Won auction on ebay October 24,2002 for 2 sets of the UK TRIO. Emails friendly and apoligetic at first, then no emails.Lat email said they will be here in 8 weeks. Story always changing. They should have been here in 30 days. Other email is brian.cramer@ntlworld.net

Comments: I won a presell auction also on October 24th for 2 UK Trio sets. I was told that he shipped them on November 20th and I still have not received them. I have emailed him a couple of times and he won't reply back. I paid for my auction through paypal.

I won three auctions on Ebay from bigredcollectibles on October 24, 2002, which was a Pre-Sell. On November 16, right before the end of the 30 day limit to deliver the merchandise, Brian emailed me and said he had mailed my package. I found out later he mailed supposely by SURFACE MAIL! Another excuse to take longer! Very smart as he again got alot of people to wait past the 60 days to file a claim with EBAY! He sold 400 SETS of UK Trio on EBAY with Dutch Auctions and to my knowledge NO ONE received their merchandise!! HE IS A THIEF!!!

Won auction Oct. 24, 2002, paid with paypal. Received e-mail that UK trio had shipped. When it didn't arrive, I sent e-mail, was told it was sent by surface mail and could take as long as 8 weeks. Smart on his part as it is too late to get refund from paypal or any help from eBay. E-mails are no longer answered.

Paid for auction presell on 10/24/02. I have never received the goods.

Ordered 2 sets of the uk flower trio. Said that the he shipped them out November 19th. When I didnt receive them in a reasonable time I contacted him again. He wrote back saying that he was sorry for the delay and that it would and could take up to 8 weeks to receive. As of yet I havent received the bears.

I won an auction with this seller on Oct.24,2002. After waiting untilnov.24,2002 he stated that the post office told him it would take 6-8 weeks for delivery. I e-mailed mr Cramer and told him I would give him until Jan 24,2003 and want a refund. He assured me that it would be here by then. I have heard nothing else from this seller.

This email should read exactly as the other ones already posted. NO BEANIES and seller has the our money! It has been 3 months since the auction closed.

I paid this man for the Daffodil, Thistle, Rose Beanie Baby trio. I haven't received them and have had no reply to my emails regarding them.

Pre-sell for beanies - auction ended 10-24. He stated he shipped on 11-22 and first said it would take four weeks, then said eight weeks. Asked for refund and got neither beanies (uk trio) nor refund.

Won two auction on ebay October 24 2002 for 20 sets of the UK TRIO. Told they were shipped Nov. 16 and would take four weeks, e-mailed after 4 weeks and told it would take 8 weeks, ask for a refund and I would sent the beanies back, he stated they have been mailed and they are yours. No beanies and out over $600.00 paid with paypal. HE IS A THIEF!!

I won 2 sets of the UK Trio on October 24, 2002. As of this date, I have received neither my beanies, nor a refund. I was *assured* by Mr. Cramer that my beanies were indeed mailed, but were mailed surface mail. This fact I was told 4 weeks after he told me that he mailed them. It has been 2 months now since I was told that he mailed them. I want answers - I want my beanies!!!

Won 5 sets of beanies on Oct 24, 2002 the was presale, said would be mailed in a month. Email in Dec, he said they were mailed it would be 4 weeks, emailed again he said made mistake it would be 8 weeks. Emailed in Jan no response. Asked for refund no response.

On Oct.25,2002,we were one of the high bidders on ebay item #1779983181(Daffodil Rose Thistle UK TY Beanie Baby set). We made full payment of $35.00 to him on the same date (10/25/02) by way of PayPal. Received last email on 12/19/02 stating they were shiped by land and it could take up to 8 weeks to arrive. Have emailed him since, with no answer.Thanks,duo-2.

I won 1 set of Ty Rose, Daffodil Thistle Beanies - ebay auction #1779983120 24 Oct 02 from bigredcollectibles - Requested shipping costs for AIRMAIL and paid (US40.01) via Paypal immediately. Received e-mail from Brian stating that items had shipped on 17 Nov 02 and would arrive in approx 4 weeks. When they didn't arrive, I e-mailed Brian and was advised they had been sent by surface mail and could take 8 weeks. I e-mailed Brian again on 8 Jan 03 to advise they still had not arrived. No response.. Further e-mail to Brian on 15 Jan 03 requesting a refund. Still no response or refund given. Very disappointed.

I was high bidder on an auction for The three UK exclusives--Daffodil, Thistle and Rose on October 24, 2002 (item#1779983181) and still have not received my items. I want these items and ask that the seller make good on his auction.

Like the rest on 10/25/02 I won auction #1779983120 for Rose, Thistle and Daffidol and paid the same day with PayPal $30.01 for 1 set. On 11/16/02 Mr. Cramer e-mailed me to let me know that he had mailed the beanies on 11/16/02 and it would take 4 weeks for delivery. On 12/16/02 I e-mailed Mr. Cramer to let him know that I had not received the beanies andI would like my money back.On 12/16/02 he returned my e-mail stating that the post office said it would take 8 weeks as they were sent surface mail and asked me to be a little more patient. On 12/16/02 I returned his e-mail and said I will keep looking for the package. On 1/3/03 I sent e-mail letting him know that I still had not received the beanies and asked him for my money returned to my PayPal account. I have not heard from him since 12/16/02. Now it is toolate to get my money back from PayPal as it is over 60 days. I would just like my money back. Thanks for listening. Carole Richards

In October 2002 I was the high bidder on 3 of his international Ty beanie baby auctions. He stated that the beanies were sent. when I didn't receive them, his story kept changing. Then he didn't respond to the emails at all. By posting this message, I am hoping to warn others so they don't lose money like I did...and like I see others have also. I am also hoping to get him to complete the auction!

Paid for two sets of the beanies. Seller gave the same reply as what he gave to the others. Worst part was he told me that postage stated on auction page was for surface mail. Todate still no beanies. Some people did get their beanies and some their refund, so why them and not all of us. Please can I have my money back Brian. Only you will know what you want to do, so why ask us to advise you what to do.

Ebay said that I won I wrote to Brian and told him if I can send him a check he said it will cost more money to do that So I pay pay pal on Oct 24 2002 The amount is $35.00 He said something about he was in the hosptail.Then he said the beanies would be shipped on Nov.18th He wrote back to me and said your beanie is shipped and it will take 4 weeks that was Nov16 6week went by I wrote to him he wrote back NOW he said it will take 8 weeks

I won an eBay auction presale from this seller on eBay in October and since then have not received the items won. I have also not recieved a refund or any further emails.

I won an auction (#1779983156) back on Oct. 24, 2002, from bigredcollectibles@ntlworld.com. Paypal was used to make the payment. To date the item has not been received. The seller's name was Brian Cramer from the UK. He claimed he mailed the items on Nov. 16, surface mail with no tracking. Up until Dec. 24, he had been in touch. I have requested a refund but he is no longer replying to my emails. A search on ebay for the seller turned up a suspended account. I have contacted about 15 other winner from this auction and to date none of us have received anything.

I did a search on ebay for this addy and found an active acct for I_buy_sw and am assuming it is the same person. Last activity was posted around Jan 5. Just thought I'd pass this into on to you in case of future problems.. I will continue trying to contact Mr. Cramer from the UK and hope we can resolve this issue..

Won Daffodil Thistle and rose on an Ebay auction number 1779983020 on the 25 october 2002 sent cheque on November 1 2002.Have not received any bears nor refund up to today 20 January 2003.Even though he has told me he would send me a refund.

Same situation as the dozens of other victims of this seller. Paid for 2 sets of the U.K. flower beanies, received an e-mail in mid-November saying that they had been shipped and would take 4+ weeks, got no reply from several e-mails that I sent starting in late December. No beanies and no refund either.

Same story as all the others. Paid for Trio. Told it would take 4 weeks, then 8 weeks. Never received the beanies. And he is no longer answering my e-mails. Hopefully a complaint with the FBI may get some results.

I and at least 64 other Ebay bidders never received items won on Ebay on 10/24/02. Repeated e-mails were useless. The items on auction were Ty Beanie baby bears. I purchased 30 sets for $838.10. Obviously, this was a fraud. Many bidders have contacted me about this. He is located in Glasgow, England; his company name is Big Red Collectibles.

I payed $111. for an auction won and did not get my items. He wont answer email.

After numerous attempts to get my refund from Mr.Cramer still no luck. I am asking if there is anybody out there who can put me in contact with his local police department. I have filed charges against him with the FBI and would recommend you all do the same. He is from Glasgow,Scotland. Any help would be appreciated.

Please believe me when I say that I do intend to refund all monies paid to me. Unfortunately at this moment in time Paypal have frozen my account allowing me to make only postal payments to them and I then have to email them with the details of any refunds I wish to make. This obviously will delay the refunds slightly.

Whilst I am not looking for sympathy, I too have been the victim of fraud. I paid someone for the items I sold and also to ship the US orders for me, I have now found out that this person was a major con man.

I was handling the British and European orders myself so I knew that these had not been shipped, hence if you contact any of these customers you will find that I sent their refunds a while ago. I just had to be sure about the US orders before I could start to act. It now appears that none of them were ever shipped.

Again I thank you for any assistance yopu can offer in helping me put this right.

I WON THE BID ON 3 UK BEANIES IN OCT .I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED THEM .I PAID HIM A TOTAL OF 41.00 DOLLARS HAVE SENT HIM SEVERAL E MAILS ,HE ANSWERED ONLY 1

I purchased 3 sets of UK TY beanies Rose Thistle and Daffodil on 24 Oct.I too was first told they were shipped on 16 Nov and would take around 4 weeks.Later I was told the shipping time would be 8 weeks.Now I realize the items were never sent. I too want my items .At the very least I want a full refund and believe damages should be paid.My confidence in purchasing from overseas sites has been shaken and will remain so unless the UK selling sites help their US cousins in matters such as this.

Won auction from him on Ebay for 2 sets of Thistle,Rose, Daffodil beanie babies on 10/24/02. It was a presell auction. Received notice they were shipped Nov. 16 and would take 4 weeks to arrive. Later, received word it would take a maximum of 8 weeks to arrive. Have written him 3 times recently asking for proof of shipment, that he track items, or that he refund my money. He has not replied to my requests.

I won auction on ebay Oct 24th for 2 sets of UK Trio..emails at first were friendly..then I got concerned about not receiving beanies in alloted time so I emailed again...first it was 4 weeks and then it was 8 weeks...well its long past 8 weeks and still nothing and now he does not respond to emails I send. I read his reponse to one complaint about how he could fix this problem...SEND REFUNDS!!!!!

Won pre-sell auction in October. Three months later still no merchandise. Paid in full through paypal. Was getting emails stating delivery in 4 weeks, then 8 weeks etc.... Then no responses after that. He ought to be sued.

Bid on Oct 24,2002 Never recived Items. UK TRIO E-mailed for refund to PayPal nerver got a responce. Tried to call got only recording. No call back or E-mail responce.

Purchased 2 sets of UK beanie babies. Were supposed to be Christmas presents. He said would be delivered in 4 weeks. Did not receive them. I e mailed him. Responded by saying the Postal service said it could take 8 weeks to receive. Then I noticed that my opportunity to leave feedback on E bay dissapeared.He all of a sudden became Un registered. Then I knew I was out the Money. I tried contacting him several more times but got know response. Now I have been contacted by others asking about the transaction. No one has received anything. The guy is a bum. It is sad when another Human being can treat others this way. Also making people leary about using E Bay or any other site like that. Thanks Brian. Hope you sleep well at night.

I won two sets of uk benie babies from him on an October auction. I payed through paypal and conformation was sent of the reciept of payment by Mr.Cramer. The sets were supposed to have been sent out by November 18, and I have still not recieved them. He claims that he sent them through surface mail, and is no longer responding to e-mails. This man is a theif!! He delays shipment in order to advoid having a complaint filed within e-bay's 60 day policy.

I think he got me and quite a few more.

I bought 2 sets of UK TY BEANIE BABies in a dutch auction #1779983120 on Oct 25, 2002. I agree with all the others that this man is a fraud. I was promised shipment that extended past the ebay time to file a complaint. I have sent multiple emails with no responses. Will follow your advise for filing mail fraud. Thanks for this opportunity. Too bad such a person was ever allowed on ebay!

I too join the list of those who were swindled. I also purchased the Uk Trio and was given the same story as those who have posted feedback above me. This person is a con himself and is still trying to con everyone by saying he was conned.

Brian continues to ignore emails regarding this issue. I am still waiting on the refund of US$40.01 (cost of items plus AIRMAIL shipping) that I have requested on many occassions. On the 22 Jan Brian stated that he intended to refund all monies paid to him.......when might that be ??? In the meantime, we (the buyers) are left empty handed with no items, or refunds.
