Postings filed on the website about bad traders are like "Letters to the Editor" in a newpaper. People are allowed to say what they
wish as long as they leave their email addresses. Just like letters to the editor, the comments made by the people are their own
complaints and are posted as such.  The First Amendment protects our right to freedom of expression from government interferences. Alleged Bad Traders are welcome to post rebuttal statements. The postings on the Caution
message board are NOT investigated unless the victim writes directly to a mediator for help. This website also has lawyers on
board. If anyone wants more information about the law firm advising Traderlist.com, please contact one of the mediators.

Just got an email from her after 2 weeks of trying to contact her saying she sold the model to someone else and would not refund my money. Warning about this person, goes by several names and FL police have been on the lookout for her for years!

Comments: 1st ebay deal went fine, she paid for a sealed frankenteddy from seratti house and a sealed 5th ann. promo from seratti house, both were sent to her sealed with the way they came to me from japan, with orginal stickers to seal promos.there was a delay in shipping as my husabdn cut the top of his finger off, she was notified of this and said she understood and not to worry , she did not leave feedback for this transaction untill after i left neg for her not paying for the 2nd and 3rd items she bought on ebay, now she has left 3 neg for me, 2 are for no reason except revenge.

Bought itmes on ebay,and ordered other poromos off ebay, total of 521.00, did not pay for any of it, none paying strike, has left feedback on ebay saying i wanted money sent to a 3rd party non ebay member, ...that was for a promo she ordered ( chou prince promo )that was not mine but i found it for her from a friend, who is an ebay member but was going to sell to kim off ebay, .i left neg feedback but ebay removed it because i used her name in the feedback,there for she has only pos feedback, and has been able to leave 3 neg for me, no big deal, my REP speaks for me, sellers be very scared of this lady, she is a pathetic liar, one day she has 4 kids the next she has 5 kids, one day she was in a accident the next she was born sickly, sellers be warned,

Comments: I too was cheated by this person... And when I caught her in a lie she made up excuses?? She gets away with being a trader on e-bay because she stalls until the 60 days are expired to leave negative feedback!!!! Be careful when buying 30-day presells???

Comments: Lied in the caution post about me. Three services were requested, 2 were completed AND a partial refund given (as per their choice). The horse in question was only in my possession a total of 73 days before the refund was issued. I received her from a friend of mine, who requested I verify the horse was a fake glossy. Dottie had sold it to my friend as one of the rare glossy Hidalgos. It was indeed fake. Dottie has a reputation for lying- this information is readily available by searching the many hobby boards and mailing lists. 13 Ebay IDs in the span of 17 months- Currently NARUd (not the first time).
