Hello. My name is Christine Burke, and I was wondering if you could help me with a bad e-bay transaction. Actually only a portion of the transaction happened thru e-bay, but either way I'm kinda stuck. In January, I ordered an item (a diaper changing table skirt) thru e-bay from Dawn Ensor, AKA snackistreasure@aol.com. When she contacted me about the item, she also sent a list of other baby items that she makes. She had fabric to match my nursery, so I went crazy ordering stuff from her (this is my first child, and I was so excited!). I ordered about $90 worth of items from her. She had to make the items so I knew it would take a while, but I was only 3 months pregnant at the time, so I figured I had plenty of time to wait. She kept in contact with me up until about June. She was always very nice, and I was always nice in return - we would share stories and just chat via e-mail. I liked her very much. But in June my daughter was born, and I was getting anxious about the items. She e-mailed me in the end of June saying that the items were on their way. They never arrived, and from then on she would not respond to my e-mails. She had told me on numerous occasions that she had been sick, her daughter had been sick, she had been in a car accident, etc.. and that is why I hadn't received anything yet. But then since June I havn't heard any responses. My computer has crashed since then, so I don't have the e-mails or anything to fall back on. Payment was made thru PayPal back in January, and I think I can get the exact amount from that transaction. But is there anything I can do? I don't even know where she lives or any more info from her other than her e-mail address. My baby is 3 months old now, so I've given up on waiting for the items. I would still like the items, but I am not holding out on hope now. Can you help me? If not, can you give me any direction on what to do now or who I can contact?

Hello. I wanted to see if you could help me. I was on Ebay in January
and a seller coaxed me into making a purchase from her private site. All
I have is her name and email address. I paid almost $80.00 through Paypal
on January 26. I still have not received the products. She gave me several
excuses and promised twice that my order was going out the next day. In two
weeks, she has not answered my emails. I tried what the website said to do.
I can't contact local authorities since I do not know the city she lives
in. Paypal won't refund since it has been more then 30 days. I tried to reverse
the charges, but American Express won't do that to Paypal. Any ideas or other
help available to me?
