I traded a brittania beanie and a millenium beanie for a MC mastercard beanie. I was asked to ship global priority and he would also. I emailed him back and forth several times before the trade actually came to a close. I then emailed him on Sept. 21 to let him know that I had indeed mailed the beanies. I then asked for him to do the same, I have not heard from him since. He did tell me in the last email that he mailed out on the 20, sept. I have emailed the other lady and she was promised the same beanie as I . She has spoken with a third person who also has a bad trade with him. The other ladies name is also Pam, email pab4656@charter.net. I am not sure where to go from here , I am needing some help. The other Pam is also wanting to persue this. I traded, or so I thought I was trading, with a Chalez ( email : ty.inc@post.cz) in Canada and I sent my end, a Germania, a Chinook, and a Millenium for an MC Beanie. I mailed on 09/18 Tuesday an I have not heard from him/her since. She did email me on 09/18/01 to say that she/he had mailed.

I have some proof for you all that traderlist.com is in fact selling a mailing list with your addresses on it because today I was sent this link http://www.ty-beanies.net/trader.TXT. If you go to that link you will see that all of you who get this messages (and mine) e-mail's are on that web site and they have all been sold to Electronics Plus, Workfromhome.COM, Ty-Beanies.net and Bargain Dog by Traderlist.com. Traderlist.com had also sold your e-mail address to other beanie baby sellers such as Ty-Beanies.net (for apx. $195.00 for 13,000.)

You need to complain. You can complain directly to Traderlist.com by e-mailing them at webmaster@traderlist.com. You can expect to get a reply in the next few days denying all allegations and blaming "a disgruntled bad  trader." Traderlist.com should add themselves as the bad trader because they have no rights to trade our e-mail addresses and personal information. I have also understood that they have "spyware" on their  site which tracks your I.P address which allows (sponsors who pay Traderlist.com) to send you unsolicited bulk e-mail like the kind you don't want to receive.

Please Traderlist.com, cease your operations. Please Traderlist.com, stop sending me SPAM e-mail and selling our e-mail to 3rd parties. I recently had my account taken over on Paypal and another auction site and I can surely blame Traderlist.com for giving out my personal information. The community is putting together a suit against you and your back-stabbing operations and we will all be happy to see you pay restitution/or a hefty fine and lose your web site. We've trusted you and it turned out to be a "sell-out" which the good cause was made to sell profit.

If you have had problems with identity theft, I.D theft, please e-mail me (Interesting note..this was supposed to come allegedly from Ty, however this is where the response was supposed to be sent!) at support@ebay.every1.net and I can tell you more of how they do it (how we have clues on how Traderlist.com gives out your sensative information. I cannot express how much you need to work together against Traderlist.com on this issue. This is an invasion of all your privacy and breaches Internet Privacy Act, Child Privacy Act and various others that tie into Traderlist.com's illegal behavior.

Comments: I was taken by these two. It appears they have give you different addresses as the one I sent payment to (a small town in Quebec) I investigated this and there is no Saleh Najem (it is a business name which is registered in Prince Edward Island along with their bank account at PEI Financial.) They also have an address in Vad'Or, QC which is right here:

Being an Ontario resident in Ottawa on the border I was able to do research. I went to Montreal and their box is registered with "Internationalle Presse et Boxes De Postal on the outskirts of Montreal in Laval (which is a suburb.) I was also able to get the box registerant who is, "Chalez Jagr." Chalez Jagr owns the business Saleh Najem Software which operates out of Prince Edward Island and Nova Scotia. I have also found out that the C.P St-Andre mailbox is now out of service and was told too many complaints and Chalez can't get his mail anymore so if you sent payment you can expect to get it back because he can't get his mail. I feel this information will be valuable. As for Alex Johnson I have no information on him and doubt his existance in relation to your case. It appears Chalez Jagr is running a cross provincial business. Hard to believe seeing that scum is in the small province of P.E.I. Good luck and I wish Traderlist.com the best!
