Postings filed on the website about bad traders are like "Letters to the Editor" in a newpaper. People are allowed to say what they
wish as long as they leave their email addresses. Just like letters to the editor, the comments made by the people are their own
complaints and are posted as such.  The First Amendment protects our right to freedom of expression from government interferences. Alleged Bad Traders are welcome to post rebuttal statements. The postings on the Caution
message board are NOT investigated unless the victim writes directly to a mediator for help. This website also has lawyers on
board. If anyone wants more information about the law firm advising Traderlist.com, please contact one of the mediators.

Comments: I had ordered 50 acrylic cases for beanies on July 21st and have NEVER gotten them. I have e-mailed a bunch of times with NO response. I have also called just to get an answering machine no matter what time of day I call. My cases cost me $83.50 and I have even asked for a refund with no reply. I contacted a mediator and it was suggested that I do this also.

Comments: Just wanted to post this to let people know to watch their eBay accounts carefully. Some crook has accessed my eBay account and was selling under my user name of (bfuhrer) so I have had to change my password to correct this. If anyone has any information about any activity under this user name in the past few months, please let me know. Who ever has done this is also trying to use my paypal account without success. Thanks!! bfuhrer

Comments: Just wanted to let you know Paypal WILL let you file a claim on up4trade, they did me. They said the more claims the better. The account is registered to Michael States as we all know is YavettRieken-Bakerlane-State's husband. She does have another paypal account that is linked to her auctions on ebay still. ID there is bearpatch.

Also there was an article published on the internet through CollectiblezSpot done on Richard A'Court in December 1999 where it states:

Yavett reports news like myself, as she see's it good or bad no holds barred. Because we are alike we became friendly and shared news, we both decided at about the same time that our sites needed a better trade area. This then progressed and up4trade was born. We both have equal input and ideas although Yavett is responsible for the maintenance.

So now my question would be where is he in all of this, or was this just another scape goat.

I logged onto the account and it was suspended/deleted. kevin asked for my credit card and all my personal information to put on the account to transfer. I called WOW and they told me 4 wks later all the information is in his name. It was indeed a scam , he sold me a account that was his and could never be put in anyones name. I confronted him numerous times by his email and got reponses like oh ill look into it , ill refund you , ect its now 4mnths later After being promised per his emails for a refund, he decided to block my emails and not give me a refund as he knew the account he sold me on World of Warcraft was deleted. I have the User name and password for anyone to test it as well as talkin to wow direct. I also have all his emails to prove his FRAUD. It has been 4 mnths now. i tried to file claims and i am not allowed a refund through paypal and ebay as this item was a virual product so i am not covered by either of them. Incidentally i filed 4 claims with E-bay and Paypal total. You and the police are the last resort to get back my $165.00 i was defrauded out of . Ebay still has one last claim on him for Fraud opened , I hope they take him off thier site permanently. This person not only swindled me out of my money , he blocked me , refused to reimburse me and told me I will never see the day when he refunds me and laughed. I have all his emails , id be more than happy to send them to you to look for yourself at any time. Please catch this criminal. World of Warcraft said to me it is illegal for him to sell a account of thiers on EBAY in the first place. I can give you thier number if you need to verify that as well.

Between 2-3/2006, I paid $137.80 for merchandise I have never received. I have emailed numerous times since that time without any reply from him.
