On November 11, 2003, I bought 5 Canadian Maple Leaf one ounce gold coins. I sent the seller $1955 and knew by the first week of December that things had gone awry. I paid the guy with a cashier's check. My bank says it was deposited at Mirae Bank ABA#122043440 and credited to account #001304450.  I did not check with safeharbor. The limit they'll pay is $200 and I didn't know if it was worth it. Guess I'll give it a shot. How do I go about trying to get the dead-beat to "make good?" I can't even find the guy.

I filed a claim with Square Deal, but when the seller didn't answer his phone they said they' done all they could do. I have also filed a claim with the Postal Service for mail fraud. His phone has been disconnected. I don't get his e-mails returned, but neither do I get a response. Please add his name and info to your list of scammers.   Thanks.
