Postings filed on the website about bad traders are like "Letters to the Editor" in a newpaper. People are allowed to say what they
wish as long as they leave their email addresses. Just like letters to the editor, the comments made by the people are their own
complaints and are posted as such.  The First Amendment protects our right to freedom of expression from government interferences. Alleged Bad Traders are welcome to post rebuttal statements. The postings on the Caution
message board are NOT investigated unless the victim writes directly to a mediator for help. This website also has lawyers on
board. If anyone wants more information about the law firm advising Traderlist.com, please contact one of the mediators.

She continues to owe me $30.00 Mediators on this site have emails from Ms. Henson indicating that the amount of $30.00 is still owed to me I have filed complaints with the government/FBI - and with my local post office as well as contaced the police department in city of DALLAS and filed charges of fraud. It has been one year since I have been trying to recoup my losses. I have recently secured the assistance of a lawyer to help me file formal charges. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS PERSON.

Mediators on this site have emails from Mr./Ms. Yelton indicating that the amount of $60.00 or the agreed upon beanies are still owed to me I have filed complaints with the government/FBI - and with my local post office as well as contaced the police department in their town and filed charges of fraud. I sent her over $2,200.00 and never received my beanies and am now receiving no replies to my emails to her. Please be aware of Leslie Smith from Lumberton, TX!

Comments: bought 10 x psps from this company on ioffer.com and paid via Mastercard. After delays and non arrival of goods contacted seller who promised a refund. Has never materialised and now I am initiating a chargeback. Tuckertools is now no longer a member of iOffer. I plan to file with every agency I can to stop this scammer.

Comments: There is a scam on eBay that involves handbags & accessories. German ebay sellers accounts are being hacked into by unknown persons in China. They are stealing pictures and descriptions of high end designer handbags and posting them as auctions for 1 day. Terms of sale are pay by Western Union or bank wire transfer. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES should you purchase from these people and there are a ton of them. I've personally reported at least 10 and that's probably a drop in the bucket. They stole my ad, pictures and descriptions and a nice ebayer emailed me and told me or I would never have known. Since then it's a constant search every day and I find tons of them. When purchasing or bidding from a seller on eBay - please remember to check where they are, where they show the item is and their feedback. If it's going to China and all their feedback is in German - obviously there's a problem. If you find auctions as I have described - usually for Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Ralph Lauren, etc. please report them to eBay for removal - as fraudulent auctions. (Yes there's a reportable section on what you believe to be fraudulent auctions).

Just wanted to give everyone a head's up since the "eBay Police" obviously can't keep up with this nor do they even make an effort to try.

Comments: Ordered items from this company in the spring of 2005 and never heard from them. They charged my credit card imediately. After I threatened legal action they responded to my phone call. They said they will look into sending my order but I am not holding my breath. It is October and I still have not recieved anything.
