On 6/28/00 I mailed a money order to: Blowoutcdz 4501 Beechwood Rd College
Park, MD 20740 For $90.04 for 4 boxes of Digimon cards. On 7/7/00 that money
order was received and cashed. I asked the seller what was up with my order,
I was told the "Money Order never arrived" I filed a fraud report with ebay
against Blowout CDZ and sent an additional $7.00 to the money order company
for a copy of the cashed money order. Today, 8/4/00 I received that copy
which I enclosed with an email to Blowout CDz. This money order was sent
to Blowout CDz in good faith. I requested that Blowout CDZ return my money
to me plus the $7.00 I had to pay to prove I was defrauded by them.

Not only is this a LIE, it's a BLATANT lie. The auction didn't go off till
the 27th of June, I mailed the seller a Money Order on the 28th of June,
the seller received and endorsed the Money Order on the 1st of July. How
could this seller have sent this item on the 26th of June then? This tracking
number refers to a PREVIOUS auction/transaction that has been concluded.
It has NOTHING to do with this transaction. I have received an email from
the Maryland State District Arrorney and they are sending me the necessary
forms I need to fill out for them to issue a felony arrest warrant. I have
filled out the Mail Fraud form and will mail that tomorrow if this complaint
has not been resolved by then. I have requested that America On-line suspend
this user for using their services in the commission of a felony. I am still
waiting to hear from the FBI, the District Court for Prince George's County,
and the Prince George's County Sheriff's Department.

This is my second transaction with him. The first transaction I paid with
Paypal and received that item no problem. That's the UPS tracking number
he wrote down, that was shipped on the 26th. This is another auction that
went off on the 27th, he knows that. For some reason he wants to play hardball
and it's going to cost him a lot unless he gets some smarts and does the
right thing here.

I have seen a copy of the money order and confirmed dates.

Order was shipped UPS insured. Customer recieved it. That is the end of it.

8/15/00 the Maryland State District Attorney's consumer Fraud Division has
begun their investigation. The Prince George's County MD Police Department
Check & Fraud Unit, located at Police Headquarters on Barlow Road in
Landover MD has begun theirs, The USPS is investigating my Mail fraud complaint.
The FBI and FTC are looking into my Wire Fraud Complaint. I have filed my
insurance claim with Lloyd's.
