I mailed Millett $42.35 on 1/25/03 for 7 Beanies,, didn't send & doesn't return my mail. I would file a police report, if I knew where to send it.

She cashed my check (for cash) @ Rockland Savings & Loan, Rockland,
Maine on Jan. 29th., teller #11. PLMK, if you can help me.
She had PN Smitten & stated she had more on E-Bay, if interested, so
I wrote her & she said I could buy any amt. I wanted, so I fell for it.
At the time she had all Pos. FB & now states "not registered user". You
can check item 3111369785 to bring her up. I did E-M the last 2 complaints
to see if they had rec'd. theirs & both replied "no" & she doesn't
respond to their E-M's either. Thanks so much, I'm feeling better already.

I have not received any emails from her, and I mailed her beanies out
to her months ago. So please do not contact me with your threats I
do not have proof she did not ask or pay for insurance. I mailed the
package with a bunch of other packages as I always brought a bunch to the
post office at one time. If the buyer does not purchase insurance or
confirmation, there is nothing I can do. I mailed it, I have not done any
fraud. Please do not contact me again. I feel that this is fraud. and harassment

Annette could provide no proof that she had sent the beanies. She has also
been suspended from ebay.

I won an auction of hers for an L.L. Bean Fleece Coat which she advertised
as like new condition. Her description even said "breathtaking". I paid for
the auction immediately via Paypal. When I received the coat, I was very
disappointed in the condition of the coat-- it was obviously used, the fleece
was matted, what I would only describe as good condition. I e-mailed her
to request a refund based on an inaccurate description. Her reply was very
rude, she insisted it was as described and refused a refund. She even insinuated
that I was "trying to pull something". She also said she would retaliate
in kind if I left her neutral or negative feedback, which she did following
my negative feedback to her. Denise

I purchased a beanie from her, sent payment through paypal and never received
the merchandise. Not much else to say. I sent many emails to her with my
concerns about not receiving the beanie, and when she finally answered me
she was not very nice. She didn't even know what item I had purchased. That
is why I left the bad feedback. Stephanie

I had won a Ty beanie auction of hers, I sent her a money order and never
heard a reply until after about 5 or 6 emails. The last time she emailed
me she said the item had been sent weeks before-indicating she'd received
payment- and if it didn't turn up the following Monday, to let her know.
Needless to say I never heard from her again. The amount of money wasn't
great, but it's the principle of the whole thing that irks me. Hope this
helps in some way.
