These people appear to also be the same ring that is listed under many other email addresses and the names of Nguyen plus many other alias' out of many other California addresses and also on bad traders list

He is no longer a registered EBAY user with any of the names below - this makes it extremely difficult to get any results, I did receive my beanie - however, I believe they are fakes - but have no proof. It took almost a month to get my last beanie. EBAY told me there was nothing they could do and told me to leave negative feedback - which I did. If you have gotten their attention, GREAT - he also operates under several different user names - here are a few I know of: I have received numerous emails from other EBAY users giving me this information. This is complaint that I received from another person:

EBAY is not willing to tell us how to tell when one person is operating under several user names.....I have even won a bid on another of Nationbeanies names. EBAY refuses to address this problem.I won the auction on Feb. 9th and I finally received my Beanie on March 1. It took threatening him with whatever it took to get him to give me a tracking number so I could find out what happened to my package. I won a total of 4 auctions with him and requested that he negotiate the s/h charges down and he refused - said he would lose money (yeah right)!!!! However, he managed to send 2 of the beanies in the same package and quickly, I might add. The third Beanie was the one that took almost a month to get here and I never sent my money on the 4th and never will. If he leaves negative feedback on me because I refuse to pay him anymore money, so be it. When I put negative feedback on him, he called me at work and told me "I don't care what anyone says about me, I have plenty of other customers." Nice guy - I hung up on him after telling him I thought it too bad that he didn't care...He also has several other EBAY names. Watch out for:

I have contacted EBAY. Their response is "buyer beware" and that we just need to be sure we are leaving negative feedback on this guy. I have responded again asking if there was not something they could do with the same person using different EBAY names. When they do that, the negative feedback loses its sting. EBAY has not responded to that question. I have also sent an e-mail to TY, Inc. asking if there is anything they can do, as well.

I PURCHASED 3 BEANIES FROM EBAY AUCTIONS FROM HIM TOTAL OF 140.60.I WAITED ALONG TIME AND GOT NO ANSWERS TO MY EMAIL. I FILED A COMPLAINT W/SQUARETRADE,CASE #20963,HE DIDN'T REPLY.AFTER I POSTED MY FEEDBACK,HE RESPONED ON FEEDBACK SAYING THEY WERE LOST IN THE MAIL,AND THAT I WAS IMPATIENT,AND NOT TO BEAL WITH ME.ABOUT 2 WEEKS LATER I GOT 3 FAKE BEANIES. I NEVER GOT ANY REPLY,I TO THIS DAY I'M STUCK. HAVE YOU MADE A CONNECTION TO MYDUNGT@AOL.COM,THATS WHO I THINK HE IS.HE STUCK ME ALSO.ONES NAME IS DUNG TRAN THE OTHER DANG TRAN.AND I HAVE A HUGE LIST OF HIS (DUNG TRAN)NAMES.

This person sold me a fake beanie offered a refund but would not follow through with it called me a liar and said he could not trust me. I filed a fraud complaint with ebay. this person has rip off alot of people from what i can tell. Ihave talked to some hope he gets busted. In my opinion he is a thief

won auction 3/5, mailed mo 3/6. he received and cashed m.o. around 3/10. would not answer any emails from me until i placed a negative feedback on 3/20-3/21. then emailed me. thought i was asking too much to have him mail libearty bear immediately after receiving money. i received a beanie baby, not sure if authentic, on march 29. very bad to do business with. i reported him to ebay. he was suspended from selling on ebay at that time.  that was $160.00 down the drain. i should have just lit a match the the money and not sent it. i dont know whats going on now.

I won a beanie from him and sent my payment out on March 6. I have not received my beanie or my money back. I have filed a insurance fraud report with ebay...haven't heard nothing yet. However, he has 30 days to repspond to my complaint, which he has not. So now I am just waiting to see he he resonds. My guess is he won't. Also, he has had many names which he has used....Nationbeanies, Tycollection, nothingbutbeans, Truelysweet27, Lonan27...that's all I can think of right now. Let me know if you hear anything else. .the email he used with me is dangrosse4428 but he has others, all of which are suspended by ebay except one. The only one that i know of that's not suspended is Lonan27 and the email is Lonan27@hotmail.com Let me know what you find out. Carolyn

Yes i have had dealings with this person. His name is Dang H Tran. I think he is conected to the Nguyen clan who i am sure you have heard of. I won a beanie from him on ebay i sent him the money but he did not send the beanie . After loads of emails and threats to inform the Garden Grove police he finaly returned my money. I think i was one of the first to start leaving him bad feedback and i think this was the reason he sent my money to shut me up so that he could go on conning people. I WAS LUCKY.I was contacted by officer Haligan of the garden grove police about the nguyens and it seems that these people live on a campus and dangrose is one of them. Good luck  from roger
