Made a Deal to Trade with this Person Azizul Rabu for Two Bears TY Bear & Issy without hang tags on 1-5-01 on Beanieholic's Trading Board.My part of the Deal was sent as Promised Air-Mail on 1-5-01 To Address He provided. He was to send on 1-8-01 air-mail as he Promised, But as of Today 2-1-01, I have not received my part of the bargain as He Promised. After many E-Mails this person has not answered a one, He is a Scam Artist and Should not be Trusted. This man Azizul Rabu ( Gerard James ) Should be put on the "BAD TRADER" List, I have been had as a lot of other People. I also was scammed by this person. I posted a complaint on the February 2001 board. I will forward all of the emails this guy sent to me personally. He was to send a thank you bear (from Malaysia) and I sent him Buckingham, Nipponia, Sunny, Periwinkle and Speckles. I mailed my parcel via Express Mail and they have the ability to track online. It says they attempted to deliver on Jan 15th. (I mailed on Jan 9 - so did he, supposedly). As of today Feb 2, it still says they only attempted to deliver, not that it was delivered. My local post office supervisor said my parcel WILL be returned to me after sitting unclaimed in the Malaysian post office. When, she did not know. I found the mailing address for the local Malaysian post office that was in the same town/province as the one I mailed to. I have asked him personally to make sure my parcel is returned to me. I gave him the Express Mail EMS tracking number, my name/address, Azizul's name and address. I don't know why my package has not been picked up - although that is good for me because I can get it back. Perhaps he does not have a picture ID that says Azizul Rabu? Who knows. I am a member of SC and CN and KNK.  I received an email on May 4th and was asked if I wanted to buy 2 Bunga Rayas at a cheaper price than the ones I had bid on Ebay. He said that he was selling them cheaper since he didnt have to pay auction fees. He got my email address by my bidding. I also have bid on Collectingnation. Since I lost the auction again for the beanies, I agreed to buy them.

But before I could send the money order, he emailed me and said he won 2 auctions on Ebay from a DAMON GREGORY Damogreg@tds.net #862578780 and #862848541. He asked me to pay for these auctions with my Paypal account and that would make it quicker for him to send me my beanies. So I paid for these auctions $30.90 and I was to receive 2 Bunga Rayas. Needless to say after over 2 months and lots of emails, I never received my beanies.  Can you please help me to file fraud charges against him or help in any way to recover my losses?  This is what he told me when I asked about why the canadian address and his feedback saying Malaysia:

He told me many times that the package was mailed. Then he told me it was returned and he had mailed it out again. He told me he sent registered mail and he would scan receipt next day etc etc. I finally asked him for a refund and he told me he could not send me refund when bears were on the way.

Then he told me he would pay me by paypal and then I got this email from him that he got from paypal:

This was the last email I got from Alan on June 30th. Since then he has not answered any of my emails.  I am so sorry I bought from him. I needed Bunga Rayas to finish my grandsons collection of Asia beanies.  I hope you will be able to shake the money out of him or get him listed in the Bad traders board.  From what I can see, Alan's last name is not Teh but the same name as his Uncle in Canada.   THANK YOU!!    Mary Ann (the big dummy)
