.00. You call that fair? Why would you even suggest a deal like that? Just to take advantage of me. I'm not quite that stupid. I have gone to Ebay Direct and explained the situation. I even have spent a good hour in the Post Office Manegers office and he tracked down the receipt clear back when I had sent the package. No way to track it, just proof it was mailed from their office. I emailed Ebay Direct back with this information, told them I had offered to help with your loss, and the FAIR offer you had purposed. They told me not to deal with you anymore, that it was obvious to them you were out to get more than you had bargain for. So go through Ebay for any further questions and don't email me again ! You are blocked from me ! Ebay will contact me if it's anything of importance. They told me that your offer to me demanding more than your share back was a red flag to them that the package had probably arrived after a lengthy time and you were taking advantage of situation. I faxed them the receipt from my post office to prove I had mailed the package. Go through Ebay and leave me alone. I was concerned about neg. feedback, they told me not to worry, if she wanted to mark mine, then she would ruin hers as well. So go for it I'll follow you like the plague ! I did ask her why she would not use a conf. slip even with regular mail but she said it could only used with Priority Mail so I assumed she never asked the post office about it IF she sent the package since confirmed mail can be used with regular mail. Believe me I have been doing this too long to lie and I know it is her word against mine but if those beanies arrived I would not waist my time or yours in doing all of this with the traders list.   Please do what you can to help.    thanks Lori

She has no proof she mailed her M.O. She may have a receipt, but that doesn't prove she actually put it in the mail. I spent an hour at the post office with the Post Office General at the Sandy location. He found the receipt that I mailed it regular post on the day that I did. It is not detailed since it was not priotity, but it does show I mailed it general mail.   Yes, I have been burned before in the last two years, twice. Once for $58.00 and the other for over a hundred. I went to bad trader and they did nothing to help me. Both times I just had to eat my loss ! So don't threaten with filing mail theft or fraud charges on me. It doesn't work. It's plain and simple, my word against hers. And I have never heard in all my trading years that it's the sellers responsibility that the buyer gets the merchandise. It's an equal agreement. Both parties have equal items at stake in the deal rather it be in merchandise or cash. She didn't want to pay anything for shipping ! She had her chance to insure her package or even purchase Priority Mail.

(Cautionlist: priority mail would not have made any difference in this situation-- you cant track a priority package or have proof of mailing priority anymore than you can regular mail)

She passed it up by her own free will !   I'm sorry, but right there, I think that puts part of the blame on herself. I'm not going to baby her and pay all this for her. She was so cheap on the deal anyway. She emailed in the first offer with confirmation. I don't play games and wait and see who send in the highest. I play fair and sell to whom ever confirms a sell first. She happened to be the one. I have never read anywhere that it is my responsibility, no matter what, that it is the seller's responsibility to see that the package arrives. Especially when the buyer refuses insurance and Priority Mail. I try to help out to make things a little more fair for her loss and she asks for $70.00 and 5 Bears !

I'm already out five bears, and she still wants her money and more bears. She only sent money in the first place ! This makes me think she did receive the package and since it's been so long coming, wants to fake it never came and see what more she can get 'So to speak" even with me. This is how I feel. She was nothing but rude since the start. And all her emails have not been friendly. After a few days when the package didn't arrive she immediately accused me of not shipping her Beanies. I also know about the post office too, practically live there, and so they can't go back and find anything when it comes to receipts. She would have needed to insure the package to have anything at the post office at all.  What you do get from the post office is your receipt with the date and the zip code to the place you are sending your package imprinted on it along with the type of mailing you did, 1st class, priority etc.....and the cost of it.  Now this is the newest mailing computerized way. Maybe not all post offices have this but mine has had it for a year and half so by now most post offices should have this capability. I buy beanies to resell them so the price needs to be low enough to do that. My offer was $135 and she wanted closer to $175 but we agreed on $140. Either way, I sent the money order, she received it and I have no beanies to show for.  If she won't give me back the money, or send me replacements I want other people to know not to deal with her because I really don't believe she sent me any beanies to begin with regardless of what the details here are.  Let me know what happens. thanks again for your help. You have no proof she doesn't have the package I mailed ! You have no proof I didn't mail package ! You have no proof a postal worker didn't take the package ! You're taking her word against mine unfairly ! She is indeed part responsible for the mailing of her package. She chose the way it was shipped of her own free will........ If she is so experienced in trading and selling, why did she make such a stupid decision? And I'm being held responsible for what she decided? I offered to try and make things a little more fair on here part and got taken advantage of ! You can see how she wanted to solve things..........by screwing me over and seeing herself come out on top ! I have not yet received any resonable offer from her on any kind of resolution to thins problem other than her seeing herself come out on top! And I really resent you siding with her when you don't have all the evidence. I have proof from my Post Master that I mailed a package on that day. Just as she has her little M.O. receipt. You are nobody. All you do is give your opinion. And apparently you have made your oppinion without all the facts and information. I received an unfair offer, refused it, didn't receive a fair ofer in return so you're ready to put me on a Bad Trader's list. You have no right to do that without doing all you can to get all the facts of both side. I will definately file a complaint against you with the Bad Traders Ass. because this was not handled fairly. The receipt printed on the machine does not have all the personal information where the package went, this is just general mail, remember? It only show the date I came in and the amount of the postage. You don't get all the frills on your receipt with just a general mail package. And yes, Bad Trader did nothing for me ! Big deal if charges were filed ! I saw not one dime of my money or any of my items, twice when I went to them. So you guys really do you job. You have all my faith ! What about my bears? Where are they? You want things made right for Lori, you want me to give her part of her money back, who is going to get me any of my bears back? I really rubs me the wrong way that "Lori" cries to you and all your sympathy goes to her................ I did offer to help her until she wanted me to go in the hole to make her feel better! She is responsible for part of this to, but if she keeps crying you're never going to see that are you? She gave up safe shipping and insurance on her own! She's a big girl, and has to be responsible for her actions once in a while. I wouldn't feel so bitter if I wasn't automatically blamed in this situation, taken advantage of when I offered to help, and screwed by "Bad Traders" when I needed them twice before when I lost my money of a 50.00 sale and one over 100.00. You don't handle things fairly. You form your opinion way to early. And you're very quick to blame ! Tell Lori to send her M.O. receipt that proves she sent me her M.O. when she said she did?

I did not tell her how to mail the package - she gave me the choices to either pay an extra $6.50 or something in that price range additional or she would send it regular mail. Honestly i have not had a problem getting beanies by regular mail or any package for that matter. The post office will tell you that packages don't get lost that often so I did not expect to have this problem. So I agreed to the regular mail and that is my fault for sure. I know she says she thinks I got the beanies but please make sure she understands that she was the one who made the decision to mail the way she did. No matter what she says i told her it is up to her to safe guard herself and mail with some sort of proof in tracking. I don't believe she sent me the beanies and as much as i tell you this i know you can't know either way, but I would not bother with all of this and get you involved if I had the beanies. I have a trail to follow on my good dealings and you can check me back several years I would not lie regardless I just want the beanies or my money. If I can't have either I want to make sure others don't have to go through this with her like I am.  Apprciate all your help.    Lori

What good did you filing charges do to get any of my money or my items replaced? not one thing! I've come across no trading or buying rules that tell me that I am resonsible that the buyer receive the merchandise. Do You have a set of legal laws that have been passed through congress you can show me? I'm not claiming innocence in this whole matter, but I will not take the whole fault. The way I'm being treated now. you can go ahead and file away. I was screwed twice by "Bad Trader" They did NOTHING for me. I'm out over $150.00 cash in two separate deals in a years time. Is my Fraudulent Criminal convicted and made to pay restitution? I had receipts, addresses, email addresses, M.O. receipts, everything and you could still do nothing to help me ! So don't go and try to pin this lady's story completely on me. I tried to be fair with her and was taken advantage of !  I'm sorry, but you're not a fair organization and I really question your legality? I tried to help her and got burned. Something would be better than nothing, but she stuck her nose up at that too ! So go ahead and file away............................ You guys are impossible to work out anything with.
