Hello, I was wonder if you have any information on Ben Quan aka/ doc-holiday77 aka Mooshii. This person has been selling a large quantity of Sakura beanies/buddies, Britannia beanies/buddies and Pierres for very good prices. I am involved in a transaction and awaiting shipment on a Pierre which is now late. He does have a verified paypal account, but his feedback is starting to look suspicious. I tried to get his info from Ebay but it invalid. I tried to find information on your site but have found nothing. Have you heard of this person, he is in the MA. area. Please let me know if you have heard anything about him, and if you start hearing things on him please contact me,Thanks for your time

Check out this link. Doc-Holiday77 outrageous isn't it. This jerk has posted almost 200 Negative feedbacks in one day (and after the tragedy in NYC on the same day, that takes real nerve, what creep), If this has happened to you contact squaretrade at ebay to get your bad feedback removed. The guy has told many people he was moving!!! HAHAHA~looks like he had better be moving, I am sure the police will want to talk to him soon. He ripped me off for 39 dollars, but he got alot more from alot more people and is thumbing his nose at everyone. He says we have 30 days before we can file fraud charges against him.
Looks like he is hurting as many people as he can before he gets booted of Ebay, I don't know what this guys problem is.

I like many others bought an item on Ebay (~1633708325) and paid via Paypal. It was 30day shipment for Mastercard Bear and I have comfirmation from him he recieved $103.50 for this. This mornign I noticed he had left neg feedback for me and in total over 300 for buyers accusing all of non-payment. This guy has ripped of so many people and for $thousands. It seems like a planned campaign of selling fast, collecting money through Paypal and when he cleared his account to give us all neg feedback then move on to another ID.
I am in UK and unfortunately not much Ebay or Paypal can do for me.

This wonderful chap sold us a GameBoy Advance in Artic White. We, like many others on e-Bay paid using Buy It Now. The total cost was $80 (£58). We are also located in the UK. He even had the cheek to leave negative feedback. Not sure how much this guy has scammed but quite a lot one suspects. His other e-Mail address is DocHoliday@mediaone.net. Do not buy from him. I resently won a auction on Ebay for a Pierre beanie. I sent a money order. As you proably guessed, i didn't recive the item. Yup I seller i am reffering to is none other the the famous doc-holiday77. But what is strage to me is that i recieved a different name and city in Ma. then everyone else. I made a report on traderlist. Mine was the Billy Brier one. Today i talked to a Detective Cabral in Wareham MA.. He had me e-mail him everything i had on doc-holiday77 and he said he would file a report for me. Will this adventualy get my money back or is there something else i need to do? Do i still need to report him the the fraud sites listed on traderlist? Thank God I have a filled out money order scanned. It is basicly my only proof of payment. Take care of yourself

Just an update: I've filed an Internet Consumer Fraud Complaint with the FBI on Kenny Andrews/Francine Andrews. I would hope that everyone else who has been defrauded by these people have done the same. If you haven't done it -DO IT - Please - of this type of fraud will continue over and over again.

I have purchased a dvd set from an Ebay seller. He had goodfeedback up until a couple days after the auction. I have tried to email him but the addresses are no longer in use. I looked at the ebay page today and see that he has been selling without sending to a bunch of other people. His nam I Herman Holiday and I paid him with paypal he is a verified member if that helps at all please let me know what i can do to fix the situation. Andy Batten

I received an e-mail from Det. Gil Cabral who has been handling the case against Kenny Andrews aka Doc Holiday and his exact words were:

"Charges are being filed against Ken Andrews, Keri Hoffman and Tami Mahoney."

So the wheels of justice may actually be turning. I hope all the victims of this guy have also filed complaints with the FBI for Internet Fraud - perhaps it will make an impression on these people.

Just a note to let all of you who were ripped off by 'Doc Holiday' on Ebay - that I received a restitution check yesteday from him in the form of a money order that was sent to me by the District Court in Wareham, Massachusetts.

I thank all of you who followed through to get this guy criminally charged.

Please be advised that Kenneth Andrews was before the court this date (1/25/02) answering to the charges of lareceny over. Mr Andrews was ordered to pay restitution, and he had the money orders made out to each victim. (money order enclosed).

Enclosed I found a USPS money order for the $39 dollars I had paid for a Pierre bear plus shipping that I had never recieved.I am just glad that my money was returned to me after all this time.
