Purchased an Xbox from this person and was supposed to get a tracking number the same day. Three days later was sent an email stating that his supplier gave him the wrong numbers. Received another email on Wed letting me know that he was scammed. Over 100 people have purchased an xbox or playstation and not ONE person has received a machine. Will not respond to emails and sends the same email out to everyone. BEWARE!!!

I recently bidded and won a $150 item off of ebay from VanderBlue. He, however, has informed me that he does not have the machine nor the money for my refund. I am extremely upset about the matter and would like it to be worked out and to get my money back. I did not receive what I was guaranteed.

Bought a new Xbox system on Ebay from this guy for $150. I'm one of about 90 or more people who did this in a 10 day span. We're all getting e-mails from him telling us our product isn't coming. No promise of reimbursement. Do not buy from this individual.

I purchased a playstation 2 on ebay from vanderblue. A week later I got an email from vanderblue stateing that his supplier disapeared with my money and did not send out my playstation. Now I come to find that I am not the only one that he has done this to. Venderblue emailed me saying that he was the middle man and that he does not know what is going on. I have never been robbed this way and I hope that I get justice.

I bought a PS2 system for this guy on eBay (he is "vanderblue") Now he says that his supplier doesn't have any and that he spent my money and he can't give me a refund. I thought that you weren't supposed to get paid until you shipped something? Does Paypal have a role here? They were the payment handler. Mark

He sold over $100 PS2s and XBOXs with "Buy It Now Price" for $150 on Ebay. Stalled time for a few days saying that the systems were shipped, but he lost tracking numbers. Eventually, after saying that his supplier tricked him and took all his money without sending the systems, he just stopped responding to emails and canceled his account with Ebay. All those people, including me, lost at least $150 each!

Dave has sold numerous playstations and Xbox systems and collected over $15,000 from all of us. I personally lost 450.00. He has no intention of paying any of us. He left a phony phone number with ebay. It appears this has happen to over 100 people.

same person.

Just like many many other people, I purchased a playstation 2 from this trader, and he told me it was coming, then said he was scammed. Whether he was scammed or not, he is legally responsible for what happened. His irresponsibility and/or fraudulent business has lost many people a lot of money. I personally will not give up until he is punished.

Scammed 100+ people on Ebay selling "new" PS2/Xbox consoles. Criminal investigation under way. As I've been saying for quite a while, Ebay needs to do better screening of sellers.

Paid $150 for a Playstation 2 that was supposed to be shipped a few days upon this sellers return. Then after almost 2 weeks of waiting, I received an email stating that his supplier had cheated him and that HE was the victim. This is big time cheater who wrote a misleading ad . He even tried to confuse the issue by referencing an inaccurate item number that was not even relevant to my purchase. It seems the same tactic was used with many good intentioned buyers like myself. Please help!!

I won an XBox in an eBay auction by using the Buy Now option and have had no positive corespondence from this seller. I have recieved one e-mail and nothing else, needless to say, I never recieved my XBox. I spent $150.00US and the one e-mail I got back said that his supplier vanished after giving him bogus tracking numbers. Also, this e-mail gave an eBay item number that was in no way close to the one issued to me by eBay. That is what got me thinking. Thankfully some others had similar problems and found this site and passed this information on to others. I have contacted my local authorities, paypal, and eBay. Of course the local authorities said there is nothing they can do since it is out of state, but they are taking steps to contact authorities in the area that the message originated from. The IP is 12.248.50.163. That is the IP that sent the message to me stating that the seller in question was ripped off by his suppliers, who also apparently took off with my money that there is no way he could have already recieved and sent off due to a 3-7 day waiting period that PayPal has on recieving funds.

I want this matter to come to a close as quickly as possible. There is just too much information to not get justice. If I can get the IP, so can the authorities, and the authorities can get the address, and such from the ISP. This will be rectified.

I put a bid on a brand new xbox system that he had put up for bid on EBay. His reviews were in the 90 percent margin, so after I won the bid for 162.50 I payed him using paypal, however I have not received confirmaiton from him or anything that says he will ship it. On the contrary I have received excuses from him telling me and alot of others like me how he was ripped of by his supplier and he can't reimburse us for now, but he haas shown no proof of this, and his phone contact was a fake on ebay

Myself and tons of other people who once trusted ebay bought PS2 and XBox Systems from Dave Traub on ebay.. under the id of "vanderblue." he gave false id on ebay and has not shipped out any products to anyone, claiming that his supplier scammed him - clearly a lie. he also keeps emailing us all the same email, on a weekly basis stalling the time .. for him to do who knows what else? We all want our money back, it's very unfair to all of us.

Won a PS2 off EBay with shipping included for $150. Month later still no PS2 or refund. Doesn't look good for getting the money back. I suggest to everyone else use Ebay's insurance. Your covered up to $200 on all tranasactions.
