Postings filed on the website about bad traders are like "Letters to the Editor" in a newpaper. People are allowed to say what they
wish as long as they leave their email addresses. Just like letters to the editor, the comments made by the people are their own
complaints and are posted as such.  The First Amendment protects our right to freedom of expression from government interferences. Alleged Bad Traders are welcome to post rebuttal statements. The postings on the Caution
message board are NOT investigated unless the victim writes directly to a mediator for help. This website also has lawyers on
board. If anyone wants more information about the law firm advising Traderlist.com, please contact one of the mediators.

Comments: I sent Mr. Jack MeHoff a certified bank draft from the Bank of Philadelphia on 3 March 2007. It was for a sum of $3,400 for a Rolex Oyster Watch.

Comments: Purchased items from her on eBay in December...didn't arrive until January, all arrived broken. Insurance was not offered to me and paypal found in my favor that she owed me a refund. Still waiting for it, now it's March. Beware.

Comments: Purchased item # 280072384755 off of eBay. Item arrived in horrible, not as described condition. Paypal found in my favor after seller was very rude when I contacted him about the model. Refund is due to me, left me negative feedback saying I never paid for the item because I left negative feedback for him....is I never paid for the item, how did I have it in the first place? Beware, rip off seller.

Comments: I won an auction in which Toni Lynn contributed a $10 Itunes Giftt Card among some other coupons. A few weeks after the auction was over she did send some of the coupons (some were already expired, she replaced with less valuable coupons) she sent what she supposedly forgot. We have had a stormy replacement due to her mental instability, so I never preasured her for the gift card thinking maybe one day she would get her act together plus it really wasn't worth her going off the deep end again. Well, she's off the deep end (maybe she'll even play dead again) and I want my gift card. Many people have warned about trading with her due to past issues (inlcuding being listed on Trader List before) but alais I didn't have the choice, she was a voluntary contributer to a group auction. I wouldn't advise getting involved with her, she has been a plague to many of the coupon sites and eBay.

Comments: On 1/29/07 I sent Tammy Shepherd, NC, (kygal2nc)...payment for 41 Puffkins...(I paid $17.00 for Priority shipping)...she shipped package on 2/06/07 and I have never recieved it...she refuses to refund my money because I did not buy insurance...NO WHERE in her discription or on the auction page does she state she will not be responsible if insurance was not purchased...insurance is listed as oppitional...BEWARE!
