wish as long as they leave their email addresses. Just like letters to the editor, the comments made by the people are their own
complaints and are posted as such.  The First Amendment protects our right to freedom of expression from government interferences. Alleged Bad Traders are welcome to post rebuttal statements. The postings on the Caution
message board are NOT investigated unless the victim writes directly to a mediator for help. This website also has lawyers on

Comments: I purchased an item in april 04, check was mailed to hawaii, product never rec'd. Had contact with her via email for a couple days after check was cashed. I was given excuses as to why the shipment was delayed. Days later, she fell off the face of the earth. Her phone #, ebay acct., and any other contact info was disconnected. I went through every procedure via ebay,paypal, and law enforcement agencies I tried unsuccessfully to get ebay to make contact with this seller and find out what was up. At that time, she was still active- but they wouldn't help me because they had to "protect" the sellers information!

I know it's too late to get my money back, but I just want to see justice done!!!!!

Comments: On April 23/06 I bought what I thought was a Korean Flag nose bear from dolls2treasure4eva but when I received it in the mail it was a black nosed Korean Bear with a flag tag glued on its nose. I conatcted paypal and told them what had happened and they started an investigation. I was told to send the beanie back to the buyer registered mail which I did but when they received the bear back they refused to refund my money. Paypal was able to retrieve only $20.00 from them. Below is what the response from PayPal was:

We have completed our investigation of this case. We attempted to process a refund from the seller's account to your account. Unfortunately, the seller's account does not contain the funds necessary to cover this refund. We were able to recover $20.00 USD. We have taken action against the seller and are working to recover the remainder of your refund. We will contact you when we have more information. No further action is required of you at this time.

I just wanted any kind of excuse to keep me happy. I got nothing! I think I have been pretty darn patient! I would have waited longer if I had got an e-mail from him with any kind of excuse. Sorry Mark.

I have emails that prove you sent the VHS tapes from you yourself. Where is your proof that you sent the beanie?
You told me you bought the beanie at Goodwill, so I'm guessing you never had a US Open Dora to begin with.
Also, how does an honest person have numerous addresses and has so many packages "stolen?"

I dont believe this person. I have been asking her to send me on a proof of postage for the last two weeks nearly and she said that she dosent know if she has one, that she is disabled and her mother has put it away. I asked her if she could ask her mother to look for the receipt proving that she posted the beanies and she told me her mother is out of town.

I have proof of postage, but she cannot show hers. I posted my beanies on the 22nd of August. I asked her a few emails back on what day did she post them as they havent arrived, and she said same day as you did! She dosent even know the exact date.

I e-mailed this person many times and called her on the phone and left several messages but she did not respond by phone or e-mail. I am out $58.99 US.

Comments: I'm in the middle of a "trade" with her. After about a week and a half of no beanie I sent her an email. She said she hadn't received it yet. Unfortunately for her I have delivery confirmation that says it was delivered on 9/2. She then says she DID receive it and asked if I had gotten mine? No, I haven't. I sent her an email back asking what her story was and to send my beanie now or I will take action against her. Haven't heard anything yet. PLEASE be careful of her.

Comments: In her rebuttal, Jennie says she sent a refund to me via money order. I have copies of my emails to her asking for a refund through Paypal. I have her reply in which she pretends to ask for my Paypal address and agrees to refund. Of course, she never did. Now she says she sent a MONEY ORDER? Below she is clearly caught in another lie. Comments: I paid $107.49 via Paypal for an ebay auction #600584214 on 09-23-05 for a 6 piece set of the 2005 Flag Nose Asia- Pacific beanie bears on a presale. I never received the bears or a refund of my money. Jennie has not answered any of my emails in months.

She led me to believe that she was having a hard time getting the bears and was going to honor the auction until it was past the 60 days that you have to file complaints with ebay and paypal and then stopped answering me.

I mail us open dora on the 6th. my mother know I mailed it too she was with me. if she is able to post me on the traderlist, will you post, that she lied about me on there under the post please, what she is saying is a lie about the tapes
