Complaint filed by: kay.ord@blueyonder.co.uk

Subject: Americana Couture

I ordered two items from Americana Couture last May from their internet site. These items have yet to arrive although I have had many emails from Mark Chisholm saying "I will ship next week". It was only after a few months that I did some investigation on the internet to see that they had been indicted for fraud with another of their companies. I guess I will have to join the list of others who have been defrauded by this couple. I have kept the emails if anyone is interested.

Thanks

Kay Ord

Comments: My 2006 New Year's Resolution, which I can guarantee I'm keeping, is I'm through shopping on eBay and Yahoo or any other auction/trade site. And if you have an eBay Mastercard - just go ahead and cut it up because they are affiliated with Paypal and eBay and should you have a dispute, you won't win, even if you're right, EVER!

Bah, humbug!

Complaint filed by: juicy.couture.girl@gmail.com

Subject: help@allbeanies.com

About A month ago now, I placed an order with a store on Yahoo Shopping. (www.allbeanies.com) After a week of waiting for a shipping conformation, not recieving one and them taking my money for this order, I emailed customer service (which is the only way to contact them) and asked them what the deal was. I was THEN told that my items were all out of stock and it would be 7 -14 days before they would be back in and ship. Well its been about 18 days now and still no shipping conformation. nothing, I contacted customer service again and still havent heard a thing. I went to their reviews and am starting to feel they are a con artist. There are a lot of complaints, all of them the same as mine. Have no idea what to do now, theres no phone number to contact them with so I wouldnt know how to report them. I've also heard that with yahoo, you can set up a shop without contact information. Which really bothers me because this person can have my credit card information but cant give me a phone number or address?

Comments: Purchased a complete set of the TY Beanie Baby Books Bears from this seller. After 30+ days of not hearing from the seller I contacted ebay who contacted her. After a long drawn out thing I told seller I wanted a refund and I left negative feedback. Seller never contacted me but still turned around and left negative feedback for me saying that I was a liar and had my bears and a refund. Still waiting for the bears or a refund. Beware!!!

Comments:
I am writing this complaint in regards to the company Americana Couture. On July 14th, 2005 I placed an order with this company for two items.... It is now December 12th, 2005.... with no T-shirts. Throughout the duration of this time I have been in constant contact with first Maryanne, and now Mark. From both I have received the same excuses as to why I have not received my T-shirts, and from both have been promised that they were on there way with complimentary upgrades in both crystals and shipping. STILL NO PRODUCT!!! I am hoping that this e-mail will maybe help both myself, and any other consumer out there possibly thinking of ordering from this company. Please use caution. My orders only total roughly one hundred dollars.... minimal compared to others. However, this is one hundred dollars of my money that was taken immediately in an agreement that this company(to date) has not upheld too. I can understand some sort of delays, things do happen. But after nearly five months of waiting, and doing some research on the internet, it is my belief that the company has no intention of sending me the products I have bought and paid for. If this e-mail is forwarded to anyone involved in the case against Americana Couture, my order numbers are 13337 & 13338 placed on July 14th, 2005. Again I would like to thank Pat at Traderlist... if it weren't for you I wouldn't even know where to begin... Thank-You.

Comments: I bought two German Beanies, I Love Germany & Friedrich #5979261101 from this person on ebay under the User ID of quick73datsun on August 8th,2005. I paid her 58.99USD through Paypal. I still haven't received my beanies or a refund. I have contacted her by e-mail and by phone on numerous occasions since August 8th,2005 but she has not or refuses to not return my calls or e-mails.I went and got a copy of my paypal receipt from

Paypal and I have noticed that the name on quick73datsun's information for ebay is not the same as on Paypal. On ebay her personal information that was given to me has her name as Jess Will and on Paypal it says I payed Jennie Phillips. What is going on with this. This is really wrong. There has to be something I can do about this. All I want is to either get my bears that she owes me or get my money returned to me. How can people get away with this on a such regular basis.

Comments: Person agreed to send me a box of beanies for $15 shipped for charity. I sent money because I was overdue sending to her and she claims she never got the cash. Wants more money to still send the beanies. Now won't answer emails. I think she just took the charity money and kept it.
