I have been dealing with a trader from MD,simply put I have been tolerating her petty excuses for sometime now,,,since June 3rd to be exact,,,,I did a deal for a friend of mine on May 17th,(I purchased a beauty & the beast walt disney dome collector peice).My friend paid her $150 for it. It was received by my friend damaged,(the box it was in was intact)..I contacted her via the phone,,& she told me to send it back & she'd refund my friends' money..I t was returned to her she confirmed she received it back,,YET no refund yet,,it's now Sept 23rd,,,2003,,  i'm in hopes that maybe you can help me out,,,,I have contacted the local authourities in her area,,,& have been VERY diplomatic thru out this whole ordeal...my most recent response from Crystal Webb is she emailed me stating that she will finally send the money as promised that week,,,,,which was Sept 4th, 2003,,,,,STILL no refund,,,,,

I saw her advertising on ebay and notified her to ask if she had more sets so that deal was not made on ebay. I actually was the 3rd party,,,and I'm from Ontario Canada,,,HOWEVER, it is my friend in Georgia that was the person whom sent Crystal the 150.00us & received the package & then sent it back as requested by Crystal...... I have have kept every setn & responded emails that have transpired between us since the beggining,,,,I have contacted Crystal a few times via the phone, & she promised to send me verification of insurance claim made on the piece (confirmation # from the postal outlet)...however when on the phone with her she said she didnt have it. I waited a couple weeks then contacted Crystal Webb again via the phone,,,& she said that she was awaiting for the insurance money first be4 sending refun to Sonya,,,,so I accepted that,,,ONLY to have her give me excuses after excuses....UGH,,,saying she can't afford....ect...no success till a week or so later,,,then her niece answered the phone ONLY to become evasive with me & making sad excuses for Crystal,then hung the phone up on me,,..all because I asked her to write my phone # down to pass it onto Crystal......  FINALLY received an email on Sept 4th, 2003,,from crystal claiming that she will be sending the refund that week,,,,,it';s now the 24th,,,NO emails, NO refund,,,,NOTHING!....this is very discouraging how someone can do this & get away with it,,,,:(...I JUSTT notice today on ebay that she has a negative left on her feedback profile from another fellow buyer,,I have attempted to contact them but haven't heard back yet...Anyhow,,,kindly let me know what I can do @ this point,,What can I do @ this point,,PLEASEEEE help me,,,,I'm desperately trying to find someone whom can help me out.....

July 13, I bid on a girl and boy figurine that was surposed to be in very good condition,she stated they were made by mar and cmi but designed by verona vergasi. fine I paid her through paypal that was the 13th of july.
on 7/14 she wrote and told me that she will ship as soon as everything clears, which I thought it did already.
on 7/21 I wrote her and asked when she was shipping out the figurines? she wrote on thrusday the 24th.
on 7/29 wrote again stating that I hadn't received the item and if I didn't hear from her the next night I was going to noifiy Paypal and ebay. well she never wrote back. I wrote fair trade, paypal, square trade, they wrote her and she never replyed. then some time in the begining of sept, she sent me the items lol not in the shape she said they were in they were broke and glued back, very cheap items. well I just took the loss, I'm sorry that ritas's friend lost all that money I just don't understand ebay and why they didn't do anything about it. if you need any more help just let me know.    Celeste
