complaints and are posted as such.  The First Amendment protects our right to freedom of expression from government interferences. Alleged Bad Traders are welcome to post rebuttal statements. The postings on the Caution
message board are NOT investigated unless the victim writes directly to a mediator for help. This website also has lawyers on

Comments: I ordered 6 Dragonfly Prince helicopters from Seth Lutz on ebay in mid-November. Weeks later, with no response, I filed a dispute with Paypal. He became VERY upset and put a package in the mail and asked me to close the dispute. Unfortunately, in good faith I did. I received my package but it was NOT what I ordered. He told me to send them back and he would send me the correct items. That was on November 27, and I still have no helicopters. I had to threaten action for him to respond to my emails, but there is still no resolution. Because I closed the dispute Paypal will do nothing. I filed an appeal. I just looked up this man, and found that a Seth and Wendy Lutz (this same man has a wife named Wendy.....hmm) were prosecuted in 2003 for the same fraud. At that time they lived in New Jersey I believe. HEADS UP....they now live in Seminole,Florida and are operating under a new business name.

Comments: Unfortunately for me, I matched with Janie Delano for 5 Halloween beanies for my grandchildren and here it is Halloween 2007, with no beanies in site. All emails to Janie go unanswered as to the "ship to" address. We paid for these beanies through Paypal on October 19th, the same day we matched. The USPS system does not show that a label was made until October 24. On October 29th, it shows that a package was processed with the tracking number she *finally* gave me until October 28th in New Hampshire. That is a far way from the label being generated in MA! And now it shows Elk Grove Village, IL, which is far away from me. To date, she has still not confirmed the "ship to" address. We have filed complaints with both Meta Exchange and ebay. She is very unresponsive and only started communicating because of the Paypal complaint.

These beanies are no longer needed after today as they are the Halloween-themed beanies. Am sure if it was such a nightmare dealing with her so far, getting these returned to her for a full credit including shipping (if they arrive at all) will be pure ----.

My advice, stay away from this one, she already has other complaints against her. Unfortunately, on Meta Exchange we cannot choose who we match with, and I got stuck with a real bozo.

Comments: This stamp traders address is D.Bruijl R Kamp 431 3607 JA Maarssen,Netherlans; also goes by name Verhoef under same email address.Received a considerable value in stamp collectables by registered mail from me and did not send anything in exchange.Can't reach him by email and never sends email to me.A complete fraud,and a disgrace to the hobby of stamp collecting and to the citizens of his country who were liberated from the Germans by men like my father in the Canadian army during WWII.

Comments: User purchased a 1962 ticket stub from me, was mailed it on time via USPS.

Buyer left negative feedback with false information 2 days after mailed out.

No contact for a refund (I offer full refund), just a negative for a $3.00 transaction. Will not respond to emails or calls. This is not his first act like this, his feedback shows it.

Add him to your blocked bidders list, he is abusive and will neg you without going through any of the refund processes........

Comments: I did an auction with this character on Ebay and he is very nasty to deal with. He had 10 tag protectors up for auction starting at .01 so I started the auction thinking others would bid. It ended up I won and paid $4.99 for shipping and the tag protectors were used in which he hadn't advertised it as such. I tried to negotiate with him on the shipping as I felt it was too high. His wife sent me an email claiming to be a lawyer which she wasn't and then his dad got involved with nasty emails. Clifton claims on his feedback that I am a liar and threatened him to give me the item for nothing or else which is far far from the truth as that was never mentioned. If you look at this site wcca.wicourts.gov you will see he has many records with the system. He also claims I have lied about my sicknesses which I haven't and he emailed some of my customers. I gave him ok feedback but he retaliated and left bad feedback for me. Do not do business with this character even though he seems to have good feedback. He has threatened me, blackmailed me and sent nasty emails.

Comments: Just warning everyone...this internet seller of beanie babies is very unreliable. I paid $600 for a "platinum membership", and received about 2/3 of what I was promised...after many, many attempts to get satisfaction, I've just quit trying. Beware and BE CAREFUL.
