Comments: Won and paid for 7 auctions via Paypal on Nov 7/03. No response to emails requesting ship date. Filed complaint with Paypal - waited two days too long and they wouldn't help. Filed complaint with Square Trade and this ebay vendor doesn't respond to them either. Her negative feedback since the beginning of November has gotten so bad that she has now made her feedback history private so all the negatives can't be viewed.
Don't understand why ebay allows this type of behaviour to continue - I'm thinking that ebay has gotten so big and out of hand that they no longer have any control. Anyway, Bearycool definitely isn't cool - she is a rip-off artist and a scammer and I would be interested in hearing from others who would consider filing mail fraud charges against her.

Comments: Laura emailed me and said she seen that I had lost an auction on a Ty Libearty beanie bear, she had said that she was going to put one on ebay in a couple of days but she'd sale it to me for $14. She also said that she had some more beanies and she sent me a list and I told her I would take the Libearty and 1 William bear. She told me it would be $33 total for the bears. this all started on Oct.5th. I sent her a money order on Oct.10th. I emailed her a week later to see if she received money order. She said she did and package on Monday Oct.20th. needless to say I never received, emailed her and got excuses and the runaround. She said she would replace the bears with 2 other beanie bears. I said no, I want my money back, she was only going to give me $31 back, which I agreed to and she said she sent the check out on Dec.1st and again I never received. I emailed her to let her know and to tell her enough is enough and apparently she is no longer an aol member. If anyone knows this person or dealt with her before please let me know, because if I can, I'm not going to let her get away with this. It's people like Laura that make it hard for people like us to trust anybody, and I don't think they should get away with it.

Comments: 9-26-03, I own an eBay auction (#3147087168), for a 30 day pre-sale Ty Beanie Willam(Germany). I paid rite away thru Paypal. 11-1-03, I sent eamils (which were never responsed to), I contacted eBay & Paypal, but they could not help me. With eBay, the $$ amount was too low. With Paypal, they can't get involved (and promise any results) on transactions over 30 days old. HENCE, pre-sales, are bad, using "Paypal"...use a regular credit card, so they can work w/u. 11-05-03, I contacted e-Bay, and got 2000gifts telephone number. I left messages, on their answering machine, but they did not return my telephone calls (what a surprise). 12-1-03, 2000gifts finally e-mailed me, made very rude comments and filed a claim on ME, w/e-Bay's Square Trade. 12-10-03, "Paypal" was able to give me credit, on my credit card. This company is not very professional, dependable and gives eBay a bad name. As u can see w/their feedback, if u leave a NF, they response w/retalitory NF on u. I just don't understand how their able to stay in business on eBay.

Comments: this one is winner, I won an auction from him the end of November, paid same day via bidpay, waited 2 weeks, e-mailed and asked where beanie was, said sent a week ago, please wait until the 15th, so I did, then e-mailed again, said he was waiting for a delivery (mind you this bear was in hand) and would send out by weeks end, ok, I did and he swore it would be delivered on the 22nd, well, it is not here, so I e-mailed again, then he proceeds to tell me to stop snivelling it was mailed, so I go to my CC company and request a refund, they give it to me, I e-mail him and tell him that I had my refund and to keep the bear, and that I was gonna post him here, then he tells me he is gonna sue me for liable when I get the bear, I am going to send it back if it ever does arrive, this guy is bad news, then to top it all off he posts neg fb on e-bay about me, the victim in all this, stay away from folks, he is real bad news, threatens people when they want their money back or what they bought. Stay away from him for your own safety.

Comments: The Dec 5, 03 on the BBOT Ty beanie trading board Jodi and I had agreed to exchange beanies, my MC III bear for Jodi's FVS bear and we exchanged good feedback and addres, and we agreed to send the beanie with D/C the next day Dec 6, Saturday both of us sent the the same day.
I sent my MC III with delivery confirmation on the 6th, Jodi received my MC III the 9th, also Jodi responded my e-mail that she got the MC III.
In the meantime I e-mailed Jodi that the FVS hasn't arrived yet, than Jodi responded saying she got ill and sent her FVS the 9th it means after she got my MC III bear, so I waited, but FVS never arrived yet. I asked Jodi about delivery confirmation number, Jodi responded that she forgot to get D/C, and that was her last e-mail.
I e-mailed Jodi several times but none of my e-mails were answered.
I found out later Jodi had used some one else's good feedback at addies attic, I contacted the original feedback owner the FBK owner is in another state and address.
I got scammed by bad trader Jodi Cobern from WI.

I sent US Champion back to Victoria as she requested and on December 12, stated that she is going to send US Champion back to me and that Paypal stated that she did not do anything wrong. Contacted one of the Seller on Ebay to confirm the address and it is the same address as Tracy Hatten but Victoria gives out another address. Please look at Addies Attic BBOF on November 11th. They both send feedback to each other and Victoria states she doesn't know Tracy and they both live in Wilmington, OH 45177.

Comments: After agreeing to a trade and exchanging mailing addresses, I sent 3 Ty bears to Brenda on October 14 and she was to send 2 Ty bears to me in return. Over two months later I still don't have the bears she promised to send. She has not replied to any of the numerous emails that I have sent, not one email from her since I confirmed that I had mailed her package on October 14.
She does have trading references addiesattic & up4trade, so please be careful when trading with her. I would suggest that you have her ship first to avoid being in my position or don't trade with her at all.

Comments: In three days it will be a month since I sent Paul Donisch a $48.05 money order, which included two to three day shipping for 4 items and havent to this date heard from him nor seen anything of those things I ordered from him. These items I ordered was with money family and friends gave to my 2 yr old baby girl to be spent to continue building her beanie collection. Since posting on the BBOT trade board asking for info on this guy, I have received numerous emails from people with the same story as I of how Paul hasnt replied to their emails or sent them their paid for items. I went to the PO on Dec 15, 2003 to put a trace on this money order I sent Paul to see if it has been cashed and by whom, but am still awaiting a response on that. I went earlier the week before to do this, but was told by the lady waiting on me that I should give it 5 more days, so this is why it took me so long to do this part. I emailed Paul on Dec 9, giving him a final chance to respond to my emails, but it went unanswered. If you are even contiplating dealing with this guy, my advice to you is to RUN FOREST RUN! He is a thief and a liar and will say or do whatever he can to get your money. He used the sob story of how he is on Social Security when he delt with me, so there is no telling what he will tell next. I sent him three emails since sending payment to him that have went unanswered.....The first was on Nov 30th, the second was on Dec 6, and the final one on Dec 9...He didnt see fit to answer my email sent to him on Nov 30th, but he answered one guy who had asked about an order on Nov 30th he had placed with Paul so judging by that I know there wasnt anything wrong with his computer or email that he couldnt respond to mine. This was a polite email too....the other two werent so polite...This is the first email I sent him asking for a status on my order...........

Comments: The woman bid on my eBay auction #3440737957 that ended on 11-18-03. She sniped the auction the last 20 minutes of the auction and won. Auction description clearly stated that this bag was final sale and she paid for the bag. Well, low and behold on 12-03-03 a bag is on my porch with the returned bag and a letter requesting a refund in the amount of $177.50. I never heard once from this person that she was dissatisfied with our transaction and on 12-14-03 I refunded her money through Pay Pal in the amount of $177.50. Well, today I get an email from Pay Pal that this wants her money back again after it's already been refunded and claimed the refund that's already been sent. Any suggestions with Pay Pal in getting her nonsense stopped? Thanks for listening while I vent.

Comments: On 11-21-03 I sent this person $32.05 for 7 beanie babies that were to be Christmas gifts and friends. I paid via Paypal and he immediately responded saying that he got the money and would send them right out. That is the last time I heard from him. As of today, 12-16-03 I still have not gotton them. I have emailed him several times and asked, and he has not once replied. I have saved all emails to and from him regarding this transaction from day 1. I have filed a complaint with Paypal and his response to them was that they were send via USPS, tracking #USPS. Sounds bogus to me!!! I thought all tracking numbers were "numbers" not "letters". I have never heard of a tracking number that could possibly be "USPS".
I bought these off of the BBOT page on ty.com and he seemed honest.....boy was I wrong!!
I see now that another individual has also posted a complaint about this same person here on traderlist. He is stealing people's money and not sending them their product. BEWARE!!!
I will be happy if I get my money back and will do whatever is required to help see that this person is stopped! Mail fraud is a Federal offense and he needs to be stopped!

comments: Scott and Linda Mcelligot are nothing but thieves and liars.I purchased what I believed was a miami dolphins jersey, and what i recieved was a youth jersey which was totally useless and about half the value of the adult one. After attempts to contact them were unsuccseful, I proceeded to contact ebay and paypal to attempt to achieve a resolution. after leaving a fraud report with ebay I did recieve a response through ebay telling me to return the jersey and i will be sent a refund. but this is not the end of the story. scott immediatly changed his email to a different one than the one he was using on ebay preventing me from contacting him and telling ebay i have not responded back to him. as far as his address i have so far found three different ones. one on the original package sent to me,one through ebay, and another I got from one of his other customers/victims. I am still waiting to here from this waste of time!!! Whether it is beanis or any kind of football jersey they will steal from you!!!

He has been listing "odditys" lately such as double flagged beanies and upside down flag beanies. Maybe someone is lucky enough to get that many odditys but I know my oddity purchase from him was an inky mess with no further response on his part.
Comments: Paid for item on Yahoo. Never sent. Bid on two other items in the meantime and won them. Held payment on 2nd and 3rd item until 1st received. Never came.

Comments: Bought 10k diamond tennis bracelet was pictured and described as a diamond tennis bracelet. When I received it I was very disappointed, it was not anything like description or picture. Total of 4 very tiny diamonds, so small I had to get a magnifing glass to even find them. The other links were silver in color to look like diamonds. I Emailed and suggest a refund if I sent them the auction numbers. They were suppose to Email me with a RAN number, that was the only way they would except returns. No RAN and the 15 day policy ran out. Tried Square Trade nothing filed complaints nothing. I give them a negative feedback then in retalation they gave me a negative feedback killing my 99 positive feedback. I am still ticked off and have checked on his feed back for other complaints. They have had 75 negative feedbacks in 7 days. What is the deal with Ebay allowing this crook to continue his ripping people off. Another thing shipping was charges were 16 times the actual cost and item worth at most $8.00 and paid $58.09. I just hate being ripped off with my hands tied. I will get justice. Given phone numbers don't get any live person. No option to leave even voice mail! Tried to contact them to get return authorisation number for 3 weeks without any success.

Comments: This guy Is best to beware of, as well as his nonsufficient funds checks, and discourteousness to paying for his transactions! Beware! I had a transaction with Daniel morley, and he had the XBoxpro130@aol.com email address at that time, and he sent me a check for the transaction.I waited quite some time, as the check was deposited Into my own bank account, and then shipped his Items.
After a couple of weeks, I received the check back in the mail, With Nonsufficient funds, and "do not redeposit" on It, as they must have redoposited In this time period without my knowing of It not being of sufficient funds, as I sent on his Items.
I emailed him several times, to please pay for his nonsufficient funds check, and his Items, that I know he has In hand, through tracking the delivery confirmation numbers, and of course got not response to my many emails asking him to pay for what I had sent to him already, and now had the amount taken back out of my own checking account, as the check bounced, and causing problems for my own checking account, which is very pricey!
After many emails to him steadily, I still never received even a response from him. And this transaction took place In October of 2003!
I now had another transaction with him, on 12/2 and had sent on an Invoice with the total he owed, as well as mentioning the last transaction he still owed me for, to get his check back and pay me for the items he has and have not been paid for, to me.
I have received no response at all to this transaction with him, and did notice that he now has a new email address of moviekid316@aol.com on this new transaction, when his email address was XBoxpro130@aol.com, for the first, unpaid for, transaction with him.
He has for some reason changed his email address, and will not go good on his, unpaid for transaction, of Items he has in hand from the nonsufficient funds check, as well as to pay for his recent transaction, or even respond, and take responsibility for his bids and nonpaying actions!
Please beware and feel free to email with any questions at all! He may have other names, I am not sure, so please beware of that, as people of this sort, that ruin it for the rest of us, do many things we need to watch for!

Comments: Well, I guess my luck ran out on me of not getting taken by one of these awful sellers. Sent this fellow a money order for 48.05 on Nov 20 for an auth Radar, auth seamore, auth sting, and zodiac horse. I answered an ad of his on BBOT asking about these four items, he sent me prices and we exchanged info. When it came time for him to send refs, he kept sending me to Addies which I couldnt pull his refs up for some reason and told him I neded him to copy and paste them in email for me so I could at least have some, and wasnt sending money until I got those refs. I waited a few days for him to send those refs, and he kept telling me to go to Addies. He gave me the name Bowlingfirst to start with, then Bowl first...Neither one would come up. So I didnt send the money order right away, of course. Then I get an email from him saying I was 10 days late and if I didnt want those items I couldve told him. I emailed him back and told him I was waiting on those refs from him, that it didnt take but a sec to copy and paste them into email. He finally sent me four that was from Addies, stating he was trying to build refs up, that he was on Social Security and a whole lot of other garbage. He told me he had refs on BBOT, and I have seen a few on there, and even recognized one of the refs as being a reg on BBOT, so I accepted those few refs. I sent that money order and when I didnt see anything from those items or hear anything from this fellow by Dec, I emailed him three more times and got no reply. My last email told him that if I didnt hear back from him by 8:00pm my time Sun, Dec 6, I would report him to Traderlist, no response. I even told him these were for my baby girl and if he was ripping me off that it was her he was ripping off. Its bad enough he did this, but at Christmas?? Thats just down right cruel. If this guy needed money that bad, I wouldve given him some to buy Christmas with, he didnt have to rip my baby girl off from her beanie money. Thanks a lot Paul, for taking from a 2 yr old baby girl. I have had another person email me about this guy doing the same thing, and this person states that there is another person they know who has been taken from this guy in the very same way I have. He insist on the buy and seems legit, but as soon as he has your money, he is gone. I told this guy I was puting a trace on that money order to see when it was cashed, but I see he doesnt care about the consequenses. I paid for two to three days shipping, so they had plenty of time to get here if he even planned on sending them. The first address he gave me is as follows........

This is what I feel is happening. So this Paul guy may be a victim himself and someone else is using his info to rip people off. Regardless, it can be found out who owns this PO Box very easily, that will determine if it is Paul or not.

It seems that Mr. Dobxon is again scamming people and some of those people are afraid to post to the bad traderlist. I am posting on behalf of the individual that I have identified. I guess in Mr. Dobxon's world the poor get poorer and the rich get richer. His unique method is called scamming which must be stopped. Please, everyone who reads the bad traderlist and has complaints again D J Phil aka Phil Dobxon please follow the steps necessary, some of which include reporting to the U S Postal Inpector, local police department, e-bay and whatever else it takes to put an end to his getting richer at other peoples expense.

Comments: Here's a heads-up to collectors: First our "friend" Matthew DeRosa of Santa Barbara, California tries to sell counterfeit royal blue peanuts and humphrey the camel by copying a certificate of authenticity from someone else's auction. He did this several times under the ID of luckydryver22. Ebay finally nailed him and removed all the auctions in question from their database, however they did not remove him? Anyway, he's back using another ID of beaniecollector22 (notice his one feedback is from luckydryver22 -- that's against ebay rules, isn't it??). His auction for a royal blue peanut (3163155927) uses a certificate of authenticity from a legitimate seller's auction #3160088881.
It's beyond me how he gets away with this, but he seems to be so far.
He usually cancels the auction early to sell to the first bidder at $200, and then promptly relists the fake beanie with the same certificate of authenticity being used.

NOTHING!!! I ordered a 30 day presell from him in July and still have not
received the items, nor will he respond to my e-mails asking for a refund.
The last I heard from him on my order was back in November, when I was told
that Ty had not released these beanies yet. Does this not mean that the man
is selling items that he DOES NOT have confirmation from Ty on?!?!? Is that
not the same as fraud?!?! Give me a break ebay.....grow some balls and protect
your asset....the customers!!!

Comments: On Nov 16, 2003 I won a TY Herrod Stardust Bear from this seller
and that same day (as I always do when I win an auction) I used Ebays checkout
system to let this seller know I would be sending payment right away. I had
checked Traderlist board earlier before I even thought about bidding on this
item as I always do because of the many bad sellers on Ebay to see if there
had been any complaints about this person. When I checked the board there
wasnt a complaint but when I went back to check it I seen there was, in fact,
a complaint on this seller and then seen they had a bad trader page. I read
the page and thought, there was NO way I was oging to send money to this
person until I emailed her asking if she would let me pay for this bear when
she got them in hand seeing as she did have a page on Traderlist. She then
sent me a reply trying to explain away those complaints and the page they
have here, which also included a threat to report me as a non paying bidder
if I didnt have payment to them in 7 days. I then sent them another email
stating that I wasnt going to send payment and chance being one to loose

her that if she was as reputable as she says she wouldnt had minded me sending
payment when they received the bear in hand. Keep in mind she never said
in the first two emails she sent me that she even had any of them in hand.
Not until the third email did she say that had I just went ahead and sent
payment like I was supposed to, I wouldve been one of the first to get one
because they had some over 60 hand at that time, and said had I been even
1% nice I wouldve gotten one of those. SURE!!! and I have 1,000 acre gold
mine in the Sahara I can sell you..I wasnt nice? I ASKED her if I could send
payment, I didnt TELL her I WOULDNT send..So why couldnt she had told me
she had some in hand when I asked if I could send payment when she had some
in hand in my FIRST email to her with concerns of this? Anyway, I now have
a non paying bidder strike against me because this seller is greeeeeeedy
and dimisses the trader page she has on her and expects me to do the same.
Beware of this seller and read the Traderlist page she has on her. I pay
for auctions I bid on, PROMPTLY! Go to Ebay and search under LawBaby32 and
you will see this for yourself. This woman claims to be reputable but dont
ever tell her you seen her on Traderlist and expect her to care one way or
the other. But all is well on this end because I still have my
$59.00!......=)...

Comments: Seller sold 2 x Counterfeit Buckingham Beanie Babies on EBAY. This has been verified by my Ty retailer. The seller is still selling them. They are easy to spot as the word beanies on the hang tag has no black outline inside the star. The address inside the tag has lower case postal code po not PO. The tush numbers are 4DDBUBX3. The seller has offered to refund for the bears but not shipping to me or shipping back to get the refund. This is unacceptable it is not my fault they are counterfeit.

Comments: Beware of luckydryver22 on eBay. Seller has an authenticated Humphrey listed but no pic of COA so I asked for one. Seller sent me first a pic for a Violet Teddy and I found the COA was listed by another seller in auction #3159729510. When I questioned this luckydryver22 then sent me a pic of a COA for a Humphrey listed in auction #3160088725 by another respected seller. luckydryver22 has recently listed 4 auctions for Royal Blue Peanut and ended 3 to sell to the highest bidder at $200. #3160129737, 3160374952, 3160894150, 3161593468. In all four auctions the seller showed the SAME EXACT pic and certificate of authentication. That picture of Beanie and COA were also STOLEN from a recently ended auction by another seller. The real Beanie and COA were listed in auction #3156547022.
Avoid this creep. All the COAs he shows in his auctions or sends out to inquiries are stolen from other auctions. Who knows if he even has anything to sell. If he does it's sure not the authenticated ones he is claiming. His current auction for commoms is the exact same listing as a group he sold already and according to feedback he left was already paid for.
Matthew Derosa is the name in email headers. luckydryver22 is the eBay name and location is listed as Santa Barbara, California.

Comments: Would win multiple auctions, sent small what they called "good faith" payment and continue running up won bids. Two orders were sent out, buyer said two items arrived broken, insurance receipts were sent for claim. In the meantime bidder continued winning and accumulating more auctions for over two months. Buyer then complained no receipts were ever received and requested last "good faith" payment returned. By then there were several boxes of won items awaiting payment along most of which had ended two long before in order to file for fvf credits. Bidder then rerated all previous auctions bad, and added that all items were broken when arrived instead of two items. Have deducted shipping and several won auctions along with lost fvf from buyers good faith remit which are going to be sent totaling the amount of good faith remit sent six weeks before first won auction of this batch. Is there anything one can do to protect themselves from this sort of bidders scam. The multiple times spend calculating shipping, packing, storing, etc. not to mention items held up from valid bidders is a drain on the small business dealer. thank you...
