i am writing about a trade i had with cindy pearce i have emailed her several times her email address is jasonp@clinic.net her address is :

i traded a madison in return she was suppose to send me halo buddy but never received it i have a comformation where she received my end of the deal the comformation number is 0310 2990 0005 2190 5879 i left her neg feedback on ebay and have received several letters from people that have gotten the same thing from her if you need to contact them their email address are: becky20@gte.net, jtucker@sanasys.com, aajedj@hotmail.com. they have all been taken by this person to ..well i wont be trading for awhile this is the 2nd time in a month guess it must have to do with christmas...as far as cindy goes i doubt she will return your email but it is worth a try if you need the email from the other people just let me know..i bet your job is a headache having to deal with all these complaints all day..well email me and keep me posted thanks Carol

I was asked to report Cindy Pearce to you for not fulfulling her side of the trade.I sent Cindy a MWMT Snowboy buddy on November 30, 1999 using priority mail insured in exchange for her MWMT Glory beanie. She later e:mailed me that she never confirmed the trade. I sent her a copy of her e:mail to me showing that she did confirm the trade. She e:mailed me back apologizing that she had so many trades going on that she forgot about our trade and that she already traded Glory beanie away. I told her to just send me back Snowboy buddy once she receives it.She e:mailed me on December 6 to inform me that she received the Snowboy buddy and that she was able to buy a Glory at a shop near her home. She asked me if I wanted her to send back Snowboy buddy or just send Glory beanie. I told her that I wanted her to send Glory beanie. She agreed to send it to me the next day.Since then, I've e:mailed her twice asking where's Glory and no response. Finally, her "daughter" e:mailed me to inform me that Cindy is out of town and she will tell her mom to reply when she gets back. I still haven't heard from her, so I e:mailed her three more times asking where's Glory or Snowboy buddy. Still no response.On December 30, 1999, I wrote a letter to Cindy and sent it to her home address. I told her in the letter that if I don't get the beanies by January 15, 2000, I will post negative feedback on ebay and KNK. I still haven't heard anything. Becky and J.K. Tuckers Beanies have been sent the 3rd email and 2 initials I don't even reconize so have emailed them to let me know. As to the carol deal. I will not have swearing emails sent to me and I don't want a tagless dirty Old Madison. My children read email many times before me and this type of abuse is not right. And if she wants her madison back then I will do so C.O.D. as I don't have to spend my money returning something that is in no way what I was told I would be receiving which should have been a Mint with Mint Tag Madison the Cow Attic. Not something that looks like it was used for a dog toy!!!! And in no way was I trying to scam anyone. I have just been late in mailing out!!!! Cindy

Here is a copy of the email i sent her and her response to my email after a month..and i dont feel like i threaten her in any way i feel like i gave her every chance to fix this matter..and this is the first i heard that madison wasnt mint which i know he was..i have gotten several letters telling me that halo was sent out on the same day if you need them just let me know..thanks Carol

I have emailed you on several occasions to no response from you on my halo buddy that i have still not received as of today and that you sent priorty mail going on 4 weeks ago and still have nothing..in the last email i got from you you said you mailed and nothing you could do i think you should up hold your end of the deal and since you havent i will continue to leave bad feedback on ebay about you..you left me no other choice in this matter ..if you send the halo then i will retrack what i have said on your feedback but you havent emailed me and had the chance to do so so i thought i would email you again and see if you have put the halo in the mail again since you have gotten your madison ..i will continue to answer email about my trade with you when other people email me..if you want me to give you good feedback then you will have to keep up your end of the deal or send me madison back..well again i have emailed you waiting to hear from you again...Carol

I see you have already left bad feedback. the damage has already been done!!! What a mean viciouse person you must be. I emailed telling you I had mailed Halo. Sometime P.O. does make mistakes. But you wanted to believe the worst about me. What right do you have to say other people have been saying bad things about me. At least you should speak for youself not OTHERS. If others wanted to leave bad trader feedback which I don't know why anyone would they would of done so I don't think they asked you to do it for them!!!! But you must know something I am not aware of. Who died and left you in charge. How would you like someone to leave badfeed back about you without even telling them you where going to. I would of gave you my own Halo if I thought you where going to this way about it. Hope you feel real good about yourself. How do I know you did not recieve Halo Buddy? Maybe you are the one trying to rip me off!! HAPPY NEW YEAR Cindy

Why did I not mail out the Same day. I really don't know. But I am glad I did not or I would of ended up with a bad deal! And C.O.D. The Maidson. Yes I will do so Tuesday first thing P.O. opens .It is up to Carol to accept it or not. Thank you Cindy

I answered ad on KNK board for selling Halo, sent check on December 14, did not hear. E-mailed December 21st, claims she just received the check and would send Halo out in AM.. Starting e-mailing her after 1st of year, no answers. Check was cashed December 26th..Would not answer numerous e-mails..You e-mailed and she sent Halo which I received Jan 10th. No explanation as why no answer to e-mails or why the delay. . I would not have received if cautionlist had not got involved. Becky

Beware: Cindy Pearce is a bad trader. I made a trade with her for my tank she was to trade a 98 teddy and BF Spangle. I sent my beanies as agreed the first week in December. I never received my beanies from her. I emailed her many times and she kept saying they were mailed and then quit answering my emails. Finally after the beanie elf emailed her and the attorney general was called she sent out my beanies -- I recieved them on January 4th. She didn't send what we traded for (no BF Spangle) but she substituted with 2 other beanies. I was just glad to get something back from her. I would not recommend anyone trading with this lady because she is VERY dishonest.

I was wondering what you can do to help me. I have noticed there have been several reports already on this same traded, Cindy Pearce/jasonp@clinic.net. I had a trade set up with her on Dec. 12th and sent a m/o. She replied that she had received it on the 19th. I asked her to hold my purchase (a BF Spangle) until the next week because I would be out of town until Dec. 23rd. She said she would mail it later. I waited until the 29th of December and emailed her again, to see if she had sent it yet. I got no reply, so I thought she may be out of town. I emailed again on the 1st and then again on the 6th of January. Finally on the 9th, she emailed saying that she had sold my BF Spangle to someone else and told me what else she had. I decided to get a Groovy bear and a partial refund, which she agreed to do. She said she would sent it out the next day. Again, I have emailed her on the 13th and again on the 15th of this month. Still no reply. I am very frustrated since this is my first "rip-off". HELP! I can deal with misunderstandings or mistakes but I don't appreciate not being replied to or sending back my money which I also requested the last time I emailed her. She is a very irresponsible and bad trader! Thanks  Sherry Ferrell
