I ,myself,. and at least 12 other people that i have heard from,  have been scammed by DMont3157, (Dallas Montgomery) . He trades with you but does not send his part of the trade. He tells you he sent it and it was probably lost in the mail. He says he will check on it and you never hear from him again. He then refuses to answer your email. i have heard this same story from everyone that has contacted me. is there anything we can do?

comments: Did a trade with this person and because of some bad feedback  I told him he had to ship first.....made a big mistake by not checking over his half of the trade before I shipped his. I received non mint buddies. He has claimed to send replacements but none have arrived and now he is not answering email. I have also been in contact with several other people who have traded or bought from him and they never received anything from him. His ebay name is Djmont1 and he lives in Ozark, Missouri. Beware - the list of people he has scammed is growing larger daily.

He offered a trade and had good references..but I had a feeling something wasnt right...so when I double checked I found out that he had scammed someone else...they never received his end of the trade. When I tried to back out he said he would ship first....so I agreed. I received the buddies but stupid me did not check them over good enough before I shipped his out.....the hang tags were mangled. Well he agreed to replace.......I have all copies of  email if you need them. That was over a week ago and now I have been notified that he has scammed about 5 others - they shipped same time and didnt receive anything. I have yet to receive the replacement buddies...even though he has sent me several emails saying they were shipped....for the last 4 days he has not responded or not read my emails to him. He claims the buddies were shipped last Friday priority...it is now 9 days later and still nothing.He received my end of the trade...mwmts. I have his end..damaged. The rest of the people he has dealt with havent received anything.

No..he still has not sent a replacement buddy for the damaged one and he has threatened me with a harrassment lawsuit if I email him again about it....I am out a buddy and he is still dealing and not sending his end of trades. Cautionlist elf emailed them several times to find out their side of the story but although the email addresses were current, they ignored all email sent to them.
