I hoped never to have to contact you but here I am. Where to begin. Back in March, I was just getting started in the business of trading for the large number of international exclusives that Ty had released. On the BBOT, someone had posted they had an extra Freiherr von Schwarz that they would like to trade for a MC bear and another bear. I answered her add and offered her MC bear and White America in exchange for her Freiherr. Since I had no trade feedback at the time and she had lots of feedback on eBay, we agreed that I would ship first (big mistake) and she would ship upon receipt. I checked the bad traderlist and she was not listed there. We email each other several times with details up until I emailed her that I had shipped the beanies. From that point on, she has ignored all attempts to contact her. I have sent a number of emails to both of her email address, tried to contact her through eBay, tried to contact her through the BBOT, and tried to call her. No luck. I recently sent her a message that I would be filing a fruad report, reporting her to the bad trader list, and to the local German authorities unless she responded. Again no response and no Freiherr. Here is all the information that I have on her.

I have saved all my correspondence with her and copies of the subsequent
emails that have been sent to her. I have the mail fraud report from the
USPS and am currently filling it out. Please advise what, if anything else

Cautionlist emailed her several times but got no reply from her. I know that
she read the emails as she did send this one email without anything in it.
I did also reply to this email saying she had sent me empty email but still
got no response.

Cautionlist: This person has a lot of feedback on ebay. She also has
12 neutrals and 16 negatives. Most of her feedback is for buying. But almost
all of the negatives and neutrals are when she was the seller. Unfortunatly
I could not follow up more on these complaints as they were in german.

Hallo! I remember the dealings with daniela urlberger very well, because
she required extremly postage. I asked her to reduce the postage but her
answer was realy impudent. I really can not recommend her for dealings. yours

my english is not very good, but i will try to explain: I bought
a pullover from her and sent her the money, but she declared that she
hadn´t get any money. She was very impudent and i was remindet by eBay.
I inquired the bank for investigation and they told me, that Daniela has
got the money.But she denyed. I sent all my proofs to eBay and eBay freezed
her account. After that i got my money back and an apologie.She is a very
ugly person.I hope I could help you , bye, Birgit.
