message board are NOT investigated unless the victim writes directly to a mediator for help. This website also has lawyers on

I checked with my bank this morning and the money order has been cashed on the 13th of June. I purposely waited till I saw that he had these items in stock-according to his web-site before placing the order.

As of today the 27th of June-I still haven't received the merchandise nor have I been able to get any type of reply from Mark.

Comments: After paying for 5 items to be delivered by USPS, seller sends by courier (UPS) with COD brokerage fee of $87.00. Items rtnd to seller, not paying this amt. Seller will now not remail items proper way through USPS, wants me to pay for UPS fee and also more money to mail. Seller has kept items and my money of $219.58. Seller has many negative feedback for doing same to others. Has nothing to say other that "It's not my fault, did nothing wrong."

How many negatives does a person have to have before ebay protects respected buyers like myself from being scammed by this person.

Comments = Back in November of 2005 I had a buy order on Meta Exchange for Pastel Peace Beanies. Constance Dohan filled it and even though I was worried about the whole deal I went ahead and paid her cash through paypal. Needless to say what I received was not pastel peace beanies and far from mint. I posted the picture on several sites to see if anyone at all could/would tell me they were Pastels, well everyone said NO. Now one tag was creased right down the middle. The seller had to know this for theymarked "C" on the protecter. Another one had a big ding right in the middle, the others were ok but not if you are picky on tags. I will also say while the tags did have the protecters on, every one was written on, these were NOT mailed in a seal bag either. The bad thing about buying off Meta, you do not know who will fill your order and can only block them after you have had bad dealings with them. She is now blocked.

I wrote traders list about it, but didn't have it put on the board. I was told to talk to her and Meta. I did Meta but not her, simply due to the fact I knew no good would come out of it. Well it didn't anyway. She turned around and out and out lied on my feedback there. For I paid within hours of her filling that order and my CASH payment cleared. Now after all this time I am now being accused of switching the bears by her partner Jocelyn Hall- Sassai, wakeningspirts, firelady1, Who also keeps trying to trash me by saying I have fake ID's which I do not. There have been others that have had problems with these two woman acting as Wings For Iraq or Comebatcareorg [e-bay id] but they are scared to come forward due to what will happen when they do. One person just step forward on a public board and when someone said they should be reported to the traders list Jocelyn remarked that "Why haven't we been listed on Traders. Maybe because it isn't true" So I have decided maybe I do need to write it in to prove this person is not a fair trader at all.

I had also bought 40 Puzzle books off ebay from Connie Dohan {praise111 on ebay} May 7, 2006. I paid cash right then and there with pay pal. She returned my money and re-listed them. I thought it was odd that she would be selling these books in the first place since they looked just like ones they claimed were donated to them. I didn't really care that much, because I wasn't getting the books for myself but for a Nursing Home where my mother lives and she helps them out.

One last thing, according to Texas they have both Connie and Josie living in Texas for their so-called non-profit group which they do not have a 501-c for and even through they have changed the name on the internet from Wings for Iraq to Combat Care they have not legally done it through the state of Texas. Now Josie has a business license in the State of Ohio and has her address being a PO box there, same with Connie. Yet the ID on e-bay belongs to Connie, it is a fortune telling business. wakeningspirit@wakeningspirit.com. How can they live in two different states? How can they claim to run a non-profit business but not carrier through with their mission statements. Finical records were to be released on their sight at the end of the year. Still hasn't been done and I know someone that asked for them, and was told in so many words go away. If they were on the up and up they would produce the report as the law states they should. By them not doing it, it tends to make one think they are not on the up and up.

Comments: I too, have a trade problem with John Courage from the UK. Last September I sent John 6 MWMT Ontario White Trillium, and 6 MWMT Alberta Wild Rose and 6 MWMT Quebec Iris Versicolor in a MWMT Beanie for MWMT Beanie trade. John sent me 6 MWMT Fearless Beanies immediately. After many excuses and delays I received (non-mint tag) 3 grey and 3 white Harrods Shooting Star in late December.

At this point I have a 6 Beanie "credit note" for new UK Exclusive releases. John was to send me 3 UK Mum and 3 Scrum in February. They have not arrived and the last time John acknowledged his obligation was on March 10 when he said he was moving and asked me to be patient. If he does not have these Beanies I would be willing to choose 6 other UK exclusives from his spares list.

I have approximately 40 e-mails to confirm the trades, if required to substantiate my claim.

Comments: On May 17th I ordered several "Newsletter Special" Beanie babies. It is now June 5th and I have not received them, and my emails go unanswered. I asked for help from the Traderlist mediators and received a copy of an emailed inquiry, but no action yet taken on the part of Mark; he has apparently not responded to either the Mediator or me.

I just want the Beanie Babies, but if that's not going to happen then he can return my $23.10 (includes shipping) to my Paypal charge card.

Thank you for your help in contacting Mark Frick about my delayed Beanie Baby shipment.

I would like to add to my complaint about Mark that it took three weeks, but he did ship, claiming medical problems as the reason for the lack of communication and delay in shipment. I would like to note that, mainly as an FYI for others that may order from him that it might take a while...

Comments: We won this persons auction for a camera where she said she only accepts money orders and we sent it priority mail and it arrived on friday may 26th. She is saying that she will not send camera now and that she DID not recieve the payment! We have all reciepts and emails between us and now have come to realize that on her other auctions that are "buy it now" she does take paypal. This has scam written all over it! We contacted her several times to see if she recieved the payment on friday and there was no response until I finally told her I would report her... then of course she responded right away. And she left us negative feed back as an non-paying bidder. Beware of Laurie Holden from Valparaiso, Indiana. Her ID name is Happy2mother If anyone would like further proof of this please email me. Will send any and all proof that this is the work of a scam artist!
