The trade was for me to send 2 Pierre and she was to send a Seamore and Tusk. The parcels were sent out Nov 15. I sent my parcel out without a tracer, but I have a receipt that states I sent a parcel to the US. I did not receive my parcel yet. I have emailed her numerous times but she has not replied to me. I want her name on the bad trader's list and I want you to post on top of the trading page a warning that she is a bad trader. She had placed an ad on the beaniemom's trading board on Nov 6. I checked out her references which are on ebay under Kipper 26. I checked the references and they were all positive except the last one was not to send beanies or cash. I asked her about the last negative and she told me that she did not receive beanies from the person and left bad feedback and that person left her bad feedback just out of spite for her bad feedback. She assured me that she was a good trader and not a con artist. I did ask her to send her parcel first but she wouldn't do the deal unless we posted at the same time. I believed she was a good trader and sent my parcel out. I have done numerous trades and don't put tracers on the parcel as it costs an extra $9 which is too expensive for me as I'm on a tight budget. This will be the second time I have been ripped off. The first time was with Bill Malie, which I emailed you about and got nothing out of it. I lost 3 Chinook to him. Since my first rip off, I have been very careful, checking out feedback and questioning people if something seems wrong. I was assured by Dawn that she was not a rip off, but she lied to me and I believed her. She agreed to the trade and said it was a fair one. Her tags were non-mint, so they were worth less than a perfect tag. I sent the beanies in good faith and will get nothing. I am really mad because I trade for my 9 year old daughter's collection, so they're ripping off a little girl. I always reply to ads and put in my ads the fact that I do trade for a 9 year old girl. I emailed her today and told her that if she wasn't going to send Seamore and Tusk then she could send me the money it cost for the parcel or send my 2 Pierre back. I haven't heard from her since Nov 14. I hope something can be done. Thanks!   Kendra

Listen, I don't know anything about this. I am Dawn's mother and she has been in the hospital for a couple of weeks now. I am almost certain she sent the beanies, but not positive. I would ask her, but she is very sick. I just now got a chance to check all her e-mail. If and when I can figure out if she sent the beanies or not, I will mail you the beanies or the money you asked for. I am positive, she did not mean to scam you, things have just been so bad with her that it is partially my fault you have not gotten a response to all your e-mails. If you could please just give me a week or so, hopefully she will be getting stronger and I will definitely make this right!!! Thank You, and again, I am sorry for the misunderstanding!!!

Thanks so very much. I talked to her and she said she's not sure if she sent them, so I am going to search her beanies and see if they are there. I believe she said it was Tusk and Seamore, right? This is the email I just received from Dawn. I sent her an email back and said she could send back the 2 Pierre or the money owed to me. I charged her what I paid, not the market price of Pierre. The cost of the beanies I sent are $21.38 + the cost of shipping was $6.94 for a total of $28.32. I will see what happens. Thanks!  Kendra

I thought you understood. Well, my daughter is no longer with us, but I will make sure you get your money since it is taking me too long to grieve. By the way, I can't find those beanies, so I'm not so sure she didn't send them to you. Maybe you're just trying to get more out of this. Even so, I will send the money you say we owe you. Tell me how much again and you will get it by the end of the week!!!!

It does not matter where you put her name as it does not matter to her anymore, I really don't think I want to deal with you anymore either. You put her name where ever you like, I am done talking to you. Her debt is not my responsibility, I was just trying to be nice.

I have talked to a lawyer and he has said you can be brought up on charges of slander and harassment. so you do what you will, but you will be hearing from the authorities as well if you do not stop harassing me. I also doubt if you ever sent anything, which will also be fraud added to the list. You had every chance to get the money for something I still don't believe you sent, but with your harassing e-mails you have given me no choice but to press charges on you. You will be hearing from my lawyer.

I have received payment for my parcel today. I appreciate that the matter has been taken care of. I am awaiting to make sure the check goes through the bank and have confidence that it will.    Kendra

I will tell you for the last time, I want her name off that list. Just because you don't believe she is gone, that does not give you the right to leave her name there when I took care of her end of whatever deal she made with Kendra. My son-in-law is trying to move on and help his son cope and they would like to trade some of his wifes beanies for beanies his son wants and will have a hard time with such a thing written on a trading board. I do not have the energy to fight you, but I will make sure everyone knows what kind of person you are if her name is not taken off!!!!!

It was some time ago that I did a trade with Dawn. Let's just say that I sent my part of the trade and the remaining due me was not fulfilled. A deal gone bad. I have been contacted before regarding my feedback about her.  My response was go with your gut feeling. Good luck. Happy Beanie Collecting.    Elaine
