I am in the United kingdom You have helped me in the past with a trade and I ended up writing to the DA in that State and I got my gods back . I have attached all emails from a person I am having problems with. I bought 2 Buddies off of the ebay auction way back in November, I sent a MO through Bidpay. the last time I heard from the seller was on 7th February, this person has over 300 positive refs and only 10 negatives, the 10 negatives are from people who receive their goods, but they take a long time to be sent all I have also contacted squaretrade, who have contacted the seller and they havent replied to them either. I will give them 14 days to reply to you or me and then I will write to the DA in their area. I sent a MO through bidpay. I have sent emails below. Please send DAs address , in case I may need it.

WHAT EVER I JUST OF BACK IN TOWN AND I TOLD THAT GUY AT THE BEGINNING THAT I JUST DO USA. BUT I DID IT. I HAVE SENT IT AND I DON'T KNOW WHERE IT IS. I TOLD HIM I WILL TALK TO THE POST OFFICE

Thanks for your help in this matter, I keep asking the seller not to send a usa money order as it is too expensive to cash here in the uk. I have told the seller to send either $25 us dollars to cover encashment charges at my end or to send £20 uk pounds. the seller just says I will send 20 just send your address, so I havent a clue what he is sending to me, he doesnt seem to want to read what I have to say, had he listened to me form the beginning or got information from the post office, the item wouldnt have got lost. All other advise I have given to usa residents have got to me with no problems. Anyway I have sent my address and will have to see what he comes up with   Thanks again   Lesley

I had sent Charles a check, which was cashed. He waited one month after he cashed the check to send the candle. He said he mailed it 2 weeks prior to that, then stopped returning emails. The box was postmarked 1 month after he cashed my check. The kicker was that he said in his response to my neg. feedback that he couldn't get to the post office on time, I sent the payment to his po box, he had no problem going there to get the check   Best of luck,   Kim

.i sent him a MO for 3 candles i won on auction the day i won them(paid promptly) and i had to pest the heck outta him for 3 weeks till he finally mailed my candles....he charged me 8.00 for shipping and it only cost 3.95 plus i gave him 1.10 for insurance and he didnt insure the package and refuses to give me my money back.He sent me dozens of nasty,rude emails then has the nerve to leave ME a negative feedback...i have over 200 feedback,none negative or neutral....i paid him very fast and was very pleasant to him and he is a very mean,spiteful and rotten person to deal with.Since i left my feedback for him,you are the 7th person to email me complaining about him,so it is surely not just me. HE TRIED TO CHARGE ME UNREASONABLE AMOUNTS FOR POSTAGE AND REALLY WAS ILLITERATE. I ASSUME HE WAS EITHER NON-ENGLISH SPEAKING OR WAS MENTALLY RETARDED AS HE COULDN'T UNDERSTAND CONCEPTS AND WROTE IN UNGRAMMATICAL NONSENSE. AS A SELLER MYSELF, I KNEW EXACTLY WHAT THE POSTAGE WOULD BE AND HE CHARGED ME MORE THAN DOUBLE THAT SAYING HE HAD TO PAY SOMEONE TO BOX UP THE ITEMS AND MAIL THEM. I REALLY THINK HE WAS UNABLE TO DO THAT HIMSELF. HE WOULD JUST ANSWER ME WITH "MY BAD".

i bid on 3 3.7 oz yankee candles which with shipping came to $25.25. He overcharged me by $7.00 shipping---when i got the box it only costed him 3.95 to ship.............he got a big attitude & said i shouldn't have bid......if i knew i was gonna get ripped off i'd have stayed away but when the check is in the mail what can you do......the feedback he gave me made it sound like it was my fault.....he overcharged me & basically laughed it off......Wendy

he has been given bad feedback before and has finally sent the goods. anyway I have given him 14 days as he hasnt set a deadline and after that I have said I will just automatically post neg feedback. I won an auction near the end of December for a zodiac beanie. The winning bid was $1. When I didn't hear from him/her for 5 days I emailed, and never heard anything back. I waited another 2 weeks or so and left negative feedback. Just a few hours after I left feedback, he emailed me several nasty-grams. He turned my name into the customer care service at ebay. I have since cleared that up with them. My feeling was that he just didn't want to sell the beanie for a dollar. That was it..... Karen

Hmmmm, this was the man I ordered 4 of the 3.7 oz Yankee candle jars from, and he did agree to ship them all together to save on postage. However, I did not like his packing. He rolled them all in bubble wrap, but none were taped up tightly, and two were broken to the point that I could not burn the candles, unless I completely removed the glass jars and used them as pillars. Toss in that he shipped them all in a very flimsy shoe box and none were padded to prevent them from rolling around in the box and cracking into each other...well, I was pretty dissatisfied. I did contact him about his packing, and I did request replacements for the two jars which were broken, but he was not responsive. The broken items were never replaced. I figured it was my fault for not checking him out more thoroughly, so I did give him the benefit of the doubt for the two which arrived just fine, but I also said the other two were broken. That's a 50 percent failure, and I sincerely hope people read it that way. I don't use him anymore, and I don't recommend him to my candle buyer friends, either. Sandy

I thought I would give you an update on the above named, after registering for mail fraud & completing a form and sending to the DA in the appropriate state some months ago. I then had a few emails from an investigator over the last few months, Charles Miller was not replying to his letters, finally her registered the letter and out of the blue last week I received another email to say that Charles miller was sending the goods to him (the investigator) a few days later he emailed to say he (the investigator) had received them and he checked them over and they were all ok, so he has sent them onto me and they should be with me this coming week. The investigators name is William Fennell and his email address is wfennell@vdacs.state.va.us  I will lyk as soon as I have them so you can update the site   Thanks again for yor help Lesley in the UK

Great news!!!, by surprise today, thought they were being delivered tomorrow!!! I received the 2 buddies at my work address Lefty & Righty both in mint condition with mint tags. I am so pleased I can now delete all the emails to do with Charles Miller ot of my outlook folder it just shows , if youkeep going you can win in the end
