I am writing to you about the above seller on e-bay. Her name is Cristina Servin, and her e-bay user id is tiddlywinks1072. I successfully won ebay auction #230888001on for two Yankee Candles on 2/21 and paid within 24 hours via Paypal. Payment was accepted, and as of today I never receieved the goods. She will not respond to e-mails, and phone calls to her home are unanswered. She lives in

I believe she has two e-mail addresses, me5388@yahoo.com and sherryandmike03@yahoo.com. I have been contacting her via ebay and also her e-mail addresses but have received no response to these e-mails. I also filed a complaint with Paypal for a refund. They found in my favour as she didn't respond to thier requests for proof of shipment/tracking numbers. They were unable to refund me as there was not sufficient funds in her account. I can provide the complaint resolution and the e-mail I sent to this person if you would like. I checked her feedback and found there were many other people who did not receive the items they paid for. Some got a response from her, some didn't. I contacted a person who left negative feedback for her, ALSTWG1@webtv.net, and she provided me with the information for her home town police department in Holly Hill. She spoke with Chief of Police Younginer, and the phone# is (803)496-3811. I will be calling them today to file a complaint against this person. I also filed a fraud complaint with ebay about this auction, and as of the writing of this e-mail she is still able to buy and sell. Please check her feedback on ebay. There is some sort of pattern here.

I don't appreciate people taking my hard earned money and not even responding to me. Even if she had a problem with shipping or had to cancel, etc. she could at least have had the courtesy to e-mail me back and let me know, but I have recieved nothing from her in the way of merchandise and communication. I don't treat my customers like this, in fact, I go out of my way to make them happy, and I don't expect to recieve shoddy treatment. I won an auction for a candle from Christina in early March. I paid through paypal to "me5388@yahoo.com" After 2 weeks, I sent several emails for a status on shipping. After a week, I received a note back from her that shipping had been delayed but that I should receive it by weeks end. As the weeks went by, I emailed her daily and sometimes numerous times in one day but have yet to receive any response from her at all. I requested a refund from her through paypal 2 weeks ago, she has yet to respond. I do not have a physical address for her at this time unfortunately.  Thank You,   Paul Safanda

I bid on her candle and paid on the spot. I always add a memo saying "Please let me know when this ships" Well I didn't hear from them so I sent them 3 more e-mails. They never did respond so after 10 days from the auction I wrote them and said I was going to reverse payment. The total was 19.50. And I still haven't heard from them. Stacie Knutsen

Purchased candles from this person on ebay (user name tiddlywinks1072, prior to that christina5388) on 2/25/03. I paid immediately via paypal $19.99 plus $8.50 shipping. By 3/6 no candles, no correspondence, so I contacted her. She advised on 3/7 that she had computer problems and would be shipping the next day 3/8. Today is 3/25/03, no candles, no refunds and she does not respond to email. I have filed complaint with ebay, paypal, the police and now you. She is using the above email, but I'm not sure it's hers. Buyer beware -- she'll take your money and run

..i won 2 different EBay auctions for candles from her totaling 63.03....i sent her a postal money order which she has cashed and i have a photo copy obtained from the posted office proving such...yet has never mailed my candles.She has emailed me about 40 nasty messages cause i am the one who got this whole thing started.I contacted the chief of police in her town of Holly Hill,SC and filed a report and urged everyone else to do so as well.He told me he has had MANY calls on her now.If anything will be done about her....i have yet to see it....but i sure am trying.That was alot of money for me to lost and has really upset me alot.Our money is very tight right now,i guess i shouldn't have spent it in the first place,then for this to happen....just really upsets me. Unfortunately, I do not have her street address. Ebay gave me only a telephone number (no-one answers) along with her name and city. I have filed a complaint with ebay, paypal and as you know, traderlist.com My story is as follows: I purchased a lot of candles (about 4 I think) for 19.99 - She charged me 8.50 for shipping as well.  The sale closed on 2/25/03 - by 3/6 I had had no response so I mailed her. On 3/7/03 she advised that she had computer problems, etc., and would be mailing the next day. (3/8) After several mails, with no response, I ended up complaining to ebay and paypal. I got Chief Younginer's name from another woman who got scammed by her, and I called him as well. To date, paypal has advised that "the seller was at fault" and they were able to credit my paypal account $6.25 -- apparently that was all she had left. She has been missing in action on ebay for about a week now, as I check daily what she's selling and bidding on. Many thanks for all your help, and I hope she gets her due!! I called Police Chief Younginer today. He advised me that he turned this over to the police dept. in her county.   Please contact Detective Kinsey @ (803)531-4647 if you have any inquiries. Ask for the Detective Bureau when you call. I wasn't able to speak to him today but I will be calling back later this afternoon
