I sent sakura buddy after payment, which her friend received. I asked her
if she would like to purchase the other one and she said she would, and would
paypal funds. Again, she asked me to ship to a different friend. The funds
arrived as I was heading out the door to deal with a dying relative for a
couple of days. I asked my Mom to ship her Sakura buddy insured and tracked.
I did not get to the paypal account to accept the funds, because I was in
a hurry. But I didnt want to hold up her shipment. So, the buddy was shipped.
The payment was made on 4/10/01 for $76.09 and Sakura was shipped on 4/11/00
and insured for $50, since in the rush, I didnt make it clear how much to
insure for. When I returned on 4/15/01, the sender had cancelled the payment.
Since, I hadnt accepted the payment, apparently she was allowed to do that,
although, in the e mail it says it will stay for 30 days!

Paypal told me to send a request to her for payment, which I did and that they would place it under investigation. Despite daily e mails and requests to find out what happened to buddy and/or payment, she reads my e mails and doesnt respond. Please let me know what to do next. I can of course, send you a copy of the insurance receipt....I would appreciate your advice as to how to recoup my losses. Without her even saying the sakura buddy never arrived to her friend, I cant even claim the insurance...Please HELP!!!! Lori :o)

Note: Hi Tracey,
I have just been on the phone with paypal and due to some glitch in my
system, I was unable to claim the funds for sakura buddy. It was sent out
to you priority insured on 4/10/01, as soon as I received notification that
you had sent funds. Please resend the funds...as paypal assures me that is
the easiest way to do this. Lori :o)
