Postings filed on the website about bad traders are like "Letters to the Editor" in a newpaper. People are allowed to say what they
wish as long as they leave their email addresses. Just like letters to the editor, the comments made by the people are their own
complaints and are posted as such.  The First Amendment protects our right to freedom of expression from government interferences. Alleged Bad Traders are welcome to post rebuttal statements. The postings on the Caution
message board are NOT investigated unless the victim writes directly to a mediator for help. This website also has lawyers on
board. If anyone wants more information about the law firm advising Traderlist.com, please contact one of the mediators.

Comments: I ordered 5 beanies on Sept 9th from beanies4you.com, 112 Warren Place, Hendersonville TN 37075 they were paid for immediately with PayPal, with UPS postage $42.80. They have not arrived despite me sending many emails, and complaining to PayPal. I have only received emails on 23 Sept with excuses for the long delay and 22 Oct saying sorry for the delay, we will ship them immediately. PayPal also contacted them but got no answer.

Comments: Seller had positive feedback on eBay, but wanted to communicate via email. We ended up wiring him $700 for World Series 2006 tickets. He took the money and ran. We have alerted eBay, but want everyone to know he cannot be trusted!

Comments: Sent he my Breyer Hidalgo and $25.00 via Pay Pal to touch his paint up. It has been over 6 months now and I have no model. She is now not answering my emails. Beware
