Please add this person to the list of BAD TRADERS This person posted two
auction (1) for Osito (2) for Spangle they were both pre sales to be delivered
by August 17th or guaranteed you money back. I won both auctions #1 for $82.00
and #2 for $46.13. Osito was delivered with a badly bent heart tag shipped
without a tag protector and Spangle was never delivered at all. She asked
that half the money be sent up front and the other half when see received
the bears. When the auction deadline was over for spangle I asked that she
please refund my money I did get an apology for the delay and I never heard
from her again that was the end of August. I NEVER GOT my Spangle or my refund,
she also said she would get me another Osito and exchange the one she sent
with this bent tag, I paid 80.00 for that Osito you would think she would
have taken the time to put a tag protector on it. Thank you so much for answering

I did not set out to take advantage of anyone. I was out of town when
Osito was shipped to her. I am going to replace the Osito, I have been checking
in the stores out here, but no one has gotten them in. or by the time I get
there they are gone. I have never experienced this problem before. This is
the first and last time I ever sell anything on the internet. I was burned
a few times, and I know how it feels I would never do that to another person.
As for Spangle she sent me half of the money. If she wants Flutter I have
that for her she did mention she would except one of the new ones instead
of Spangle. I will personally send that to her, because I found out the hard
way that I should not trust someone else to send the beanies for me. Every
since TY announced that all beanies will be retiring it is hard to get Osito
or Spangle and I never seen any of the new ones in the stores yet except
for Flitter and Lips. I am very sorry for the incovenice this may have caused
her.

Thank you so much for emailing Claire you did manage to get a response
from her. I DO NOT want the flitter I would like my money back for the Spangle
as promised. This what her Auction read in the part where it says "SELLER'S
FULL DESCRIPTION OF ITEM" SPANGLE is our AMERICAN bear isn't she just beautiful.
This a PRESELL for SPANGLE OUR AMERICAN BEAR. I expect to start delivering
by July 20 if you don't receive her by August 17th you may request for a
refund. Highest bidder will pay 50% of the winning bid 10 days after auction
close. The remaining balance is due when SPANGLE is ready to be shipped to
her new home. SPANGLE will be sent via priority mail w/insurance. She will
be sent tag protected. Shipping is $4.05 including insurance. Please pay
by postal money order. Thank you and Good Luck I complied with the
rules of the auction, she did not, I asked for my money back long after
the 17th because I was trying to give her a chance to ship Spangle when she
didn't I asked for my money back and I never heard from her again I also
made many attempts after that to contact her and there was no answer. I'm
asking for $23.07 is that so hard for her to do? This is just for the
record, she never offered me any thing Flitter or any thing else, when I
asked for my money back she just stopped emailing me or answering any email
I sent. And on the Osito she told me she was running late for work and her
sister was the one that mailed the Osito without the tag protector she explained
when she returned from work she found the protector on the table, nothing

I have still received nothing from her.I did email her again in a plea to please return my money that I sent for Spangle that was on Monday and I still have not received a reply or anything from her. Cautionlist got nothing but excuses and promises but she did not refund her
money or replace the non mint tagged beanie.
