Sorry to bother you again, but I have run into a real bad deal with the beanies. On Jan. 4, 2003 I agreed to buy from Cindy Walason beanies that I was paying her $550.00 for. Billionaire 3, Rev. Red America, German trio and Britannia. I sent her a $500. money order and a personal check for $50.00. She said sheleft the money in an envelope in her car someplace and it was stolen. She had let her friend have some of the beanies for borrowed money and she was going to get them back when my money arrived. (I didn't know anything about this) Well she said her friend took them to the Flea Market and sold them so guess where that left me. She did send me a ring to hold until she could pay me, but I had the ring looked at and it is not worth anything. So, I have been trying to e-mail her, but she won't answer. She also owes another person (Mike) $380.00 and someone from Japan $80.00. I am thinking of turning in an FBI report on her. Do you think that is a good idea? This is her name and address.

Then on November 14, 2002 Sent Postal Money Order for The Beanies I snet it Priority Mail and she recieved it on the 17th the I got this email on the 18th of November

mike im going crazy i had 3 boxes i was gonna send outthis morning and teh other day my neighbors husband took some things to dumb for me im praying he didnt take them i had them there because i was gonna send sat. mike i dont know what to do im waiting till he gets home to ask ill have to send you all chrissy beanies or something i cant find tehem im falling aapart here maybe he put some were down stairs for me im sorry ill let you know as soon as he gets home how did it go at doctors yf cindy

Then also recieved this email on the 18th November

Then we had keep in contact and she keep telling me she was going to send money and pay me back but nothing came then on 2/2/2003 was last email she sent me and this was it

hi mike sorry i havent been in touch i will be mailing youre money monday i havent been home and i cant call long distance no more il email you tomorrow to let you know itway ive been hospitalized for a few days had a very bad panic attack i had to email people with there conf.numbers ive havent been able to send a few things out ill be doing that tomorrow youre friend cindy

I have emailed her one to two times a day and no answer and I even called her once a day and no answer till 2/11/2003 and she answered the Phone and I said Cinday and she said who is this and I said Mike and she said OH WOW and hang the phone up and now she won't answer the phone.
