I won an Ebay auction on 9/5/99 for 2 Groovy bears. I sent $50.04 for 2 groovey bears. The Seller had 90 days to deliver to refund my money. It is now well over 90 days and the seller has neither sent the bears nor refunded my money. The seller will not answer my E-mails and I have also called the Seller phone number and left messages on his answering machine but he has never returned my call. The seller is Chris & Rhea Jaserie and their address is: 27641 Susan Beth Way #K, Santa Clarita, CA 91350. Telephone number is: 661-263-6443. E-mail address is: cjjaz@thegrid.net. I bid on an auction of theirs back in Sept.1999.It ended on the 5th of Sept.1999. I paid only $28.00 for the buddy,but it is the idea of what they are doing and how they are not handleing the situation.I have emailed them quite a few times,and have only received two in return.They seem to be ignoring everyone that won any auctions from that time period.I have called once,and the phone just rang.No-one answered.I feel something should be done about these people,and hope that all auction sites be notified.

I paid them over $40.00 and they've never delivered nor even responded to my phone calls or email. This has been since September.What can I do?

I TOO WAS SCAMMED BY CJJAZ  CJJAZ GOT ABOUT $16. ANY HELP YOU COULD GIVE ME AS TO HOW TO CONTACT LOCAL AUTHORITIES WOULD BE APPRECIATED.
