Iwon a set of six simpsons figures off ebay from seller vvcw on the 7th of august. i waited for a bit and then i emailed david (the seller) on the morning of the 26th aug asking if he had recieved my payment because i didn't see any feedback from him and i wonder if it was lost or just not there yet. he replied that yes he did received my payment the week before but got so busy he forgotten to ship out my order, but he reasured me that he was going to take them to the post office that day and they should be here soon. well i waited till around the middle of sept and i emailed him again. this time he stated that they went out on the earlier date(26th) and that he would scan and email me the shipping info. i thought this was proper because i did pay extra for insurance and tracking. i waited around another week for them to arrive and on september 20th i emailed again. this time his response was that they just went out september 19th airmail and he would email me the shipping record. now i was alittle mad because what he said eairlier and emailed him back with some good questions but nothing mean. i asked why he told me that they went out on the 28th of august and why he stated just weeks later he would send me a shipping receipt showing that he shipped on that date. well i received no reply. again i emailed and still no reply. i did this for about couple more weeks and finally went to squaretrade. well he responded and filled in the spots on squaretrade stating he was going to check with his postal company and he would be there. well again i fell for it. after many more weeks and messages in which he made up excusses like its must be delayed in customs or the canadian postal workers were at fault. i again asked about the shipping record, my insurance that i paid for and the tracking number. well he never answered any of them and i did ask repeatively. on oct 14th he messaged that he went and got a package inquiery from his post office and would complete it and submit it and that he would scan and email me a copy. i still have yet to recieve that also. so this is about where i am now with this seller. i could use any help or at the least warn others about him. i thank you for your time.
i paid with a western union money order #06186051329 in the amount of
$56. i sent it to

i won the auction on a sunday...i think august 30th or 31st. i paid paypal
on september 1st, the next day. i won another auction a week later and received
the item the next week and still i had nothing from david chow. i sent multiple
emails, none that were answered. finally a month later the item was delivered
and it was defected. i think it was originally a defected item that he sent
out cuz there is no way a strap on the pad would rip off through delivery.
also the throat gaurd was off the masked and that cannot be properly put
back on. he finally replied to an email regarding the defected item and told
me he had nothing to do with it, that since i purchased insurance through
the post office that i should claim the item there.

I left him negative feedback because I bought a product from him and it
took over a month to get here and in the meantime I was trying to email him
to get some answers as to why i still hadnt received the product. He didn't
reply back and I was getting upset so I sent him another email stating that
I would give him negative feedback if he didn't give me an excuse for not
replying or sending me the product. He finally responded but it was too little
too late because I had already been more than a month and nothing. thnaks,
javiandliz

The package (gorydeath2@hotmail.com) was sent out via Canada Parcel
Post Air on September 19th, 2003. I have the mailing receipt which stated
the date and custom form 2976-A number. I have provided this information
to the buyer and asked the buyer to inquire and to obtain written formal
repsonse from either her post office or Canadian custom in regarding to this
situation. From the conversation records between the buyer and me, it is
clear that the buyer had made little attempt trying to get in contact with
her post office nor the Canadian custom.I have obtained the parcel inquiry
form from the post office and am in the process of going through the necessary
protocol in tracking this package and receiving formal response from the
post office. I can provide all documentation and communication transcript
if needed. David Chow

Cautionlist asked David for all of the proof that he said he had and would
be glad to send but he ignored that email and never sent it. Also he has
ignored all emails sent to him asking about his response from the post office.
