Postings filed on the website about bad traders are like "Letters to the Editor" in a newpaper. People are allowed to say what they
wish as long as they leave their email addresses. Just like letters to the editor, the comments made by the people are their own
complaints and are posted as such.  The First Amendment protects our right to freedom of expression from government interferences. Alleged Bad Traders are welcome to post rebuttal statements. The postings on the Caution
message board are NOT investigated unless the victim writes directly to a mediator for help. This website also has lawyers on
board. If anyone wants more information about the law firm advising Traderlist.com, please contact one of the mediators.

Comments: I won an auction for the SMASH exclusive beannie and she never sent it. She told me over and over she would send it. Now she won't answer my e-mails because I told her in the last message I would report her. Who knows - what next, This has been going on since September!!!

Comments: won auction on ebay for 53 beanies on 2/24/06 for $29.72. never recieved items and he kept my money.Paypal has refunded me a little over $4 but not enough funds to recover all of it. Several e-mails to him were sent but never answered.tried to phone him but line has been disconnected.I just want to get this out so someone else is not taken by this guy.Don't know what else to do without contact info since it is not available on ebay anymore.Thank you
