Postings filed on the website about bad traders are like "Letters to the Editor" in a newpaper. People are allowed to say what they
wish as long as they leave their email addresses. Just like letters to the editor, the comments made by the people are their own
complaints and are posted as such.  The First Amendment protects our right to freedom of expression from government interferences. Alleged Bad Traders are welcome to post rebuttal statements. The postings on the Caution
message board are NOT investigated unless the victim writes directly to a mediator for help. This website also has lawyers on
board. If anyone wants more information about the law firm advising Traderlist.com, please contact one of the mediators.

Comments: On September 19, 2005 I sent $99.49 plus $8.00 ($107.49) for Item 6000584215 (6PC ASIA-PACIFIC FLAG NOSE (Beanie) SET to Jennie Phillips a.k.a. JOJOBEANIES. She was still stalling in December and by January I insisted on getting the refund, which she had promised over and over. By March she stopped communicating had still has not not sent my bears. I have had no replies from her since March.

Comments = I sold a ring on Ebay through a fake escrow site (Expert-Exchanger.com) to Chris Nilsen. Never received payment.

Comments: I won a cell phone from Melissa Holmes of Sparta, TN on February 6 (item #5861082441) and paid for insurance. She marked the item paid on February 15 and not too long after that told me she had sent it. I never received the phone and I emailed her 10+ times with no reply and called several times and got no answer. I finally got a reply from her stating she had been out of town and said she mailed it and couldn't imagine what happened and would immediately make it right. She said she had a second phone just like it that was her husband's phone (I thought this was odd) and she'd send it if I still wanted the phone or she'd send my money back, whichever I wanted her to do. I told her never mind, to please send my money back. The total amount was $45.85. I have not received the phone and she has not replied to any emails I sent after that one reply she sent saying she'd make it right. I sent one last email telling her if I didn't hear from her in 24 hours, I was filing mail fraud charges against her and contacting Traderlist and also posting about it on the Caution Page at Traderlist. I heard nothing back from her. After I won the phone, she bid on three auctions and got three negatives for non-payment. I also left her a negative and it was the first one I ever left. In one of the emails I sent before she finally replied to me the one time, I told her I hated to leave a negative but she was leaving me no choice. She is no longer a registered user. The phone was for my daughter and I bought another one from another user. My daughter wasn't happy about all of it and I certainly am not happy to be out $45. I want my money back or I am going to follow through with my promise to file charges against her. There is no excuse for not replying to my emails. I told Melissa I can't believe someone would ruin their name over $45. Obviously, she doesn't feel the need to do the right thing and pay me back.
