WWW.TRADERLIST.COM is a privately owned website designed to help the community, and can not be shut down by others.
Postings filed on the website about bad traders are like "Letters to the Editor" in a newpaper. People are allowed to say what they
wish as long as they leave their email addresses. Just like letters to the editor, the comments made by the people are their own
complaints and are posted as such.  The First Amendment protects our right to freedom of expression from government interferences. Alleged Bad Traders are welcome to post rebuttal statements. The postings on the Caution
message board are NOT investigated unless the victim writes directly to a mediator for help. This website also has lawyers on
board. If anyone wants more information about the law firm advising Traderlist.com, please contact one of the mediators.

Comments: Bought items from her off of eBay on 12-14-06. Items did not arrive until 1-4-07 and were broken. I was not offered shipping insurance and overcharged by $5.00. Refuses to refund money and paypal has decided in my favor. BEWARE!

Comments: I shipped Phyllis several rare beanies for her to sell on consignment through EBAY and she was very good about paying for the beanies as soon as the auctions ended. I think it was the third or fourth shipment that was sent to her and she kept giving me every excuse in the book for not paying me on the last 26 beanies. She opened a new packing store and got too busy to do the 'accounting.' She kept saying 'I will get to the accounting next week and send you a check." Well, that was back in June of 2005 when I sent the 26 beanies and here it is January 2007 and still no payment! Beware......she can be very nice one day, but she WILL turn and become very nasty the next.
