I was wondering if you could help me out. I bought an M&M clock on ebay back in March. The clock was advertised as Mint in the box and when I rec'd it, it was not only used, but all scratched up and broken and just thrown in the box. I emailed the person to let them know I was returning the clock the very same day. No response to numerous emails and finally I reported to square trade where they said they would send me out a new one. Never rec'd another one and no refund. I have since found out from another ebay buyer, that they too, got scammed on the very same clock as I did, therefore, this person was now has been paid twice. I don't know what else to do, so I appreciate any help in resolving this matter. Also, I noticed they are no longer on ebay.

  I paid $39. for it, plus it cost me $11. to ship it back. I want a full refund for this if possible, including the return of the clock. They had the nerve to send something like this out, then its their fault for the return. The other person has gotten a refund from them and also kept the clock!! Its still unbelievable to me as to how people can do this and then get away with it to boot!!!! I have tried everything with this person and have had no luck because of their lack of communication! Wish you better luck then me. I wish ebay would stand up for us and do something about these sellers! After all, if it weren't for us buyers, there would be no sellers for them to make their money!! They wouldn't want to loose their money,well, neither do I!!!
