I bought 3 Halos from Ben Shidla off of eBay - all seemed to be going well with the transaction - he confirmed receipt of my money order, said the beanies were on the way - but I never received them. I emailed him numerous times asking him the whereabouts of my beanies, and he told me he was "sorry" and he "forgot to send them" and they were on the way again. Nothing. I emailed him numerous times again, and he has never answered any more emails. Checking his record on eBay, he has two other auctions he has failed to deliver on, and I had even received an email from one of the other bidders asking me what happened with my transaction with Ben because they never received their beanies they paid for either. He has since been suspended from eBay (I filed a complaint, as I assume did the others) and never stated his case with my fraud complaint on eBay. I have all my emails from him as well as my emails to him because even though I am only out $13 I am still considering filing a case with the Post Office - although I hesitate to do that since he DOES have my home address and I am afraid of what kind of freaks are out there in the world today, you know?  The ebay item # for my auction was 411864335, it's still up there and viewable - his user id was kingbeanies, his email address is kingbeanie00@yahoo.com and his mailing address is

My auction ended more than 5 days ago per ebay need to make contact with in 3 days, i never heard from him , i personally sent several emails and was ignored,, today 2 Nov i get a email from him with just Congratulations you have won ,,, auction please pay with check or MO via paypal but the email address given is tradesman11@aol.com and mailing address is now

I however emailed back and advised that per ebay rules he did not make contact or respond to me with in the allotted time so the Deal is void per their rules and i will not send payment. Let me know if you think there is Anything else I should do.

I won three Erin Beanie Babies and paid by paypal. He never responded to my e-mails and I did not get the Beanies. I turned him into http://www.fraud.com/ and set him a copy of my actions a few weeks later the Beanies showed up.

traders_name: Ben Shidla Comments: Ben approched me after l didn't win an auction to ask if l wanted to buy a couple of TY Liberty Bears for him. I agreed and sent Ben $84 via bidpay on the 04.10.00. He confirmed he had recieved payment and Western Union also tell me the cheque has been cashed, by Ben Shidla. he is using 2 different email adresses. l have sent a dozen or so emails and he has ignored everyone so far. he is now no longer a trader on ebay using the username triplebs1. I want everyone to beware of this man as he has broken my confidence in buying and selling on ebay. his address and email addresses are listed below.
