Hi, I just discovered traderlist.com today, and I thought I'd email you
for some advice on a problem I have with an Ebay seller. First, I'll give
you the stats: Ebay item# is 1369016793. The auction ended on 07/25/02. I
paid the seller $605 (including shipping) with a Postal money order. He says
he sent out the units in early August (1st or 2nd). Though I asked him to
send the items UPS, he used USPS. He did NOT insure them, and he did NOT
get delivery confirmation. So far, nothing has arrived. He claims to have
sent me a copy of the receipt, but that hasn't arrived yet, either. To make
matters worse, he recently received a negative feedback for the same
problem--sending an uninsured expensive item that has been lost. My question
is what recourse do I have if he indeed does have a receipt. I have been
in contact with the other ripped off buyer and she told me that he responded
to her by accusing her of stealing the item! Any help will be appreciated.

Dan Jemming, aka Jemcity222. I bought a receiver from him on Ebay,
a Harman Kardon AVR 520, and never received it. I emailed him about it 2
weeks ago and he said that he was out of town, his wife sent it late and
it should be arriving any day. Then I emailed him a week later asking for
info like a tracking number or even the company he used, but nothing so far.
Apparently he gave Mr. Rodriguez the same excuse. So all together with the
supposed shipping cost I have lost $525. I will attach all the emails that
you should need, and if there's anymore information I might be able to help
you with, please don't hesitate to ask. Ebay auction #1376101857

I won an auction for a YAMAHA RX-V2200 receiver from ebay user Jemcity222
and never received it just like many other people who have won items from
this ebay member. I have since tried to email him and ask for more information
as to where the package is but he has not returned my emails.
