bjsproducts@yahoo.com  Barrie Johnson Purchased Ty Beanie Babies on E-Bay Item #1646577817 on 10-12-01. This was a presell with delivery to be made within 30 days. I have not received any merchandise and most the time cannot get an e-mail response from this trader. I did have an e-mail on 11-28 telling me this order was shipped which I find hard to believe as it has been 9 days and was to be shipped from TX. I have never had any problems with mail delivery and if they really were shipped why doesn't this seller answer my e-mails????

On 10/18/01 won EBAY bid for 6 new holiday beanies. Sent check which was cashed. On 11/28/01 received email saying they were shipped. Have sent several emails to bjsproducts and received nothing but they are in mail, I am backup with other shipments, I work for post office, etc. Still as of 12/7/01 no merchandise received.

I won three auctions with this seller in October and was even sent an E-Mail that they were shipped on 11/26/01 and still have not received them. They DID leave positive feedback but I would prefer my items. I have been contacted by others who have never received their items...

I have gotten nothing from him. I paid by paypal on Oct 3. The auction ended Oct 1 and stated that it was a pre-sell and the items would be shipped within 30 days of the end of the auction. I e-mailed the seller near the end of Oct and he replied that he ws running a little late but the items would be going out in the next week or so. After 10 days I e-mailed him again and that time there was no response. Both ebay and paypal stated that they could not do anything since the 30 days had passed.  Thanks   MaryLee

Hello,  Sorry to hear about what is going on. With what had happend is that I ordered something and did not hear anything about it. So a few days before Holloween I email her again, and put in a neutral responce which was not bad or good. She got all upset saying that because I was a new person I should not be jumping the gun with the responce. Which still did not let me know what was going on with my order. So I got her personel information and I called her this was after emailing her 2 more times wondering where my beanies were. No responce again, I waited a few more days and email her again and then fimally she answered back saying that they were shipped out. I then emailed her again and nothing again. So about the middle of Dec. I finally got my order 45 days late and I would not do buisness with her again if someone even paid me to do so. It is not worth the hassle or your time. No, I haven't received my items yet, no, I havent' received a refund, yes, I am very ticked off. I have filed a fraud report with ebay, they are looking into it. I have an email I can forward to you from another buyer who is in contact with Longview PD (where the buyer lives) and has me on a email list when ever something new pops up. The buyer has contacted Safe Harbor and has threatened me with a lawyer because I sent her threatening emails. Which I did not, I just emailed her saying that I wouldn't answer any more of her excuses, and that I had filed a fraud report and that if she didn't send my items or refund by 12-19 (today is the 30 day period ending for the fraud report she has until to respond) I would look into filing a police report, FTC report. I told her I would also contact the USPS, they keep tellling everyone (you can also see it in their feedback remarks to others) the excuse of "it's OK, I work for the USPS". Another words, "trust me, I work for the government" . I don't think the USPS would be too happy to know this person is ripping off all these people and using their name as an excuse. The buyer has also told Safe Harbor that she has proof that she sent the items. Which is a lie, I never received my items. The only proof she would have would be a signature confirmation, which I told her to present to me since I know it would be my forged signature. No answer to that, which means they are lying about that too. Please let me know what you have about this seller and what others are doing about getting thier money back. If you want a copy of the fraud report, let me know, I can cut and paste it to you.   Thanks for your help    Niki

Hello, Barrie Johnson owes me $53.50, incl. shipping, from two transaction on eBay, #1658431454 and #1658431455. I have contacted her numerous times without response, other than her saying that she was five days behind on her emails and would send me a refund or product. I chose the refund and have not heard back from her. This was 10 days ago. There are numerous other people that she owes money/products to as well. I can give you a list of six other emails if you would like. She claims to have shipped product to people and they still have not rec'd anything from her. Enough time has passed for the shipment to arrive. Thanks for the contact....I did received an E-Mail from them YESTERDAY....NO ANSWERS FROM PREVIOUS ONES BUT SAID HIS BOX WAS LOADED....SO HE GAVE ME A DIFFERENT ADDRESS.  He said he never got the November Birthday beanie so he was holding up my orders and my shipping info was through Auction works but will ship If I will accept the December one....I said yes so I will wait for a week or so and get back to you if I do not receive my 3 orders.... Will let you know IF AND WHEN I get these orders and thanks for the contact....

Hi-  I only have the exact date that I won the auction, the rest will be estimated as I just deleted all the corrispondance to and from the above subject.

1- October 18th I won a "presell" auction of Pierre the Canadian Beanie.The description stated shipping would be up to 30 days after the auction close or a full refund.
2- Shortly there after I recieved a e-mail confirming my winning bid stating that I got a good deal.
3- On or about November 15th I e-mailed asking about when I would be receiving my beanie. No answer was forth coming.
4- On November 17th I left neutral feedback as 30 days after the sale were done. ( this is an exact date as I just checked it out)
5- On November 23rd I recieved an e-mail stating that shipment had been made. And thanking me for my purchase. ( I'm pretty sure about this date also)
6- On or about December 11th I again e-mailed asking about shipment and stated that he should be honest with us and return our money or just state he did not have the merchandise.(I had checked feedback left by others by this time and noted there were several irate buyers)
7- On December 15th I recieved my merchandise by priority mail with the post mark dated December 12th.

Well..me and Barrie are on crappy terms. I won an auction for Halloween, yes as in Oct. 31, beanies and have yet to receive them. I have proof of payment via PayPal. Then on feedback....she called ME a nut!! Whatever! I paid....no item received! She's the nut. I don't see how there is proof they were delivered!! i would let the FBI come search my house...there are no Halloween beanies here!

I have been trying to get my items from Barry Johnson for awhile now (3 Holiday Beanie Babies). I won the auction on Oct.21st. It was a pre sale auction, so I was supposed to have by items shipped to me within 30 days, which would have been around Nov.21st. I started to email the seller about a week after that when I didn't get them. At first he didn't respond to me. Then after I gave him a negative response on Ebay, thats when he said that they would be shipped out soon. I have filed a fraud charge with Ebay, but that can't refund my money or anything since my purchase was under 25.00. I have left him messages on his voice mail, but still nothing. I actually got an email about 2 weeks ago from him that he had sent to all of his customers that haven't received the items that they had purchased from him. He said some things were on back order, but we should get them shortly. Still nothing yet. I think I am just going to chalk this up as a loss of $15.00. Let me know if you have any further questions. HI, I had ordered the halloween beanies from them. i paid by paypal. It went well past the 30 days and i never received them. When I emailed them. they gave me this story how they were mis shipped, they sent me out a replace ment, i got it in 5 days. What bothers me is her husband works for the post office, I think they are scamming the post office with all these' supossedly"miss shipments. I have heard from another ebayer who got the same story. After my purchase is when I saw they had a couple of the same complaints against them. When I gave them bad feedback, They had the nerve to ask me why? Then the wife said they were good people and wishes I hadnt done that. What ever. she wanted me to recant what I said. I never botherd. I hope this helps you! I have been taken twice on ebay. I WON 6 AUCTIONS ON EBAY FROM BJ, TOTALLY 80.00. THEY WERE A PRESELL. THE LAST AUCTION ENDED 0N THE 21ST OF NOVEMBER AND THE BEANIES WERE SUPPOSED TO BE SHIPPPED WITHIN 30 DAYS. I FORGOT TO MENTION THAT THIS WAS A PRESALE. I STARTED EMAILING HER 1 WEEK BEFORE THE 30 DAYS WERE UP AND AT THAT TIME SHE WAS QUITE CONGENIAL. SHE EMAILED BACK SEVERAL TIMES STATING THAT SHE WAS HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THE SHIPMENTS DUE TO A DELAY IN HER GETTING HER SHIPMENTS. WELL, I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN RIGHT THEN THAT SOMETHING WAS WRONG BUT I AM A VERY TRUSTING PERSON. AS TIME WENT BY I NEVER COULD GET HER TO EMAIL ME BACK. NOW HERE IT IS JANUARY 18TH AND STILL NO BEANIES OR REFUND. THE LAST TIME I HEARD FROM HER WAS ON JAN. 7TH STATING THAT SHE WOULD DEFINITELY BE SHIPPING MY BEANIES THAT WEEK. WELL STILL NO BEANIES. I visit Traderlist before every transaction. Your site has been truly  a godsend. I desperately need help with two eBay auction people.First is a person whom I have found numerous times on your site: Barrie Johnson I won a pre-seel auction on 10-11-01, sent the money order, received  confirmation of receipt of the m.o. but have received nothing. I have sent more than 50 emails asking what's up and I get the usual "I will send the beanies" "I will send a refund this week" blah blah blah. All talk, no action. I am really sick of this scum-sucking lowlife. I have filed a mail fraud with my local post office. The following is the auction info and address:

After contacting the Longview Police Dept. and telingd them of my problem, within a week, I received my refund check for the October auction. I SUGGEST EVERYONE CONTACT THE LONGVIEW POLICE COMPUTER FRAUD DIVISION!! They are online and very helpful. Let's get this parasite off the web!!

UPDATE: I received my refund today (6 months after te end of the auction) I got help from the Longview police Dept. If you are still waiting for a refund from Barrie..please contact them, they got things moving.
