The names on this list have been submitted because trades with these people turned out to be less than successful at least one time. We are not telling anyone not to trade with these people, but caution needs to be advised. If you see your name on this list and feel that it does not belong on this list, please send an explanation and details. We will post your information along with the original complaint.  This list is for informational purposes only.

Remember, if a crook is out there, there are lots of ways for them to change their names and email addresses. It is hard to keep up with who is really the bad trader. Always check references and make sure to get traders' phone numbers.

Starting in July 99 - New Policy:  If a bad trader name is posted to the list below, I will provide a link next to their name with the complaints listed.  If you see a name on the list that you had a problem with, please let us know your complaint, so we can add it to that page. We do our best to investigate all complaints. Sometimes, we receive numerous complaints against one person. In this case, their name will be posted right away.  Complaints posted on the Caution Message board are not necessarily investigated unless the person emails us directly for help.  When posting complaints on the message board, you must post your email address, or the complaint will not be posted.

If you want help, please send all the information regarding the problem in your first email. The emails you send, are the ones that we will use to post on the Caution listing if needed, so please make sure it has the information the public would need to see. (please use upper and lower case letters)
