No Beanie, No more money. This isn't as much fun as it used to be. I
sent him a money order for $14 for valentino and then waited and emailed
and eveything else. Yahoo won't take the comment on their feedback because
I didn't win the auction. I did bid and I didn't win so I assumed he was
doing a nice thing. All he was doing was helping me lighten my checking account.
I've emailed practically everyday. He won't reply to any. Never sent bear.
Wish I could just make these theives disappear. Brian Robbins 4835 Mariposa

Response to cautionlist filed by: Hijomalo@aol.com
There was no carelessness on my part. I sent the beanie over twoo weeks
ago. I just returned from a two week business trip to see all of her ludicrous
comments and have responded to her. She did not request insurance and I cannot
do anything else than place the purchased article in the mail. How am I to
know whether she is telling the truth or whether her package was stolen from
her mailbox, etc.?I tend to think "I never received it" is a tie for the
oldest excuse in the book. she didn't ask for insurance so I did not insure
it

cautionlist: Please note that the complainer sent him $10 plus $4 for shipping
of one bear. that was more than enought to send insured priority. Or insured
regular and he would have had money left over.

Update from: Jim-VickyWarren@webtv.net
This is the reply that I sent to Brian and his response to me.
Dear Brian,
First of all I'm not really out there. I'm only in DC. Secondly I asked
you to email me when you got the money order and when you mailed the bear.
You did neither. You did charge me $4 S/H and made no mention that if I wanted
insurance I would have to pay more. Since you obviously didn't send it priority
mail($3.20) And I'm sure you didn't send it Fed ex (lots more) I can only
assume you sent it by regular mail. Which when I last mailed something that
light cost me about a buck or two. (That's why I must have figured it would
be insured because as a beanie lover you wouldn't mail out a beanie for half
of what you charged for shipping just to make a buck) Please either send
a bear priority or return my money. I can't imagine that you would leave
town and go on business and just let things float along without checking
emails or anything else but if you look at the cautionlist under Christine
Lansford you will notice that I was taken for a lot more than $14. So now
it has become principle. I hope your business trip was successful and that
you had a good time. By the way I live on a military base which is guarded
24 hours a day because of security. The chances of my mail being stolen are
ziltch, sorry. I will be gone this week but my mail is being held for me
so when you send either the money or the bear the postal authorities will
be holding it till I get back. Thank you very much Vicky. His resonse to
me: " Wow, you are really out there. I cannot do anything else than
mail you the beanie, which I did do, I have only had one package out of hundreds
sent be claimed to be lost. Unfortunately, I am unable to determine whether
a person actually receives a package or not. It could have been stolen
out of your mailbox or you could have received it and tried to scam
another out of me. Since you did not request insurance, I did not purchase
it; thus, I am in no position to send you a second valentino. I apologize
if you never got Valentino, but I am not in the position to hand deliver
a package."

Update from: Jim-VickyWarren@webtv.net
http://auctions.yahoo.com/show/rating?userID=hijomalo&filter=-1 It
seems that he has had many more complaints than just mine which he stated
I was the only one he has had problems with. There are many complaints posted
here about him.

Cautionlist found many complaints about people not getting what they ordered
from him on the site listed above. I could not post them here as they did
not email me about them but you can go to this site and see for yourself.
