Comments: Yavett Rieken-States and/or Yavette Bakerlane States She has now changed her ID on ebay. This is the one who scammed many many people out of money on the web site UP4TRADE. She is the same one who was reported scamming a buyer off ebay [reported here March 10, 2003] I think knowing how many she has now scammed a page should be given after all she won't even answer your emails.

Sites: swswatch.com and rewatch.com
Comments: These sites are scams!! These sites are formerly known as rolxwatch.net
and rolwatch.com. These websites offer luxury rolexes for very cheap but
beware-you will never get a watch. They operate out of Russia check the WHOIS
databse. Every few months these conartists change their website names. I
sent $950 for a ladies Yachtmaster watch through bank wire transfer. Sent
many emails and I knew I was scammed.Contacted the man here in the US that
I wired the money into his bank account. He had no idea that this was a scam.
He got an online job (so he thought) through a company called Arkotrade.
He would receive money in his bank account and then he would send the rest
of the money to Russia and keep maybe a $100 for commission! This scam goes
very deep. DO NOT SEND THESE SITES ANY OF YOUR MONEY!! I have contacted IC3,
FBI,FTC,Attorney Generals, and everyone that I can think of. I have had no
luck yet. I will not give up yet.

Comments: Arranged a trade on addie's attic....my buckingham, scotland, and nipponia for her 16 common beanies, 3 beanie buddies and 4 beanie kids. These beanies were to be donated to the Louisiana Childrens Hospital. I sent my package 7/18 dc 0304 1070 0002 1858 9754 to Windsor Ct. The tracking # she sent me was invalid. She has not answered emails since I confronted her about being scammed via email. Being conned out of beanies is bad enough but as these were to be donations for terminally ill children it makes me twice as upset!!!

Comments: Was contacted 7/18/06 by this person, from a ISO ad I placed on
Addies. Gave me e-bay feedback name of littlemer, which had good feedback
in CT. The more I talked via e-mail the more I became suspicious of this
person, I had packaged up my end of a trade, and gave this person a delivery
confirmation number, I placed it out for pickup by my postal carrier. Something
kept telling me this was not right, so I had package returned to me. This
person e-mailed me with "DC # is 03060320000048677426". later e-mailed me
and asked if I had placed a complaint with traderlist, and she question my
sending out my package, yet never mentioned the fact that I called and left
a message that morning or that I had spoke to anyone. This is my reply to
this person:
#1 I would not lie about a package being sent to the post office and being
returned to me.
#2 you must be a very smart little girl or whom ever you are, because I called
and spoke to a man who informed me, that Lauren was his 6 year old daughter,
and they did not deal in beanies and a package had arrived but was sent back,
because it was sent to the wrong address.
Mail fraud is a very serious offence, I forget how many years the last person
received, but I am sure the police department or your postmaster, can give
you the time frame for your state. I suggest you clean up your act get a
job, and stop trying to scam people.I have since found many people have been
ripped off by this person who uses various names , ID's for feedback, and
e-mail addresses.

Comments: This person emailed me about my BBOT trade. Said they had an I Love Yokohama to trade for my Comet bear. I shipped mine with DC on July 6th & know through that No. that it was delivered on the 8th. I never received my bear & when I posted about this person on the BBOT I found out she or he was using different names & possibly neighbors addresses & taking the packages out of their mail while they were at work. DO NOT TRADE WITH THIS PERSON.

Comments: I'll try to describe this problem briefly. Somebody is somehow
making trades over the internet and then having the packages shipped to my
address and my next door neighbor's address to conduct a scam. This person
is also hiding her true identity. Both of us once received a package anonymously
in the mail. While those two happened to be missed I think what the person
is doing is somehow taking the packages soon after delivery so that they
can't be claimed by the house owners. I also think that this person had studied
the general mail delivery and has probably tampered in the mail even before
starting the scam. Do make sure not to trade with anyone that has a Windsor
address or have that person ship first so you don't get
burned.
Note from Mediator:
Kathy (sender of this message) is also the perpetrator of the crime, and
has confessed.

Comments: I posted an ad on TY BBOT. I was contacted on July 4th
by a person from Windsor, CT asking me to trade my MWMT Ai & Ocker for
her Aces & Caipora. We agreed to ship on Saturday, July 8, 2006. I sent
mine out with delivery confirmation which now shows delivery. No response
received from her to say thanks for the Beanies. I sent another email asking
for the dc # for her part of the trade. No response again. I never received
my MWMT Aces & Caipora as agreed in our trade.

Comments: I was contacted by this person, after I placed
an ad, offering to sell my Beanies or trade for Hallmark ornaments.
We finally agreed on a half trade, half purchase.
I was to send her :
Raine Beanie
True Beanie
Pierre Beanie
Sakura 1 Beanie
Buckingham Buddy
Sakura 1 Buddy
For the following items from her :
Hallmark ornaments...
Mr. and Mrs. Potato Head
Lion King Simba and Nala
1997 Darth Vader
1994 Fred and Barney
Aces beanie Baby and 60.00.
She requested that I send my items Priority mail w/ delivery confirmation, and requested that I not insure it, and she would ship the same.
I sent my items on July 14th with this tracking # that confirms it was recieved :
0306 0320 0004 0270 9336
I didn't hear from Laura, so I e mailed the page from USPS.com and said I was glad she recieved her items. She e mailed back that they were wonderful, and thank you.
In the meantime, I had been checking the tracking # that she sent me, saying she shipped my items on July 15th.
This is the tracking # :
03060320000048689733
That tracking # clearly shows a package delivered to Lacey WA., nowhere NEAR my southern California address, and I have recieved nothing.
I sent her an e mail that I wanted my stuff back, or to send me the items promised, as I now know she is not who she claims to be, and the only response I got was this :
"Just curious..........who do you think I am?"
The e mail she contacted me from is squeezeboxwho@yahoo.com
I also found an old e mail from her, when she contacted me several months earlier, also trying to trade for my Sakura Beanie, and at that time, she used the name Angela, and the e mail address came through as abrodenburg@excite.com

Comments: Can you tell me what happened to the Up4Trade website? I can not get in touch with them. Seems as if they have scammed a lot of the members. My membership was paid until August 2007 and they did not notify that they were closing. I would have copied my feedback, if they had let me know anything. Now, I have lost all my feedback as well as some money.
Thanks for any help.
*Note: Mediators have attempted to contact Up4Trade,

Comments: Purchased a Glossy Shire Breyer Model Horse from her as it was represented to be a SR from the 1980's. Found out now when I went to sell it that is is not the SR model that she said it was but a knockoff. This has caused me a lot of headaches with people talking bad about me saying that I am knowingly selling a false item. Beware of this person!

Comments: This person sells on eBay. Her eBay username is supvalstar, her nickname is Val Star and her email appears above. I bought two VCDs from her. Her actions did not say anything about CD-Rs. I have complained to eBay a month ago and they have not done anything. I found out that she also sells porno VCDs (the ones I bought were actual movies not porno) and that she also sells CD-Rs for those too! She has 95.5% feedback rating as of today. Beware!
