Postings filed on the website about bad traders are like "Letters to the Editor" in a newpaper. People are allowed to say what they
wish as long as they leave their email addresses. Just like letters to the editor, the comments made by the people are their own
complaints and are posted as such.  The First Amendment protects our right to freedom of expression from government interferences. Alleged Bad Traders are welcome to post rebuttal statements. The postings on the Caution
message board are NOT investigated unless the victim writes directly to a mediator for help. This website also has lawyers on
board. If anyone wants more information about the law firm advising Traderlist.com, please contact one of the mediators.

Comments: takes tooooooo long to send an order (I waited over 2 months and that's only after i got help from this web site) he also doesn't respond to e-mails, but does send long letters about his personal problems. DO NOT BUY FROM HIM

Comments: Purchased beanies on May 15, have e-receipt. Debited from credit card on June 8 after numerous e-mails, I have had zero response. Beanies 4 you is located in Hendersonville Tennessee. He is still posting latest beanies and exclusives for sale, I receive these e-mails, but no response re my order. Buyer Beware!

Comments: Purchased numerous beanies totaling $119.98, and never received beaines. When questioned, received song and dance about problems with mailing. Waited, waited to give them fair time to straighten matter out. Never resolved, after numerous emails, saying the refund was coming, I still have not received it to this day. Last email that I sent, never even replied back .Would like this matter resolved.

Comments: I purchased numerous beanie babies from this person and never received them. When questioned, was told repeatedly that a refund was being sent. Had many emails from Phil stating that this was coming, never received refund or beanies. Last email sent, he never replied. I saved all correspondance from Phil. Still waitind on refund of $55.35. Maybe this will help.

Comments: I traded my Decade Jingles for her 2005 Signature Bear. I never got it, and she claims she never got mine. But she cut off all communication with me. It was been 4 wks since shipment, so I know now that she was a fraud. I am really mad and dissapointed that someone would do that!

Comments: Agreed to make a trade for my Mom-e 2004 & Pompey in excahange for her Rose & Thistle. I checked out address given & rec'd a very disturbed e-mail from her saying she was canceling the deal becasue I had invaded her privacy by looking up the address given by her. She told me her name was Karen & to send beanies to: Beans N more at 68 Mary Catherine Circle in Windsor CT. She has confirmed receiving the beanies & now will not return mine or my e-mails inquiries. I am now seeing clearly why she became so furius with me & that I am not alone. But I trust she will get hers!!!
