I bought a Garcia off ebay. It appeared understuffed and has two different
generation hang tags as far as I can tell. The seller's comments on ebay
are kept private and nothing adds up. THen, I found Charles Kent on this
listing of bad sellers and also on Collector's.com by doing a simple Altavista
search. He is apparently known for selling fake hangtags. He is selling a
number of old beanies on ebay, and they do not look right to me. I think
I have been swindled for $37.50, and he has not answered my email to date
'tho it has not been too long since I sent it. This deal smells to me --
now that all the facts are rolling in: post office box instead of address,
carelessly packed item, two gnerations of tags, etc.

I have purchased another fake "garcia" as I have just found out this morning
while looking through traderlist.It was purchased from Charles Kent, e-mail
address julialis2000@yahoo.com I've just sent him an e-mail and will see
if he responds.

I won ebay auction # 1615650619 Ty new face violet teddy, auction
ended July 13. I sent money order in the amount of $90.02 to Charles Kent,
P.O. Box 5064, Albany Ny. 12205 I sent out the money order July 14. Then
I saw his name on the traderlist for selling fake beanies the same time I
bought mine July 13. I emailed him two days ago and asked for a refund He
said he would sent one. I emailed him again today Now my mail comes back
he has changed his email address. He has not sent me anything as of yet,
now I cant email him! His email address was cha_ke@yahoo.com HELP!!! Mike

This is an update about the fake Garcia. Charles Kent has refunded me
via Money Order and was prompt. He pleads innocence. You should note, however,
that he has once again changed his screen name on ebay and continues to advertise
the Garcia as it was. He is now "beaniebobs" on ebay.

I finally recieved a money order from Charles Kent for the full amount
including shipping. He said he sent it but I had to send him several e-mails
asking him about it then he sent it.
