Comments: BidEgg is an auction site were you buy bids [lowest amount being 10 for #9.95] and then use them to bid on the item being auctioned. I won the auction [they dont tell you a final date and then time keeps increasing!]I bought 4 sets of bids so that cost me $39 through paypal. Final amount of auction was $25.50 and that was what I expected to be billed for.
What I got when I tried to claim the "Flip " camera I won was a bill for $84.50.
No charges were listed I was just supposed to pay them this amount using paypal and the bill was not itemized
I have emailed them twice and all I have got in return from the "Happiness Team " stated that they were only charging me the $25.50 auction amount and the rest were Paypal charges. I should pay the $84.50 and then arque with paypal!!! I have talked to paypal [I have used then for years and never had a problem]they assure me that the bill sent is the amount they pay.
Told this again to "SociaLSoft" the actual company and have req1uested an itemized bill but no luck so far.
This is a fraudulent site!!

Comments: It's been ten years since I first posted a complaint against this trader. Four years ago, I received a partial reimbursement through the US District Court in Detroit, and today I received another partial payment. It's wonderful to see that this seller is being held responsible. Thanks again, Gramma Pat and the U.S. Postal Inspector, Bob Lane.
all the best,
Marge Hallyburton

Comments: ELISHA MORRIS had beanies for sale on BBOT. I contacted her and made a deal for many of them. I sent her payment and never received them. She claims she sent them but had no tracking or postal receipt. We agreed on a new batch which came in filthy and used condition. They were so disgusting that I wouldn't give them to a dog. The tags were non-existent on most and damaged on others. She said they were mint!!!
She also sent incorrect items. She said she had feedback on EBAY (wastedconfessions01662)and it did show positive feedback at the time.
BUYER BEWARE!!! THANK YOU!

Comments: I HAD AN AD ON BBOT TY.COM FOR ATTIC TREASURES. ELISHA MORRIS CONTACTED ME AND SAID SHE HAD SOME. I ASKED HER IF THEY WERE MINT AND SHE SAID YES. OH BOY! SHE SAID SHE WAS BUYING BABY STUFF AND SHE NEEDED MONEY SO SHE WAS SELLING HER STUFF. I ASKED HER DID SHE HAVE FEEDBACK ANYWHERE AND SHE SAID YES ON EBAY (wastedconfessions01662).I VERIFIED IT TO BE TRUE WITH 43 POSITIVES. AFTER I PAID HER THE MONEY ON PAYPAL FOR THE ATTIC TREASURES I RECEIVED MANY EXCUSES AND DID NOT RECEIVE THEM UNTIL A MONTH AND 1/2 LATER AFTER MEDIATION GOT INVOLVED....HERE IS THE CLINCHER...THE ATTIC TREASURES WERE HORRIBLE, DISGUSTINGLY DIRTY, SOME WITHOUT TAGS AND THE REST WITH BENT TAGS.
BUYER BEWARE!!! THANK YOU!

Comments: I did have some issues with elisha. I had a posting on ty.com for some specific hard to finds....well she emailed me stating she had the mc bears, flutter, libearty...and Peanut (royal blue) and some others. She was very reasonable for the mc bears and I asked if she accepted paypal she said she didnt want to but if i had to pay via it that would be fine. She had told me she was just trying to sell everything to raise money to buy stuff for her baby she was 8 months pregnant....and so I did ask how much she wanted for Peanut- I know it was more then likely out of my price range. and she said to make her an offer. Well i told her to be honest i CANT afford what one is worth these days. and she said well what can you afford? and I said well I could probably do $100...and I told her believe me i know thats a starting bid on ebay! so she emails back and says I;ll take $100....i got a bit skeptical....She had said she really felt I was a true collector and that I was not going to turn around and make a profit from him. So I said well send me pix of peanut, and all the others I have agreed to buy....she said ok! So I got a pic of a peanut with an ebay name...She told me the pic came from her friend who had taken the pic months ago when she triend to sell it for her...well It did not match the ebay id she sent me for a reference for herself....so I went to that ebay id and its a person who has TONS of beanies and lots of rares...the same pic was even posted for a peanut! So she proceeds to tell me that person stole her pic and its a sham! she acted livid! So I write back well I think its weird...and she tells me shes copntacted ebay and now her usband wont let me pay via paypal...well by this time I know Im not buying a thing from her...I was honestly trying to really see what this person is up to. so I didnt email back., and through the nght she wrote back saying sorry for all the confusion she understands if Im not wanting to buy andymore. and so I wrote her saying I think its a sham and the only way i will buy ANYTHING from you is if you post on ebay so I have a chance at getting my money back or if you do UPS C.O.D and I would pay the extra cod charges....got the reply of no no my husband wont allow any of that. ebay is bad because that poerson stole the pic and I (me) could send her a bad check or cancel payment by the time it gets to her. So I wrote no thansk good luck selling them and to please stop contacting me.

Comments: On April 18, 2009, I purchased Candle Melts from this company through their website and made payment of $215.10 through Paypal on the same date with money transferred from my bank account. Ten days later on April 28, 2009, I received a half order with a note handwritten by Sandy stating that the other half would be shipped on Wednesday. When I didn't receive the order by May 4th, I emailed Sandy but she didn't answer. That's when I filed a Paypal complaint, but they do not investigate cases when merchandise is "not as described." Since Sandy sent half the order, as a con artist she knows that Paypal will not investigate any further as she can show "proof of delivery." However, by her own statement in a handwritten note, and by an email in which she states "the other half of the order is on the way," I have proof positive that she did not send all the merchandise I paid her for. She knows she can get away with this through Paypal as they consider the case closed. However, I did not receive all the merchandise I paid for and from my calcuations she owes me $125.00.
She refuses to pay me and she hangs up the telephone when I call her. She does not respond to emails from me.
Avoid her website at all costs, as the money you lose will be your own.
Thank you,
Phyllis
