Comments: This is a warning message to all Bon Jovi traders and dealers.

Please be aware that Kristian Reuter - Sweden - has made fraudulent payments via PayPal. I lost four cds and approximately US$50.00 to this person. This is by no means a huge loss, but I would hate to see others get taken for more.

You will notice at Ebay that Kristian Reuter has changed his or her identity three times already:

User ID -- Effective Date -- End Date
krille_87 -- Mar-11-06 -- Present
mr.sambo_87 -- Jan-02-06 -- Mar-11-06
reuter_bj -- May-12-05 -- Jan-02-06

This person frequents the following online communities:
http://drycounty.com
http://www.brabud.nu
http://www3.tradera.com

If Krisitan is reading this and would like to make payment for the items I sent him, I would be happy to accept payment and post a retraction.

Comments: I sent this fraudulent website $950 bank wire transfer for a Rolex Yachtmaster that I never got. They use many different names and have changed their website name a number of times. They used to be rolwatch.net I contacted my bank about this and I was told since I sent it to them there was nothing I could do. I contacted the FTC and the ifcc with no luck yet. This happened to me in August 2005 and here I am almost a year later with no watch and out $950! If you have been defrauded by these crooks-please contact authorities. We need enough people to start comoplaining to shut these people down.

Update to March 8 Complaint filed by Diana Coleman concerning member751753 - eBay ID

March 17, 2006

I just got off the phone with *******. I called him to ask him why he left me negative feedback on eBay before I did anything else. He responded that he did that because I contacted you and I posted lies about him on your board. He has informed me that he has contacted a lawyer and that I will be held accountable for the lies and slanderous things I said to which I responded that none of what I said was a lie and that I have proof of what I said in the posting. He got very angry and hung up on me. This person is seriously not well. I wish that I had never met him or had dealings with him.

Comments: I won 2 Ebay auctions for dvds one listed as new and the other stated as brand new and sealed, from lsloan1979 ( Lee-Anne Sloan in Fife Scotland. When they arrived I saw they were obvious copies...no covers, not sealed, and on playing them found them poor quality and one of them was even the wrong one...not the one I won! There was a strip of paper inside the envelope saying that they were back up copies, and if I wasn't happy to return them for a refund. Also to contact her before leaving feedback! I didnt want to just return them, as I thought if she was dishonest enough to send copies in the first place, why would I trust her to send me my money back.I contacted her to say I was appalled at being sent copies and requested immediate refund, then I would return them to her. I had no reply so I reported it to Ebay. To this date still no contact or money returned. Please be very careful with buying dvds on Ebay, I dont want the same thing to happen to you.

Subject: Dayna (Renae) Thatcher

Email: bordeauxsinia

Comments: This person won an ebay auction of mine in Feb, for a Breyer model. She paid via paypal for the model on 3/2. On 3/3, I shipped the model. On 3/7 I received notification from paypal that Dayna (who went by Renae Thatcher with this user ID) filed a transaction dispute, saying the payment to me was an unauthorized charge on her account. The payment was reversed, and the money refunded to Dayna. I insured the package, and my USPS postmaster confirmed today that on 3/9 Dayna Thatcher signed for and received the model I shipped to her. Odd, since I didn't ship to Dayna Thatcher...I shipped to the confirmed address name of Nichole Hulett!

Dayna Thatcher has gone by numerous ebay IDs and names, all in Gowrie, IA. These IDs include: d.daltman, daltman03, bridgettent (where she is Bridgette Thatcher), and bordeauxsinia (where she is Renae Thatcher). All but the first are now suspended ebay accounts. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS PERSON! Aside from reversing payments via paypal, there are reports she sends checks that bounce. Check out the various model horse sites (MHHR, MXC, and MHSP)--you'll see dozens of red flag posts about her!

Comments: EBay seller Tom Orr cashed my money order but never shipped item I won. It's 42 days and counting. He's given three shipping dates, and on 3/7 again told my banker he'd shipped it but refused to give USPS delivery confirmation number. I'm not the first eBay buyer Orr has scammed, and in talking with the others, Orr's method of operation is take the money and run, but don't ship the buyer anything. Beware!

Subject: member751753 - eBay ID

I won an eBay auction from (name deleted). I paid a total of $288.12 for it via personal check. I received a black nose Aotearoa with a New Zealand charm glued to it's nose. I immediately sent of an email to him/her about it being fake and he/she got very angry saying that he/she had bought them from a "reliable source" in Singapore. He/she told me that if I returned the beanie I would get my money back. I returned the beanie via USPS Priority Mail, insured, return receipt requested. I received the signed card back, but no refund as of yet. I have sent him/her messages through eBay and regular email but have had no response as of this day. I went on eBay and checked out his/her feedback and found where he/she had actually bought several black nosed Aotearoas and won an auction for five New Zealand flag charms. This, of course, made me very angry.

I want to help out in any way that I can, so please let me know what you need from me.

Thank you

There are at least three of us that received fake beanies from (name deleted). Because they told me they did not have paypal (we have since found out they do have a paypal account that they use to buy items) I mailed them a check on January 10th for $250, and it was negotiated on January 17th. I mailed the check made out to (name deleted)
